6p next target....................
chunky movements here just lately.gla
New to here but Chris Rea has taken a 8.9% stake in SI according to the local Business Desk webite
Hopefully this can now be translated into some useful sales
Good rns
Given the sad case in Maidstone NHS trust where three surgeons were barred from carrying out keyhole surgery perhaps the BOD of SUN could run refresher courses in the use of their equipment.
Hoping for 6p within 2 years :)
Yesterday's RNS was, I thought, very encouraging with its emphasis on extending the marketplace from just the US. Even the big future market of sub Saharan Africa should be within reach given good cooperation with the training facilities within the Leeds "hub". Given that this company is providing valuable exports which are improving our balance of payments situation as well as likely to provide a good income stream within the foreseeable future I think it deserves our full suport while it has a reasonable share price.
Sp was right to the wire and I don't think RNS is that bad. Every chance of better things to come. So in at 4p.
Hope the news is better than some are suggesting, given time I still think they'll turn it round!!!
Finals due on 15th April.
on free cashflow calc imv ..no advice intended
Final results due sometime this month last year was on the 9th, year before on the 24th, so maybe somewhere in between. In the trading update in January, revenue up but profit well down. Hence the poor performance in SP, I'm unconcerned with this as I consider it to be the growing pains of a small company. However, The fall in SP gives an opportunity to those investors such as myself who believe the company are on a path to substantial growth. Which is why I'm looking forward to the end of year and 1st quarter update. GLA............information is King!
I've neglected this company recently but the 31st January news on the SUN website saying GB had been to a medical conference in the Middle East cheered me immensely as my great fear has been that they were too dependent on the US market. With a broader international base I feel much happier with my investment. I say a weak buy as there is no indication that they have any intention to ever pay a dividend!
SI's exhibits at the Yorkshire Manufacturing Excellence Showcase!
Any reason why the 50k buy on the 11th at lunchtime shows up a day later ?
£50k incl exps! I must admit I do like what this company does, need a few contracts to kick start back to double figs.
Wrong time to sell unless you really believe the pound will strengthen against the dollar. Think on't. Lol
So far, we bear the risk, the directors take the profit.
The Share Magazine this week has a recommendation as a buy although they had poor results in finances...
plus high spend on intangibles ...the focus on EBITDA shd be big red flag...ignoring amortisation of capitalised intangibles is not justifiable imv ...by ignoring R&D you have a v different view of company....bizarre ...what matters is cash generated...and is that even positive given latest rns? ...no advice intended
Good to come across you again. I value opposite views, need something to challenge my opinion. I don’t get it always right, so I welcome others opinions with some explenation.gla
off mid 4p...deja vu...but will it be sustained? ...eyeing up sub 4p
