@CM I'm not saying the price won't go up, I'm saying it won't be the deal people expect.
@AIM you are talking crap, when placements are made who do you think pockets the cash from that? I couldn't give a monkey's chuff who has how many shares, when a deal is getting cut more times than not it doesn't favour shareholders. SRES will have zero say on the outcome as it's a zero company. It will be portrayed as a take it or leave it deal with another placement incoming to meet jv costs. Then there's the other deal which none of us will ever know about. Just my opinion, of course.
6 likes. He will be having a stab at Miss World next.
My goodness how you've all swapped teams eh...
The CEO is the largest share holder in this company. The Directors have been paid in shares in lieu of fees since ~2009. Patrick has made several large share purchases over the years. All his time and effort over the past 14 years can only be recovered through the shares he owns. When the deal arrives it will be aligned to the shareholders interest.
Take a pill for it ;)
Touched a nerve there Clairemartin xx ;)
LOL When did you buy these?
You really believe market isn't going to acknowledge a deal and being in the black? Your post did make me chuckle.
You're all deluded if you think a deal is imminent and one that brings shareholder value. The smidgen of value on a deal will be crashed back down to current levels with another placement. The only ones to benefit are the ones in the know. Any deal will heavily benefit them not us. Remember, any deal can be done off book to suit individuals and not shareholders.
I'll be happy for any deal to be struck so I can claw something back from this shiit show. I won't hold my breath it's been over a decade with not one worthwhile project coming to fruition.
You provide a big fat zilch to this board saftetrader. The only thing you like to do is **** the CEO off because you bought at the wrong time. Like your mate Fulmar, you post no facts, no figures and nothing to help anybody.
As far as I can see, only SGD, Sheldrake and Dubliner post valid truths and figures about the company that can actually help others.
Oh really safetrader. Perhaps your sunglasses are also not tinted very accurately. Please refer to my post below dear that you clearly failed to read.
"This is just pozzolan and omitting perlite for now. If you take the presentation (possibly older upload now, I can't remember and will have to double check) and assume starting with 200ktpa taking 5dollars PT as an averaged discounted NAV it should give us a net of 1million dollars a year. Cash flow positive is the main thing for year 1. I think it could be more but in my humble opinion it's a decent starting figure and not 'over eggd' Most likely a royalty similar to Kirkland will be worked out? So ok, go for a low base of 4dollars to us based on a 50/50 JV.
This is all dependant of course on the CMRC and as of yet we don't know intricate details.
Kirkland were anticipating 500ktpa which isn't unreasonable but possibly a year or two down the line?
I would be surprised if we don't hear anything about the perlite in addition shortly.
Currently we are sitting around a 7ml market cap so a valuation with this NAV projected forward on the figures alone based on a 27 year mine life should take us to a minimum of a 40- 50mil MC? Again the pozzolan will most probably be ramped up and the perlite on top so I feel I'm underestimating slightly. With the excitement of a deal, hype and volume I would be very surprised if the share price doesn't initially exceed a penny."
You ask a lot of questions but do not give any of your own substantiated valuation projections.
Plus I would just like to add if PC pulls off CS and commercialisation becomes apparent then the floats gates will open be happy will your choice of investment. To read nobody has to listen lol half wit I have non at all thanks
Claire I don’t usually respond but here goes. 1.4 million tons Pozzolan and perlite CS project ready to mine exciting.. CS expansion just say the same?? Other future Pozzolan mapped ready to drill no estimates but just say the same as CS.. other than that look at AIM stocks and the things MMs will do to get your shares. One other I hold 3.4 billion shares in issue went up to 10p no commercialisation just sentiment and possible future projection. It is not as clear as 1 +1 = 2 sometimes 1+1 = 10.. anyway this is not an RNS and to early for gin. Yes remember gold silver but I like the environmentally friendly stuff Bonjour!!!
I don't respect halfwits or half full without concrete figures to back up statements thanks.
Fulmar, Perhaps you'd post some projections too???! ;)
Calm down Claire, take a mogadon. I think you are being wound up-in a nice way.
Let's start with a net profit per tonne. Go on, have a guess.....
Please lay out your figures clearly.... Do you know how to calculate a valuation?
Commercialisation is a big word anywhere :-))
And you definitely haven't read the presentation or have any clue about the projected quantities! Good luck.
Commercialisation is a big word with regards to AIM stocks I’m looking for 10p short term 50p long term. Just to add am an investor and l always look on the bright side of life!
Ju, my apologies also because I don't mean to appear abrupt but know what I mean?
"It is a punt, like any share investing in today’s financial system."
It is not a "punt" because we know by the law of probability based on factual rnss that a deal is being worked out.
It is just not right or fair mentioning these crazy share prices because people will get locked in that's all. If the share gets to 1p it will have done very well. Until further information on the next road of the journey anyway.
Ok then go with 100% of profits to Sres and half them. That's a decent ball park to start with!
You will get nowhere near 3p because that would be over 100million market capitalisation.
READ the presentation!
As you rightly point out there aren’t any calculations to back this up, until you know what the the JV involves. I am just fantasising about the profit that could be generated from a 28 year contract that is backed up by a multinational that uses the product and can fix a JV price. Plus an extension of the resources, to increase the volumes and life of the mine, and this is for the CS site. We then have a new find, and I asked at the AGM if this would preclude us for for doing a new deal with a different company, and it wouldn’t. Plus we have the silver and gold to add on the glitter. So you are right to call me out, but I don’t see it as an impossibility at all. We will see, but I am an optimist, and see the price way north of where we stand at the moment. Commodities are depressed in general, and when the market understands what we are sitting on, we will really move IMHO. Exciting times in a product that the market wants. If there is a war in Ukraine, then any company who has the potential in that sector will respond positively, and the gold/silver might start wagging this dog! You pay your money you make your bet, this is an aim company explorer who is going to the next stage of a being producer, with a guaranteed income stream. So the market will be able to put some value to it. It is all guesswork, reality is today’s price, a company worth 8 million. The market will decide what it is worth in the future. It is a punt, like any share investing in today’s financial system.
"I could easily say 3p". Can you please back this up with some feasible calculations based on the quantities in the presentation for starters...
This isn't helpful to anyone. Sorry but it really isn't.
