If you are so despondent why not sell? Is it because you suffer from FOMO? This might be the year when it all comes together, and valuations are revealed. The one person who knows the valuations that are being negotiated over is PC, and what is he doing, buying more shares. Relax all will be revealed, eventually!
The market is bored of sres
There bored due the companies inability to deliver anything is one reason. Maybe the dilution. The misleading statements to investors . Yep somes it up nicely just one. We're all bored . Bored of PC and his inability to deliver
But Tottyman, this is where we fundamentally differ, he is delivering. We are in a perverse situation that our asset values are growing, yet the share price goes backwards. Blame PC or the fact that the market does not know how to value the royalties and the potential behind the CS deal? The market is bored of SRES, giving an opportunity for some who are prepared to be patient in my opinion. What is the downside at this level, compared to the upside when we will have half our current market cap in cash coming in from Tolsa in December. Potential I might add! I suffer from FOMO, do you?
PC has had just short of 20 years to deliver value to shareholders . That's my point . He can't expect investors to jeep swallowing his constant dilution and inability to actually deliver
Plenty Tottyman, all projects are moving forward. If we don’t get a deal on the CS project by the end of June, so what. I would prefer that we hold out for top dollar, rather than a suboptimal deal. I am in for the very long term, and feel that my patience will eventually be rewarded. I can see that others might have different investment horizons, which cause frustration. We are all on the same side, and I think we should expect some leeway for PC as part of the negotiating process. There is increasing interest in the CS project as the market moves in our direction, so it is not going to be an ‘if’ but a when. I hope PC is being greedy to reflect the future demand, that we know is coming. Enjoy the sunny weather, every dog has its day!

Hope this Diatomite post isn’t another deflection tactic away from CS. We have some brilliant projects all coming along together nicely I agree Totty. However, the way to kick start them is by holding some form of grip. We are just surviving as a company and keep liquidating share price cos of the time it’s taking. Let’s get all projects balls rolling by creating some revenue and not been an u dercard for these big companies.
Would deliver a deal this month ?? He has been on his deludimol medication since the very start - deal or no deal ? - NO DEAL !!!

Did u all notice a little deflection tactic announcement the other day on the Pioche project. Not going to work PC let’s do some business.
All very quiet and we only have one week left in June to go. PC needs to communicate with us next week to keep us updated on the interview 4 months ago. Would like a big announcement but if not we need some clarity on to what is happening. We can’t be told ongoing discussions forever! The interview has only been viewed 360 times. It didn’t go viral. Hahaha.
At Sunrise Resources we have a portfolio of royalties and potential royalties.

The one trade today is mine so definitely a buy, thought I’d buy some more SRES shares for the first time in 3 years with my payment from being an account holder with Nationwide. Free money to invest is always good
Les hope these drill results come back positive and give us evidence of a future stream.
1wager, I think you're missing the point. Forward income is forward income whether for the company paying the royalty or the company receiving it.
That will have a positive effect on GRM but we won’t see any royalty until they start to sell the stuff. We know how long a mine permit takes! They will just invest in GRM and that’s why there SP has quadrupled and we are still stuck
The other aspect worth mentioning is, it’s not necessary for the royalty income to start rolling in for it to positively affect the share price. It only requires the future royalty stream to be confirmed, otherwise known as forward earnings multiples, for the share price to respond (sector norm is often around 8-10 times).
The royalties on all of the various projects we have out there would be worth many multiples of the current market cap and they would be recurring revenue which makes a share more attractive which in turn sees the price rise.
It absolutely will not be 10 years plus if, and yeah it’s an if, the royalties from things like Garfield and Tolsa start to role in and that’s before we get into the massive potential of CS.

Terrafin, what a rib tickler. You ever thought of going on the stage ? 🙃
Https://www.sunriseresourcesplc.com/filemanager/Presentations/202312_Sunrise%20Company%20Presentation%20December%202023.pdf
If you look at this presentation, and subsequent transactions this is my understanding of the direction of travel fulmer29. He will obviously be flexible, if the right deal comes along. We don’t have the bandwidth for anything else. I am sure he has said something similar in one of his interviews.
@Justone-when did PC say /indicate he wanted SRES to become a royalty Co.? -I've thought for some time that's the direction but haven't noticed him confirming that !
I concur with your synopsis 1investor, except that PC has indicated that he wants SRES to be a royalty company, so I don’t think the CS project will be an out and out sale. I expect the CS cash element of the deal to be multiples of our current market cap, as it is mine ready. It is all coming together nicely, we just have to be patient. I would like to see a chunk of the CS money given back to the loyal shareholders! Leaving development money to prove up our other assets. The very positive thing is admin costs are minimum, and PC is the biggest shareholder.
Thanks Terrafin
@ 1 Investor - post highly recommended
The most encouraging sign to me re CS, was the tone of more companies enquiring all the time, or something along that wording. Remember that first CRMC ? was a total mess, seemingly stringing things along and maybe eventually submitting a paltry offer that patrick quite rightly turned down, ( that's if they ever did. ) as maybe lack of other offers in the early stages gave them an edge, or so they thought. Seemingly a lot of testing queries and bumbling around, talks, talks, talks, blah blah blah. Now it seems the interest has strengthened and maybe companies, now jostling for positions, are getting the hoof up the jacksie that was needed to propel the site forward for business. I don't mind waiting now beyond June, even if he was confident of some kind of deal, as the more interest the better the sale. Lots of positive news in that half year report and hopefully this year plays out for us all and the share price ends up rocketing..
Best of luck
Could be a big month, we have a eggs in quite a few baskets, what y’all reckon
A positive RNS, 130ft deep and trenching of 3x 300meters looks as though there is a fair bit of tonnage and sounds commercial, with expansion of the resource. So as well as the $1.4 million (before the 10% commission comes off) coming in December we have our 3% royalty which is increasing in value. Puts our current market cap in perspective, just on this project alone! In the meantime we wait.
Last post: Terrafin, 29 May 2024 07:31
News flow coming now finally
- Tolsa look like they are very keen on this to invest the time / money proving this up - have we let it go cheap ?
However that 3% royalty could be very lucrative ...
The tide is turning - but the game changer is the CS project .... be nice if we could see some momentum building ..

Twiggy. Were def are stacking up royalties but and great on long term. I’m only concentrated on cs as I hoping for a jv or sale. No royalties on cs for me as I want to sell up at some stage. 14 years is enough for me lol
Yeah I am confident this share will pay off and that CS will eventually get deals but it may take a while still.
We are stacking quite a few royalty type deals up at the moment though that in the next 12 months or so will really start to add up.
Wager, this is sres and nothing set in stone. Do not expect cs deal done next month. If it happens it happens and wow. If not you them put them back in siock drawer for another time. I.m only saying this so you don't have kittens every day in June until possible news.
You can buy us all a drink with the flapping you've done. Now chill, sit back and watch it unfold.
I've sat so long a C cup wouldn't see them LOL

Where is the top?
I don't often post here because quite frankly I have been disgusted with the quality of posting and comments made towards Patrick over the past year or two.

It will happen though Caddy. This is all great and I would imagine the mining plan will see even more growth once we see what the royalty actually means. This is a big organisation that will be mounting a very simple mining process and Sres will be getting a regular royalty that will be worth multiples of the current market cap.
This mornings meagre 10 trades just shows how quickly the SP can move ....
A year is an age in share trading, but investing in assets that the market is finding increasingly attractive, a year is nothing. The Tosa money should come in December, only 6 months. We are all feeling beaten up, it has been a very depressing few years, but the sun is starting to rise.
Perhaps it is because it is another year of waiting? I have been waiting for something to happen with this company for over 12 years now and it has always been jam tomorrow whilst the SP plummets. I did say yesterday that to keep the rise we needed a positive RNS today and this just about covers it. Are we about to go into space or has PC just bought himself a little more time. This has got to 4 bag for many to just get their money back so I wouldn't get too excited yet. However, it does now look a bit better prospect.
Rather a mooted response to the RNS, to me $6’s a ton gives a great potential, but the market is just not interested. I think PC went for a lower upfront payment, and a higher royalty. A longer term approach. The market is Just too jaded with SRES, and does not appreciate it. The asset values at some stage will be revealed, patience as ever!

It will be good to see trucks rolling towards Crow Springs. Hopefully it will bring more.
Congratulations to PC.
The reference to Crow springs threw me a bit, it must be reference to our 29 licences in the county lines diatomite project from the web site. https://www.sunriseresourcesplc.com/county-line-diatomite-nevada
How many millions of tons are in those 29 licences at $6’s a ton royalty!! This could be absolutely massive, with the royalties starting as early as next year. Imagine a deal of this kind with the CS project, at that level of royalty! It just shows the potential upside at this level.
I must admit that seeing the words Crow Springs and update in the title did give my heart a little skip initially.
Credit where credit is due - well done PC for this one :)
- should keep the lights on for a bit whilst we await the big news on CS Pozz/ Perlite project.
With net zero appearing to have dumped all their shares now the over hang that we have has for the last 3 months will have gone so any volume now will send the SP back up - we shall see.....

@ Safe - can't argue with that :) but change is coming ....
Even trolls lifespan is tested waiting on PC doing anything meaningfull !!
Always good to see new and old trolls arriving when the SP action starts - means something is going happen :)

Nearly a 6 bagger to even get back to that placing price !!!!!
Just seen this option was for 0.28p more then twice the 0.13p I had in mind , the summer of 2020.
What a mistake that was .
Broker Option - Fully Subscribed
Further to the Company's announcement of 24 August 2020 ("the Fundraise Announcement") Sunrise is pleased to announce that the Broker Option, a facility to allow existing shareholders to participate in the Fundraise on the same terms to the Placing, closed at 5.00pm yesterday, 26 August 2020.
The Company's broker, Peterhouse Capital Limited, has advised that there was significant demand for the Broker Option Shares and that priority was given to existing shareholders in the Company.
The Broker Option has raised £250,000, before expenses, through the issue of 89,285,714 Broker Option Shares at a price of 0.28 pence per share, conditional on Admission, bringing the total amount raised under the Fundraise to £1millon, before expenses.
Further details of the Placing, the Broker Option and Admission are given in the Fundraise Announcement and capitalised terms in this announcement have the same meaning as in that Fundraise Announcement unless specified herein.
17 months since last look at this one .
Attention as MM have it up 21% top of risers with 30% spread on this site , just like last time I looked.
0.1p on 31/1/23................ 0.05p today worth half as much.
Hindsight of today shows I should of cut the loss .
Lucky broker would not allow me to buy after the 0.1p placing below.
It was January 2021 when returning from chiropody I noticed they spiked to 0.3p by 4th May 2021 back to 0.19p I noted.
The unusual Peterhouse "broker open offer option" of 0.13p might of been in the summer of 2021.
Apparently up 20% ( 18% spread ) share price 0.12p same price as 30th November 2022 placing .
Had been at 3 month low of 0.09 last week.
Placing today at 0.1p ( spread above 15.4% )
Broker will not let me buy any more .
Would of topped up if it fell to 0.11p

The volume is just so small, a share price break out is nice, but not sustainable without some volume. I don’t know what has caused today’s rise? The market will only really respond to a deal that puts some confirmed value on our CS project, with our 28 year mine licence. We will hear something in the next 5 weeks, and I think the value of the deal will be multiples of our share price. I am certainly not excited by a 20% rise with no news and little volume.
God, had to photograph this today for the whiteboard it's been that long. just as hot chocolate's " i believe in miracles " plays in the background.
Could this be
?? nah, i'll hang on a bit longer.. cant get to exited : )
I don't think so - not this time - the SP is breaking out.
If there isn't a positive RNS tomorrow this will go straight back down.
£3000’s of buys, cause a 20% rise in the share price? It was the same on the way down, I might add!

@Lovejoy - research and you will find :)
Terrain, your recent post intrigues me. Can you elaborate why Holcim or Heidelberg and why you think these companies.
Well if we do get a deal my money is one with either Holcim or Heidelberg Materials.
If that happens then a massive SP re rate will be on the cards and at this stage I would rather be in than out ... we shall see ...
The clock is now ticking ! Time you woke up
