Les hope these drill results come back positive and give us evidence of a future stream.
1wager, I think you're missing the point. Forward income is forward income whether for the company paying the royalty or the company receiving it.
That will have a positive effect on GRM but we won’t see any royalty until they start to sell the stuff. We know how long a mine permit takes! They will just invest in GRM and that’s why there SP has quadrupled and we are still stuck
The other aspect worth mentioning is, it’s not necessary for the royalty income to start rolling in for it to positively affect the share price. It only requires the future royalty stream to be confirmed, otherwise known as forward earnings multiples, for the share price to respond (sector norm is often around 8-10 times).
The royalties on all of the various projects we have out there would be worth many multiples of the current market cap and they would be recurring revenue which makes a share more attractive which in turn sees the price rise.
It absolutely will not be 10 years plus if, and yeah it’s an if, the royalties from things like Garfield and Tolsa start to role in and that’s before we get into the massive potential of CS.
Another 10 years in the waiting before SRES see any return if we just want royalties.
Have u worked it out twiggy? I don’t think we would get much return from our investments. I’d prefer GMR to buy out the royalty clause. However it looks as though PC is wanting a steady income for a sustainable future for him and his family. Can’t blame him but it doesn’t favour investors when we have billions of shares in issue
I would agree with you Twiggy, what counts are the amounts of the royalties. The value of this royalty at Garfield is going up on every Golden metals RNS, if we ever wanted to sell it! Let’s hope the results are so good that that a mine will be built.
Being a royalty company with the amounts being talked about would absolutely benefit shareholders! What are you talking about?
Golden metal resources have quadrupled there SP from a low of 7p to 28p in the last 12 month!! If only that would happen here. People will get their money back! We just see constant dilution . I hope PC isn’t just focussing on been a royalty company. That will only ever favour him for income and be pittance for the rest with the amount of shares in issue.
This is PC
THIS IS SRES !!!!!
Do we think PC went? If so do we think we will get an update!?

If you look at this presentation, and subsequent transactions this is my understanding of the direction of travel fulmer29. He will obviously be flexible, if the right deal comes along. We don’t have the bandwidth for anything else. I am sure he has said something similar in one of his interviews.
@Justone-when did PC say /indicate he wanted SRES to become a royalty Co.? -I've thought for some time that's the direction but haven't noticed him confirming that !
The most encouraging sign to me re CS, was the tone of more companies enquiring all the time, or something along that wording. Remember that first CRMC ? was a total mess, seemingly stringing things along and maybe eventually submitting a paltry offer that patrick quite rightly turned down, ( that's if they ever did. ) as maybe lack of other offers in the early stages gave them an edge, or so they thought. Seemingly a lot of testing queries and bumbling around, talks, talks, talks, blah blah blah. Now it seems the interest has strengthened and maybe companies, now jostling for positions, are getting the hoof up the jacksie that was needed to propel the site forward for business. I don't mind waiting now beyond June, even if he was confident of some kind of deal, as the more interest the better the sale. Lots of positive news in that half year report and hopefully this year plays out for us all and the share price ends up rocketing..
Best of luck
Could be a big month, we have a eggs in quite a few baskets, what y’all reckon
