Just wanted to know for certain re the position of holders like yourselves , ie holding shares but not putting in the £5K was their anything in the documents re your status or any uncertainty that it remains so ?
Not putting in more cash = more dilution.
The position of minority shareholders not putting in more cash !
Anything in the document about what?
Being bullish or optimistic about this Co has cost investors dear! I see no reason to change my pessimistic outlook. You may ask.. "Well what the hell you doing staying in?" Simply Woodford has skillfully backed me into a corner. He knows full well most pis are loathe to sell out crystallising big % losses and likely will become reluctant sleeping 'patsies' he can manipulate at will. I don't like the situation one bit but have to trust W has his interests and those of his holders at heart. I'm under no illusion that if P's forward order book (17-19) is bare he will not hesitate to pull the plug.
67-74...10% spread...n-i-c-e for the Barrow boys!
I think that answers your Q... PK-R any dealings in the Ords will be done on a MB basis.....if you can find a buyer who will pay the price you want? Will you be able to value your stock given your unlikely to see the nos until year end '17? I could be wrong but didn't I read no dealings within first 18 months?...could be wrong on that score as well. If you sign up its a long long haul, a min of 5 years before any chance of re-listing imo, so perhaps a private buyer might appear...another long shot....who knows? I'm not expecting this Co to suddenly be inundated with orders when we have had zilch since '14! My advice expect the very very worst because that's most likely what you will get! My avc is 10 will I ever see that? Tell you what I'm not holding my breath!
My horse in case any surprises turn up a the meeting /delisting not that I'm expecting anything else than a yes vote but someone may ask about those still holding shares but not buying or not wishing to put in more money at this time , DEL was there anything in the documents ! ??
No buy out you'll just become part of the minority holders in a private company , Woodfords dealt himself a strong hand and to be honest pi's are relying on fair play , but take my case I had 60,000 shares at a average price of 11+pence , I sold out after no increase in sales from May's update to the half year figures at the end if June , I could buy those shares now for less than £400 , I may throw some money between now and the last trading day 19th Sept.
Who?
No idea man, considering your not interested you sure ask a lot of questions. From what I gather when a co is private they will offer you what you paid for the ord shares but were in a different position to most private companies. We could do well and come back on the market again we could just go totally bust and disappear. Total gamble really your move.
Any guesses what they will buy pi shares at? Thanks pk
Doubt it will get as low as 0.045p. Given current SP is circa 0.68p to buy, it could well fall to 0.45p. There may be a support level at which Woodford has to buy to still make his deal offer a sensible proposition. Overall current Mcap is artificial in the sense that it just reflects the rush for the exit before it becomes a private company - but suspect the scale of the fall may have taken Woodford by surprise too.
Morning rugs....As I said these are lse nos etc...so pinch of salt! Even the 32% traded might be well off. You'da thunk in this day and age the trading vols could be relied on! Strange how you can rely on absolutely nothing when it comes to investing in the London Markets. Your better off trying your luck at roulette at least you'll get paid out exactly what the odds say, unlike investing in a Co that has had £70m invested in it and is worth zilch, nada, not a bean or red cent!....
JL. Don't think you should take much notice of the blue trades. Most of these are sells not buys. On opening best I can sell for is 0.68 and broker quoting 0.73 for me to buy. Incidentally SPHR now capitalised at under £ 1 mio.
That the Welsh Investment Fund wouldn't want to be looked on as having dealing that are heavy handed and justly unfair to minority share holders ! Even though they themselves may have little say !
In connection with the CPS / Warrants which can be subscribed for by 4/10 who is going to value your 2.822p warrants? They are tradeable up to 31 Oct 2018. You would hope they be 'in the money' but without the mrkt making a price your taking a lot on trust!.....oops taking everything on trust here! Warrants / Options can be very profitable but the one year exercisable date is limiting (Co warrants often last well over 3 years) how far will Sphere progress in one year? Do you think they will be in or out of the money? Not for me.
I am doing my best to stay cool calm and collected (to do otherwise is pointless) in the face of the collapse of the sp and confidence in Sphere. The management have questions to answer which hopefully those attending the EGM will ask. How on earth did we reach this position? Was it that hospitals refused to buy P. Did they say "we want P4/5 and then P6/7/8 etc..?" Was the sales force not up to it? What exactly did the NED's do for Sphere? We ran out of cash rather quickly? Why could we not raise any cash in the markets, that has not been explained satisfactorily? Why has Roche, Siemens etc not bid? Expressions of interest have evaporated alarmingly...why? Why did Sphere not make it onto the Pref buy list? Why no update and any indication of progress of P4 since Dec? Why the 8% CPS shares & £5k min? Why not an OO at 2.822 or similar when we were stuck at 6? (0k we know that one!). That's enough for now, my other comments would be libellous!
Strange trading continues in Sphere at 5.00pm yesterday the total vol was 3.424m split c buys (2.258m sells1.165m). Late trades pushed the TV up to 5.660m (buys 4.495m sells 1.165m). Of course these are lse figs..Anyways TV last 2 days is 9.5m split buys 7.3m / sells 2.2m. Whether this means anything is a moot point it could be those under the 3% finally throwing in the towel & a lot of churning. Nevertheless the mm's supply of stock is never ending. Ball park fig is 46.5m (32%) traded since 22/8. No doubt this one way slide will cont until this sorry episode is put to rest.
Good luck. May i ask how much people have invested here? Pk
Your shares are then in a private company...which brings its own implication...less attractive to trade etc.... If a shareholder continues to hold....then they may do in the hope that at some point in the future they may come back on the market with some chance of regaining some value.... So still some hope....:-)
Thanks, that explaine the falling knife of sp. So sorry to shareholders. Its a void for me based on that information. If the company does delist and becomes a private company, what happens to small pi's? Thanks pk
Why do people think this company will delist? Thanks pk
