RNS: final results.
You do realise that this statement is also in the 2002 and 2003,2004 financial statements.
Yes, why put that in if finance is supposed to be concluded in 2024 ?? and all this forward bull about drilling. Go away Graham, let someone else have a go. All that then you put that right at the bottom twat
From todays Rns.
As detailed in note 1 to the financial statements, the Company's cash flow forecasts, for the next twelve-month period to April 2025, indicate that additional funding will be required to enable the Company to continue to meet its obligations. This condition indicates the existence of a material uncertainty regarding the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.
Maybe our Graham is a master of the round circle, just hope it works out for all genuine people here .
In June last year SOU said they were raising £4m to provide working capital for the next six months. They only actually raised £2.5m, enough for less than four months pro rata. Ten months later they are still going. Is this some kind of loaves and fishes miracle? Indeed, it's of so little consequence that Graham hasn't even mentioned it in his Q&As. Remarkable.

Handle with care. If it brokes, we will go to 2040 for any deal.
The main Moroccan dish people are most familiar with is couscous; lamb is the most commonly eaten meat …cooked on Gas.
This is surreal, I live in North Wales, Flintshire, Chester, England is about 200 metres, so fields around me with Lamb. on the one side and the other side is England fields with vegetables and …..I cook on Gas !!
Morocco, usually eaten in a tagine with a wide selection of vegetables. Chicken is also very commonly used in tagines or roasted. They also use additional ingredients such as plums, boiled eggs, and lemon.
Love Chicken, Lemon and boiled eggs and have a fine pair of pLms.
HEAT on Gas is SOUND ; BUY BUY BUY.
Do you not taste the fish & chips and appreciate the different flavours as you carefully chew it around in the old mixer? That's what's happening now, the fish & chips are getting chewed around in the mixer, hopefully landing in bellies soon :-)
Progress is really slow, but it's better than no progress. Happy to hold and add.
I'm having fish and chips later but it means nothing until it's in my belly. Until then it's hopes and wishes.
These twitter posts means absolutely nothing until there is a real gas revenue. Until then it's all hopes and wishes
9 blady months ago. This is getting ridicules. whats going on Graham ???
On the short term, it aims to build gas pipelines connecting domestic gas fields with consumers as well as the development of an LNG terminal in Nador West Med port that is designed to be connected to the Maghreb-Europe pipeline,” according to the statement.

Morocco has planned the construction of three regasification plants, one of them in Nador and the other two on the Atlantic side of the country, one of them in the vicinity of Western Sahara, a region considered by the Moroccan state as part of its southern provinces.

Because they would be using sounds own money to pay for their investment and because once there is income there is a saleable asset not just a bunch of paper promises and none producing pipes
If Sound were to go bust I do worry what all these non shareholders will do with their spare time. They will be climbing the walls 🤣
Twitter is used as an information sharing platform and the RNS platform for price sensitive information !
Delays are obviously a concern for Sound Energy investors.
KTF - even you have expressed delays are a concern and you have become the biggest fan of Sound over a couple of years now.
A straight forward RNS not twitter or any other channel would be the best way to inform the SHs of progress or lack of would be the right way forward but they choose not to do that which has led to a total lack of confidence in management and hence the SP is where it is at.
Please explain the logic behind "I still think that Calvalley will not invest a penny till the gas is flowing"
what possible significance can a micro LNG plant have for Calvalley who are inetrested in being a partner for Pgase 2 and future exploration?
