Where do you get 3m buy from? It’s 1m buy, and 2 sells of 500k and 300k at the higher value end.
The other 1m is a crossover
Apologies, make that a combined buy of 3 million.
Bring it on Sound, you know you want to.
More people voted for Brexit than against.....how does wanting your own Sovereignty make you a ******??
Anyway, I think we should keep the insults off of here....obviously big news coming soon.
Will we ever get a gas and our deals done.? Let’s hope we get positive news on this. Will we make a boring, token foray into renewables with cash we don’t have? Will there be a sting in the tail by way of fund-raising? This is aim, who knows? Either way, I think there will be news to focus our attention from character assassinations
Anyway, back to Sound, a one million buy just turned up. Hopefully it will get us going again to the 2p level.
Hopefully we may get news before the q&a. Not long to wait now.
testpack, the reason I sold a chunk was because the SP was falling. I know a very good friend of mine cashed out entirely at 75p. Another good, invested friend of mine congratulated me at selling 10% off the highest ever price. He was a City Trader & merely thought it a good trade. These two friends are well experienced & know the pitfalls of AIM. I talked to them before I sold & even announced it here literally as I was instructing my Broker. By this time & having missed a massive profit in 2011 I wasn't about to let it happen again.
My mortgage was due within a year & I was very alert to the fact it needed settling. That is it!
As for my politics, how dare you assume bad things about my character because I voted Brexit! What does that make me? I'll tell you, someone who believes in the sovereignty of our nation state...no more & no less!
St Mary...cheers.
Crude
Testpack. Ommmmmmmmmm. Worked for me. Wasting your time trying to convince someone they are blind and stupid. Although they're quite happy to demonstrate it. GLA. Hanging on in hope.
My final words on those POS. Usual and expected 'I didn't know anything' from the stalker of The Failure. A question he never answered from me at the time of his sale of shares was this, ' The failure at the time was still shouting from the rooftops at every opportunity ,' 4 digits wont cut it', No one will lose money buying at these prices'. But Disciple chose to sell. Had he believed in the 'truthful and honest' CEO, he would surely have held to make a million quid. No one has to redeem their mortgage, there are many ways to continue, even after the expiry date of the term. Disciple was told that this would be a good time to sell. From the time I invested in SOU, I posted regular, even when we were discovering, that the company should be led by an OnG man, not a bean counter. I thought reason might prevail. But everyone was under his authoritarian spell , to the extent of awarding him over a million pound in bonuses, and an Exploration Director, Brian, who was literally scared of him. And of course, many on here will remember Kirk canvassing for the ****** Nigel Farage, and a big supporter of Brexit, he may have actually stood as a local official in UKIP or some other ****** org. People can be judged by the company they keep. Disciple is almost certainly a big fan of the morally, intellectually and financially corrupt Trump ( Farage visited USA to canvass for him in 2020 election). You are in good company that fits you well Kirk. So, you didn't invest in Echo. Now there's a surprise. Not. Still working in The Stockroom at NHS ? Not the place for a ****** Kirk, all those foreigners in NHS.
Ok. I’m off to the pub. That do?
The floor is yours St Mary...
Jeez. Let’s move on. This is not a fxxxing kindergarten.
Now that's not at all friendly is it, 'Funky'. Are you having a bad day on the AIM? There's no call to be rude. If you've lost your shirt on Bitcoin, don't take it out on me!
Crude, do one. And give JP a length from all of us. To$$er
Sundance, thanks for your comments. I wouldn't mind but there wasn't ever so much as a nod or a wink: JP kept his cards very close to his chest. He was always enthusiastic but you can't buy or sell because a CEO is bigging up his Company - every CEO on the AIM is a 'second-hand car' salesman! Oh, they'll tell you how great things are but never warn you when the wheels are about to fall off!
I sincerely hope GL can pull it off & I certainly am not criticising him, just blowing off some frustration.
Crude
Yes I can imagine Sundance.
Ducati put up a similar article last week.
Regassification of LNG is hellishly expensive and paying 2 million euros on top to Spain for the privilage cannot be sustained.
Sound Energy's opportunity to feed the pipeline with internal gas must be very attractive proposition to Morocco right now, Let us hop[e that this new reality opens doors really quickly and gets the investment ready for Phase 2 and the pipeline build. It will also make the rfarm in proposition far more attractive if there is a route to market for the gas.
Can you just imagine for one nano second of a mustard seed burp if one of our wells hits the spot .

You see Crude that post from KTF has very accurate information and I totally agree with him/her as its not about that you sold and made money,I will say well done you had the fortitude and discipline to do what everyone on here wished that they had done the same thing, it's about that post criticising whatever GL is trying to do now as for some , including me,its the last go at the bull's eye as if this doesn't work then all the books that I have read about investing that tell you never fall in love with a share turned out to be true that's what has sparked this debate about you and you can wish everyone well as much as you like with their investment it means as much as a pork chop in a synagogue
I also had a meeting with Parsons, and I also found him to be affable and polite I also, within the first 5 mins of the lunch realised from his body language that he was never going to tell me the truth and I had that slime Traynor sat next to me as well and he practically slithered off his chair with b/s.After the lunch was over, I said my goodbyes and thanked everyone but I totally regret it now
I have no doubt in my mind that Parsons didn't tell you anything, didn't sit you down and say, sell now, Crude or you will lose the lot as I have sold over a million shares so far or buy more vas there's news, no KTF is right that's illegal, no that's way too easy to say.Its a glance and nod and remark or breath of circumstance that you came away from those multiple lunch hours or home visits with either a bad feeling or a good one and you either bought or sold on those feelings ,you most probably didn't even know you had .
Meetingt a CEO on an official investors meeting is ok but in private is not ,you shouldn't of met him privately or and the very least told everyone about it and most of all to compare GL with Parsons felt like gargling Tobasco sauce
crude - you will never persuade many posters that you didn’t receive inside information, most people don’t believe in beneficial coincidences.
Likewise, you will never admit to receiving inside information as that would amount to admitting a crime.
And to be blunt, selling £60k worth is hardly earth shattering is it?
Let’s not this distract from the main point that sound is a much different company now with significant potential.
testpack, when I first invested in Sound, Gerry Orbell was CEO & I made a point in establishing a contact with him. As it happens he lives in a lovely little village called Storrington, which is very local to me. We met at a Pub & had dinner & a chat. After the affable Orbel was deposed in a boardroom coup the even more congenial Mr Parsons was elevated from CFO to CEO. So I made a beeline for the new 'Major Domo'. He knew who I was & was keen to connect with his shareholders via a useful conduit such as me. He was new at the job & I fealt he liked having a shareholder to talk to. We did meet on many occasions for drinks & lunch culminating in his asking me to give a sharholder chat at the Shard, something I still feel much pride in. I also participated in 2 trips to Morocco & attended AGMs & events. I have been to HQ several times & got to meet up with many staffers. This I did off my own back looking after my interests, but also trying to get a 'feel' of the mood of the camp. James was never one to let anything specific slip off the tongue...but faith, conviction & belief in the Company was always guiding our conversations. I fealt him most sincere & if guilty of anything it may be over- enthusiasm, excessive ebullience & exuberance. He wanted to find hydrocarbons in Morocco as much as any shareholder.
I can't speak for what James Parsons has dome since leaving Sound & I hope the AIM hasn't corrupted him beyond the person I knew to be genuine, hard working personable & enthusiastic. He tried his best to reorganise the Company after the avalanche of shares that dear old Gerry had landed us with. No one complained at the time of Jame's 'innovative' debt restructuring & of course no one minded when the shares skyrocketted! From 6,p to 66p in that initial run back in 2011 (if memory serves). Then again we had a big increase ((post consolidation) to £1.04, this represented a huge rise from a very low base. Shareholders had the chance to make huge gains - not just once, but twice. Admittedly I missed the first 'Nantucket Sleighride' because I was so enamured of the Company...but once bitten twice shy. When it happened again I was not going to miss out! I sold when the share slipped from £1.04 to 89p. I saw the writing on the wall & had been there before.
In short, I enjoyed every last minute of being a Sound investor & had a great time. But there's nothing more than that to tell so tedtpac, move on, there's nothing here to see...unless you are one of those 'conspiracy theorists'.....
Good luck & best wishes to all!!
Crude
we are certainly due a lot of news. Any one good piece should push the sp to a new level.
several good pieces and it all gets very exciting.
Cheers KP, must look closer on the phone.
Hopefully news before the Q&A.
