I’ve bought back in today. The sp seems low at the moment, which is surprising given the money pouring into ‘safe’ retail stocks like TED, ASC and the like.
More good progress in the latest trading update. Sure is quiet on this board so thought I would add something. First quarter of EBIT breakeven is good, but I assume the business is strongly seasonal so likely to slip back to negative in some quarters.
Still holding.

Growth numbers look great. I wonder when their admin cost % of sales 64% will be lower than GM% 56%.
Would be good to understand how much of this is fixed and variable, question for tommorows webinar
Looking brilliant! Next ASOS in making.

Me too.
Good morning.
I'm just looking at the SOS Twitter account and can't help but wonder why this great company is not making much better use of social media. I realise it was being used as a customers' megaphone previously but that side of the house has presumably been largely sorted because I know M&S would not tolerate it. Use Twitter, Instagram and the like for advertising but drop the feedback option until you have the resources to deal with customer "queries". Anybody visiting it for the first time would think the company has gone bust when looking at the dates of the latest posts. Yes, the website is growing but c'mon guys...............
More ping-ponging around the 31-32 mark today but I expect this will change next week. Last update confirmed robust Autumn/Winter stocks and supply chain, and now another COVID variant threat will just push ever more towards online retail
As have I. I don't think 38p-40p is out of the question by the 30th.
I have added here.
Don't understand why there's been some larger blocks sold today. I'm expecting a positive update next week!
The edging down of the SP here today - albeit small - is probably down to the ASOS story concerning their supply chain deferments, according to one news report over the weekend. However, as reported here in the highly positive Trading Update on Thu, 7th Oct, “Sosandar has not experienced any material impact from supply chain disruption, maintaining a constant flow of stock to meet customer demand. The Company is well stocked for the autumn season across both its own site and third parties and has good visibility of incoming goods.”
It was Orogen (ticker ORE) for us real old timers ...
Hello to EricDraven if you're still here.... Probably still riding the tuktuk to the foodshack in the hills LoL.
Oregon and before that for us long term holders Medavinci.
Nice to see.
Should see this move to 40p in coming days.
Hello , what was the previous name of this share please , i am sure i have some in drawer Thank you kindly
I think Paul Scott has hit the often mentioned 'nail on the head' with his identification of ne of Sosander's niche success areas. When I first saw the website I immediately thought to myself, they've managed to encompass all those women who say, "There's nothing I like in the shops now. It's all for younger people." But the range also manages to pull in those "younger" women. Bottom line? Style will always rise to the top and Sosander's got spades of it in their designs.
Paul Scott interview mentions SOS in a very positive light at 20:32.

Hi All
Sosander still tops selling in almost every catagory of "New in" clothing - fiter by boots, top, blouses etcetc
When you consider the size of M+S online - i think is about 30 million visits per month - mostly womens and kids its a huge shop window
Completely agree on class and quality. I think it shows the fashion mag pedigree of the founders.
There was a Mello Monday event last night where SOS presented. Paul Scott's write up in the 'Small Company Value Report" on Stockopedia is very positive indeed.
I like the TV ads and they can only help. They suggest "class and quality" of the range and, unlike some other efforts I've seen from companies elsewhere (incl. the current ARGOS offering), do not look as though they are 'doing tv on the cheap'.
The share price has risen by about 18% since Friday. In the absence of any news I guess someone is buying. I wonder who?
have been looking thorugh M+S - If you filter women - new in - and sort by best sellers you will sell that out of the top 30 items (most of which are underwear) sosander has 5 clothing products in the top 30
https://www.marksandspencer.com/l/women/all-new-in?sort=best_seller%20desc
Strip out the underwear and SOSANDAR Animal Print Belted Mini Shirt Dress is the top "new in" seller across M+S Women and SOS has 4 items in the top ten - out selling M+S own products online
very encouraging indeed.. thats no mean feat
Check it out
