So much for your secret codes etc meaning an RNS coming the following day and more talk of millions and Billions. What has happened. Nothing as it never does. Still soon be another Xmas approaching with everyone saying 2020 will be our year.
I think Ruvuma may well be in production before Helium-1. I expect they will look for a 3rd party for production plant?
Another long wait then.
Certainly not going to be paying dividends for many years to come.
Steve.....Helium production will not happen next year. If a successful drill next year in Q1, they then need a CPR. With the CPR they need to negotiate funding/farmout in order to build a processing plant on-site. This is Tanzania.
I would hope for a mc of at least 100 to 150 million this time next year. I have assumed that you are just pricing in Ruvuma. Helium could be on stream this time next year and also any deals that are done soon could be generating tens of millions of income in a short period of time.
It will be interesting to see the sp a year from now. But hopefully a figure many multiples of the one we have now.
My only caveat to my previous post is that it may take a couple of the key events (listed by Chris) to happen before the Market wakes up to the potential here. IMO after a couple of events are in the bag, the BOD will rebrand the company.
Steve....we’ve waited a long time but I honestly believe that the MC will be somewhere between £40M-£60M this time next year, if all goes to plan. And double the MC the year after, when Ruvuma gas sales revenue comes on the books.
Getting impatient waiting for the maiden dividend.
I suppose another year or two and an sp many times it’s current value is worth the wait instead of a small dividend.
From AGM, Alistair’s words “ we are in no hurry to sell Ruvuma” IMO they will take it all the way to production, using finance with deferred payments. After C1 drill results, based on AEX seismic interpretation plots, I would expect the resources to at least double.
Hi Steve, well we certainly disagree on the monetisation timing, after waiting so long I think they would be crazy to sell anything before the next drill, especially since it is not only appraising the 763 BCF already discovered but the deeper Jurassic with a potential 1TCF of gas or maybe even the elusive oil that they have been hunting since the first drill with Tullow. West and up-dip for the migration traps as per the presentation at the royal Geological Society.
......and why not hey..!
he's been miserable alll fking year..........!
All the best (chance for a day off :()
Happy xmas.
I am still if the opinion that once licence drops the board are going to monetise part or all of it and return a special dividend to shareholders.
We have waited two years for the licence, so how many more years to production and at a cost of many millions. I’m still not sure if the boards strategy of 5000 barrels a day includes the Ruvuma gas equivalent but would think any money not distributed to shareholders would be better put to use on acquisitions that are producing income much earlier than Ruvuma would.
Well you could ask that about all Aim shares Caddy. IGuess things might change with a licence in place though, even the Zubairs are not parting with their cash for 50% of the primary asset till it's issued by the Gov, so I don't see why anyone else would. On the completion of the PSA review and the licence being issued then the Zubairs are unlikely to be inviting anyone else to the party anyway.
We are now in the second half of September and still no company changing deal yet.
I appreciate these things take time but any potential deal does seem to be a long time materialising. The sp is still not doing anything overall. As cp has stated we are waiting on at least five company changing events. I hope that at least a couple of these drop soon. For the sake of all the shareholders.
Considering it has lost 90 % of it's health over the last few years it is looking fairly poorly to me. What I cant understand is that if everything is as good as some want us to believe why doesn't someone with a bit of cash just buy them out. It would only cost a few million and you would profit by many fold. If only.
If you believe in dropping the bid on one share being traded, which is exactly what happened.
We always look forward to an RNS but as yet every one of them seems to detract from the value. If there is one it has to be very positive or this share is dead if it is not already so.
Hehe, or maybe the second one cancels the first ;0)
Must be 2 RNS tomorrow. Another code 1 popped up!! LOL
Wish I had a pound for every time someone had posted a 1-code on the LSE BB! In saying that the 6 months is almost up and according to the bod thats the timeframe for a "typical deal" of this type.
Afternoon, seems a code 1 has been issued, RNS tomorrow?
All the best.
Certainly a large backlog of delivery due!
1.0 Producing asset deal.
2.0 Ruvuma PSA licence.
3.0 Helium-1 IPO/Drill.
4.0 C-1 Spud date.
5.0 KN-1 remediation (pending PSA terms as per 2.0 above)
Caddy, this is a different outfit to the one that you invested in and I understand your frustration, all I say is give these guys a chance to turn this into somthing worthwhile.
Caddy.... IMO they delayed the IPO until the sentiment to invest in Tanzania had improved. The IPO is planned for this October, when hopefully there should be a few major investment projects announced by the Tanzania government.
