Something doesnt add up
Sondrel is a national security issue with technology so advanced Elon Musk had to use them
Will its simply be allowed into the hands of a hedge fund????
Interested parties circling embattled British chip maker Sondrel. Recently it is believed that Sondrel solved some of Neuralink problems with their recent human brain implant which other chip suppliers could not solve. Neuralink Corp. is an American neurotechnology company that is developing implantable brain–computer interfaces, based in California and founded by Elon Musk and a team of scientists and engineers.
Neuralink had recently livestreamed its first patient implanted with a chip playing online chess.
By way of context, Sondrel is one of only a handful of firms capable of supplying the higher-spec chips required, others are in Asia but are considered vulnerable to Chinese interference
Flying higher
I agree
Glad CABP going well..I am researching it this weekend
If you want more info on PYC the recent inteirms and also YouTube of their investor meeting last month is a good starting point
I've set a sell order for 10p, but if you're more of a cautious investor, target 6p. I'm confident this will comfortably return to 6p and push on upto 10p.
Speculative perhaps, but imagine if this goes commercial with Elon. This is not a 3p share, especially with funding at 10p.
Buy now for goodness sake. I just have.
Happy Friday for your MEN profit. Great feeling when shares go up this much.
Agree that CRUX shares would have a buyer from MM`s.
CABP doing well Today. Expect them to reach at least £3 over the coming Months.
Congrats on MEN though. Well done.
Totally agree
And there is no way the Mms took on £200k+in shares from CRUX unless there eaas a buyer
MEN has done 4p to 19p
Hoping SND can too
The CEO is stepping down although will remain a director. He will start a new Co Sondrel Ventures. Not sure how much of an impact this will have on Sondrel PLC. All very strange considering ROX want to take SND private. I believe that ROX want to take over SND and then sell it at a large profit soon after.
This is why We need another party to show their cards.
The original Neuralink article from Feb confirming SND working with them
Fast forward to now and SND is £2.5mln market cap but confirmed $200mln revenues and offer from funders at 10p per share funding,BUT SND now under takeover code (see March 28th)
From "This Is Money"
AIM-listed microchip minnow Sondrel coming to a brain implant near you?
That's the rumour that spread across the media this week, after the Daily Mail, quoting 'a source with knowledge of the matter', revealed that Sondrel played a key part in developing Tesla boss Elon Musk's brain–computer interface Neuralink.
According to sources, Musk called on Sondrel to lend its highly specialised knowledge of bespoke microchip designs to Neuralink, which was successfully implanted into a patient's brain for the first time last Sunday.
Ahanda
The funders and Ceo (owns 44%) have suggested 10 pence per share funding
It fell from 11p to todays 3p as there are very few shares in circulation and 2 large funds sold
Prime position is elon Musks Neuralink as SND helped them with the human brain chip
Also SND work with Tesla, Google and many others
Any thoughts about a third party coming into play?
Yes Rocket
This could well do.100%+
Thought so. They were the largest fund holders with 8%. Looks like overhang was bought into fairly quickly so see where it goes from here.

This was exactly how many CRUX had as shown in the RNS 2 days go
Think this will do well
Large trade last night is last of CRUX
That's been holding SMD down for weeks
Bring on Elon musk
Has stayed down after last drop. Is that CRUX out ? Tempted to buy more but need TR1 to confirm. Big overhang here so see if they are snapped up before close.
Just hit a new low and then bounced back so someone is buying sold shares.
Thankyou Rocket
I will have a look at CABP
For me PYC offers a clear x 10 potential
Wouldn`t that be nice. You seem to be in some shares with great potential Laura. Have done similar in the past but most have ended up in disaster. SND was my biggest success on last MUSK spike when I sold out, hope it repeats again. Well done on share picking though.
CABP is My saving grace at moment and am holding these for the forseeable.
Now also
I am in MEN and that has gone 4p to 11p as the Ceo has offered to buy shares off private investors
Here at SND they are going to fund it at 10p ....I wouldn't surprised if CEO who owns 40% along with CLN holder ROX who are offering the 10p don't just make qn offer to PIs
Its all innthe RNS of March 28th
Cln funder offering existing holders 10pemce per share versus current 3.25p and also under takeover conditions with Elon Musk firm Neuralink in pole position
