True. I suppose this is a continuation of the company's tradition of telling fairy stories in their trading updates. This one is less imaginative than previous authors, but it has a touch of mystery, and maybe it will have a surprise twist when they concoct the next chapter.
Hey its AIM - who the fk knows whats going on - they could all be drinking buddies?? GLA

Sorry typo. Michael Peters doesn’t own any shares at present and this is evidenced by the fact that SJH stated in RNS around the time that no shares would be issued until proceeds were received.
The whole affair is odd why would you sign a legally binding agreement to pay £500,000 for shares if you don’t have the cash. Perhaps he thought he could get a loan secured on shares and lender backed out.
Presumably you mean he does NOT have any shares? Any evidence for that?
The press release says "thereby acquiring" suggesting he has owned the shares since subscribing, and also that they are trying to "recover" the funds for them, which would be odd if he didn't own any. Either way, it doesn't explain what he is playing at. The announcement of his subscription materially affected the price at the time, now it looks misleading?
Micheal Peters does have any shares at present. He could 1,666,667 if he pays 500,000 which is just in the money at present.
"the company said it has issued legal proceedings against Michael Peters, due to his failure to provide GBP500,000 in subscription funds owed by Auxilum Investere SJ Ltd.
In January, Windsor-based St James House said Auxilum subscribed for 1.7 million St James House shares at 30 pence each, thereby acquiring a 30% stake. The company had welcomed the subscription, having earlier warned about constraints on its working capital. However, attempts to recover the funds have been unsuccessful."
What is this guy playing at? He apparently OWNS 30% of this company by "subscribing" despite not actually handing over any money? Is he trying to impress the ladies by artificially inflating the size of his portfolio? He'll look a right plonker when the judge pulls the limp sock out of his underpants.
