Careful evolve …. You sound like Toffers… she forgot the receipts are there forever.
BRAVE!!!!
AFTER you have voted....and assuming the answer is YES to both Options, then the Board decide. Sounds clear to me.
So, this is now a nailed on Short, giving it’s getting delisted!! Gone in Big Time on IG!!
So it will be Option B....now there's a surprise....
Independent Directors...in conjunction with JD.....What a laugh!!!!!
Shareholders will be asked to approve both different options and, assuming shareholders do so, Superdry’s independent directors, in consultation with Julian Dunkerton and Peel Hunt (the Company’s financial advisers), will in due course (after shareholders have voted) choose the option to be adopted by Superdry.
Hmmmm...Maybe I'm wrong....But if the vote is YES to both Options...the Board decide....Am I reading this wrong?
The Equity Raise will be structured in one of two different ways. The two different options are as follows:
Option A: an open offer at £0.01 per share to raise gross proceeds of the sterling equivalent of up to €8 million (the “Open Offer”); or
Option B: a placing at £0.05 per share to raise gross proceeds of £10 million (the “Placing”).
I don't think you get a choice of Option A or Option B......You have to vote "as a package".....and then the Board will decide which Option to take.......or am I wrong?
Once we break 9p this will fly to 15p within a few days. Called it right so far ;)
I sold out at 13,11,10 and finally 9 after obvious losses.
Haven’t rejoined as worried this is short covering?
Thoughts?.
Hi Heggy, been another interesting day, lots of new buyers and so new PI's and new demand. Glad to read that you did not panic like many others, so looks like we will get to 9p as it did reach this today several times. Strong volume and very much a very blue day. Looks just so ripe for a bid, thats what we all want, anyway good luck all. DYOR.
Bought back in here this morning, always found this and interesting story, JD is an interesting character, lets see what happens, will be keeping close tabs.
Clear intent to get this back to 10p plus from the MM hit 9p 3 times today
MMS will take £40k @ 8.6p
In for a strong finish and super day tomorrow :)
LIFT OFF
11 for me Kent 10 today
Looks like 10p on the cards tomorrow ;)
9s lets go!
With the offer now at 8.6 id suggest there is more to the story than detailed in the last RNS. IMO JD is trying to get it on the cheap. Perhaps someone will beat him to it as he faffs around.
The media storm around Superdry has been quite interesting, highlighting the fact that the business isn't actually in a catastrophic financial position and could actually be turned around fairly easily (if someone is brave enough to take the bet).
So, is a buyout viable. Are we now destined to option A or B? Is there another route?
Next wave coming
Fair! very similar pattern to yesterday, mm should take it higher the avocado. 10p
Whoever bought some of these when they dropped to 5p the other day you deserve to make 40percent profit, because you must have bxxxx of steel, GL to you, just wish I had them same bxxxx.
