good to see mr turnball confident enough to buy 400,000 more shares ,always a good sign when directors put hand in pocket
this company wont be ignored much longer ,once it hits the radar will fly
A little bit of buying here over the past few days and back to double figures!
Or just go to google and look for interactive investors UK and find SBS and then the discussion board if you want to have a look at our discussion board over there...

Dear fellow Source Bioscience (SBS) shareholders, Hello. I'm new to this discussion board. Just wanted to ask my fellow SBS shareholders about: 1. I know the Vindon deal has gone through now. And all the institutions voted for it. But out of curiosity, what did you guys do? Did you guys take a stance? - I'm aware of the benefits of the Vindon deal. But I personally never did like the share dilution aspect of the deal, so I voted against the Vindon deal. What did you guys do? 2. There is another discussion happening about our company on iii.co.uk. Below is the URL. Any of you guys want to come join us over there? http://www.iii.co.uk/investment/detail?code=cotn:SBS.L&display=discussion 3. Anyone got any thoughts about our company for the long term? Hope you're all having a good week. Best wishes, trin0345
Indeed. Nice to see.
quite a few buys going throu today
met by a resounding (NOT) sale of 915 shares today so far @ ,strangely, 9.15p amassing the grand total of................... £83.72. Come on punters, let's be 'aving you!
Looks to be a lot of synergy there to me : About Vindon "Vindon (LSE: VDN) along with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the manufacture of environmental control products for the pharmaceutical industry, life sciences and food sectors together with the provision of related services. Vindon provides products and services for the management of temperature, humidity and light, where controlled storage is required. Its product range includes controlled environment rooms and storage chambers, blood bank storage units and plant growth chambers. Vindon also offers controlled environment storage facilities for its clients at its sites in the UK and Ireland and the US (Atlanta and Southern California). For more information, see www.vindonhealthcare.com." Note California and Atlanta - could be interesting.
enough shares accepted offer to go throu will be a good addition to company ,good news
Been in this company for several years now, it has good fundamentals and looks likely to have a bright future, i've been patient for a long time now but then again I am a long term investor! but don't take my word for it DYOR and you'll agree with me : )
its a good profit making company ,imo a great buy and sp will reflect that in medium term this board do great job and should be more supported ,one day it will hit the radar
concluded - not totally taken up but no wonder when it was on offer higher than the sp. Still looks like a great company to me. Hope this purchase of Vindon Healthcare proves sensible. Anyone invested?
Just thought I'd post, have been in here a couple of years and although solid sp has gone nowhere. hopefully this acquisition will help. (Wish it was the other way round with someone buying us) The Open Offer puzzles me though - offer price 9.5p yet current open market buy price now is 9.35p?!? Why, therefore, take it up?
this looks like it will be a great buy ,have a good track record ,hope it goes throu
mr yeung ,maybe
someone keeps topping up
interesting whos mr yeung
It could be a share transfer from one ii to another as sp has remained flat but there should def be a holding RNS in coming days, that will decide if it's a transfer of somekind or if a ii's loading up, I've not seen a lot of sellers so no idea how the mm's managed to get shares if these were all buys!! But your right this is overlooked and will shine when new contacts come!! But I want to be in before this ;)
Yep there have been a number of very large trades gone through over the past couple of weeks and the SP has remained fairly static. I'm sure if most of those had been sells we wouldn't still be over 10p so I agree with you. I like that this a dependable profitable company (a rarity on AIM!) but what I'm really here for is their exposure to the healthcare sector (NHS). Also for their diagnostic capabilities but most of all their DNA sequencing technology which will become a central part of personalised treatment for patients I believe. I think this stock is overlooked and unrecognised for its long term potential.
I'm waiting on the holdings RNS from mr 10.26p and mr 10.50p Have a look at trades since 14th June, mr 10.25p is stocking up pretty big and mm's are holding back the price! Might end very soon
Are you in yet mate? Nice solid day here.
i have just stumbled onto this little hidden gem and love it! i hope i'm not too late for the party ;) fundamentals are strong and techs are setting itself up for a bull run. ill be looking to enter in coming days! (or when i get free cash ) GL all
