''legislative scrutiny has been weakened''
That's an understatement Basser1!
The AIM 'Regulator' is a feckless waste of space that it would appear spends its days sitting around with its thumb up its ass!!
Who here has EVER received a response to an email sent to them or read about some company or entity being fined?!?!
(I know that I sure as sh8t haven't!!! 🤔🤨 )
Is it any wonder both companies and investors are starting to desert the London Markets in ever increasing numbers!

Surfi- in our Agm it was stated that potential partners/buyers have said “show us your data” well this is coming imminently. Let’s see if the bod can attract a good deal - and I know the board have been drumming that drum for many years but now it’s time to deliver. Not a fan of SP by the way. Another thing for people to consider will be the imminent funding raise for phase 2 - this will hold us back a little.
Abe, no… not a ramper or a de-ramper, just an investor with a view. Dropped in and out of this board for many years, but never bothered posting. The end game is in sight now so let’s see where we end up. Here’s to maximising our returns .
Fair point, Potnak.
Aber - I'm always a bit wary of posters using the company name in their moniker.
Exactly Laesar... oh its going down cos Roverfort are selling or alternatively its going up cos there's news soon. In reality nobody had a bloody clue. If this gets back to anywhere near where it was a year agoI will eat my hat.
HBD .. Careful with LSESAR .. only a couple of posts .. account set up only for one reason ... IMHO it will be a further alias account of our lovely deramping crew ... All Just IMHO - I could be wrong but no. of posts says a lot really
I don't think that is tight HBD. The balance of the RF facility isn't paid back via the sell price they get. It was paid back at the placing price minus a discount. That how sareum knew how many shares to issue to settle. They couldn't do more than 3 million as that would risk a TR1 and maybe there was a clause in the contract to protect sareum in that respect. They are nearly out and have made a nice profit to boot. Still have warrants too. As do other investors. The dillution isn't done yet but hopefully, we won't care as the warrants will be excised on some stocking news.
Lsesar - thanks for your posts. In my opinion, there has been sack loads of evidence of market manipulation with this share. Unfortunately legislative scrutiny has been weakened across the range of public bodies in UK. So a request to the Financial Ombudsman to take a look would seem unlikely to get very far.
That's a good point, Lsesar. The volume does suggest a slowing of selling from RF. All we know is they hold less than 3% of the shares. I think they probably have less than a million to go and will do 250k a day until out. I wonder how many will report from yesterday? Also, the mm's can use this pattern to hide other big trades.
Lsesar - each time RF requested more shares they will have had to provide evidence that they had sold their previously issued shares and the selling price in order to work out how many more shares they were due. The latest RNS more or less tells us RF had been selling their shares at a loss and have now been given a final number to pay off the remaining balance.
You initially seemed quite positive about the share but now you're throwing some doubt in here, hmmmmmm.
Causation or Correlation. Will the SP fall because genius says it will or would it fall anyway and genius is using that knowledge to short the stock. With ten of millions 10p shares sloshing around that are 150% in profit, the sp is going to be volotile and I suspect that genius will be proved correct in calling 25p. Personally, I think anything under a pound will eventually make a profit. So the intra day fluctuations are an opportunity to play the game. It's a fun game at times.
Got to call this out, how have people come to the conclusion that riverfront are selling? Do they not have the same investing acumen as most of the people here and are unaware that holding will bring bigger riches? We don’t know 100%, just as we have no idea of what the hnwi have done. It just seems that the go to excuse for all negative price movements are attributed to riverfort. Personal view is most of it is MM “manipulation “, we’ve all seen erratic movements with little to no volume.
Spot on Bigeasy. IG is attempting to create FUD as he knows that RF selling alone will not feed a short position and needs other sells to take it lower.
Hi number of posts are immaterial - read the content. Recent uber ramping on GCM has been a damp squib to date. It doesn't take a genius to work out that, with RF sustained selling, the sp will drop. But how long for? - not too long I would guess.
It is what it is and RF will be clear soon other than for Warrants. Where will it go once we have clear skies?
They wouldn’t attack a comment or statement unless it seemed likely. Time to sit tight.
But like my Peel Hunt suggestion and the link to other shares with Riverfort, when I smell a rat, normally is a good hunch.
After all, as explained previously. I spent best part of a decade in the broking and trading world in the square mile.
Best
