I further added today ( Friday ) with 1,000 at 17.3p... & so the other 50,000 at 17.9599 must be buys as well... Hence the spread is nowhere near the reported 25%... Sheesh! ;-)
My buy shown as a sell... 20p paid later on...
...at less than half my average price... Eeek! LoL :-D
Gotta be soon has it not?
Probably deserved/needed. Who is still in?! A rough landing occurring. I need take off!!
Hi Rhaegar, " Finger in the wind"....Is that an Elton John song? Dedicated to us PI's?? LoL Patience is truly a virtue in this game & so..... I've put my modest holding here on the back burner.... to await the rights issue/placing. Best regards, as ever Blue
What price for bottom Blue? 20p psychological support with an intraday dip below on any placing? Finger in the wind time!
What planet are you on... liability the fella.
I have never held but saw Charlie Muirhead present . Thought he was switched on and the biggest asset the company had . Was I mistaken ? Why did Muirhead and the company go their separate ways ?
Key Points... * Targeting annualised cost savings of approximately £3m by closing its technology centre in Bangalore & streamlining the European operations, etc. * Net revenue for the full year to exceed £8.5m. * & net revenue for 2015 to grow by between 80% to 100% (so £15m - £17m). * "These benefits will likely be realised towards the end of 2015 or early 2016." * Cash balance at the end of 2014 was £8.5 million & expects cash flow break even by early 2016.... ...largely because it currently expects to pay out between £22m & £24m following the acquisition of base79... ..."The payment will be satisfied by a combination of new equity, unsecured loan notes or cash." I'm not unhappy about that... ...could be a rights issue at some point to raise the cash for base79.... GLA & Best Regards, Blue
''anticipate net revenues for 2015 to grow 80 - 100 per cent from 2014.'' One for the long term then with all the other bits factored in.
Hi Johnny' I would imagine that the new CEO, Patrick Walker, will alter the goalposts for revenue for 2015 & maybe use Charlie Muirhead as the excuse. They are pretty confident of achieving £8.5m for 2014 & the final audited results will be released in Mid- April. It's not uncommon for this type of IPO to rise above the launch price (60p) & then fall quite dramatically (ie: FDEV, KWS, etc) before regaining the losses. As you know, between them Woodford, Invesco & Vesuvius have almost 75% of the stock... & I expect that they will be in this for the long term.... ... what would be worrying is if they start offloading! Best regards, Blue
Not quite sure what you're trying to say with the "colour blind" statement could you explain, please. Many Thanks, Blue
I think some posters are colour blind Neil w is in yet ... Fall... Fall... Fall and even after a good RNS too earlier Something not right Yet this is a good company with good ideas and workers despite CM Top up and fingers crossed for long haul Gla
Granted several large funds i(ncluding Neil Woodford’s) hold a lot of shares, but it would be interesting to know how Rightster intends on reaching the £25m target for 2015. Growth by aquisitions is not very impressive.
"Does anyone have a bullish case for Rightster?" Neil Woodford, perhaps ?
hmmm feels like not many people visit this board anymore! So its no surprise to read an article on Shareprophets suggesting that the company might be better named Wrongster. I agree with the writer that story about Muirhead vacating his CEO role after supposedly successfully growing the business is a complete joke. It was also suggested that forecasted revenues of £25m for 2015 don’t stack up. Does anyone have a bullish case for Rightster?
today's presentation at the investors in innovation and technology forum at the business design centre in London? I had hoed to go if only to find out what Rightster plans to do to restore some value in the share price.nic e to see Muirhead handing the reigns over to Walker. Hopefully he can reverse the companies fortunes. Web TV does appear to be gaining momentum though. Just need to make some money from it
Will take a buy now... 'Just bought a small tranche of 1,000 at 27p... ...If she's good enough for Uncle Neil then she's good enough for me
'Can't put a limit buy through?! & last buys on Wednesday were all a good while before the bell! Is it that canny Neil Woodford hoovering them all up at rock bottom prices? http://www.fool.co.uk/investing/2014/12/09/4-neil-woodford-yieldgrowth-plays-homeserve-plc-rightster-group-plc-paypoint-plc-cranswick-plc/
Glad to see a Good day here :-) GLA & Best regards, Blue
……..and about time too! The exponential growth in video is here for all to see. Facebook is entering the fray targeting the online video advertising market too. Plus the 4G networks are improving.
