Getting better... warming up nicely
....'All got a tad ungentlemanly on here, what? 'Flipped 2k for 15% profit (shown as a sell on here) yesterday Best regards to one & all, Blue
It's hard to find this hidden amongst the smoke and mirrors but found it for you just in case you didn't notice it. The loss for the year ended 31 December 2014 totalled £18.0 million versus £19.4 million for the prior year. The current year losses were impacted by non-cash charges including the unwinding of a £1.6 million discount on deferred consideration (2013: £nil) and amortisation of £1.7 million (2013: £0.4 million). Yes £18 million loss massive loss versus income. More dilution to come.
What!!?? A placing? You mean like they do at CPX. Wow that is a strange coincidence. Never seen that done before on AIM. Anyway back to reading your posts and the your absolute amoeboid guide to making - sorry LOOSING - money. No offence intended.
I think you scored an own goal there. Oh well. If I were your boss and in the words of AS ' Your fired'

Jesus think they might need anther placing very soon.
Like the sell off has begun.
so if I've read your response correctly....a positive % rise (RSTR today) is a bad thing and -ve % (CPX today) is good. Losing £ is good Making £ is not. ummh Please explain your logic?
2 trades all day for £500 total let's hope no one sells £1000 worth this will drop like a brick.
FACT!! You can't deny facts. Bye the way your approach is sooooo predictable. Shame not enough brain cells in your pond I guess.
http://tinyurl.com/nzwba97 Patrick Walker, who has recently taken over as chief executive of Rightster (LON:RSTR), says the company’s focus is now on execution. He says he will carry on the vision set out by former CEO Charlie Muirhead, but the plan is to accelerate growth without spending as much cash. It comes as the online video distribution specialist confirmed plans for raise £5.3mln in a placing. It also revealed it made a pre-tax loss of £18.8mln in 2014, which was slightly smaller than the £19.3mln loss registered the year before.
This share used to be at 75+. Ouch!
Wow must be the worst share on aim no trades at all. Stay clear of this lemming.
Is that lack of trades getting to you. MM's always push it up on a nothing RNS just in case some nutter wants to buy some but guess they are waiting to bail out. Dilution dilution dilution
feel? No thinking going on then. Seems the SP is going in opposite directions. CPX down red 9%+ and RSTR blue going up 5%+ so far today at this point in time. These are FACTS.
and a plummet on its way I feel.
Is massive here who in the hell would want to buy this wonder how those placing shares are going to get sold perhaps they will use them to short.
Looks like they are needing money to keep going oh dear.
Looking good!
They are looking for £5m...so a further 27.8 million shares = 14.3% of current shares in issue ( 194.48m ) Neil Woodford's probably got his chequebook out right now. LoL RNS issued on Thursday so Friday's volume response is a good sign... Only question is...The base79 acquisition was at £22m-£24m & they "only" had £8.5m in cash at the end of 2014? So will they be able to go the unsecured loan route to get the balance??
As predicted... At 18p... http://www.lse.co.uk/AllNews.asp?code=6kgqvmw0&headline=Rightster_Proposes_GBP5_Million_Placing_Says_2015_Encouraging_So_Far_ALLISS
...Two & a half times the average... ...All Buys & 19.7999p paid
