maru market cap £20m, prem over £100m
maru has multiple near term revenue generating commodities across multiple countries
*****on van de burgh hasn't come onboard for this to remain a junior miner.
just the start.
for rrr, i fear its the start of the end
Nice cheap warrants in MARU and its been great sitting on Aquis.
I must say he's done a great promote and surprised me how well.
Lets see how it goes when they move over, what goes up sometimes comes down.
Profit goes somewhere.
Are you guys are professional derampers and scaring people from investing (yes I know ha,ha) or trading!?
RRR have assets and projects they can sell part or all off if they needed or wanted too.
Example.
If they wanted and there was a buyer they could sell part or all of their position in
Lithium - multiple buyers for their position including their NDA partners close to site.
Elephant Oil - yes locked in, but could sell if the buyer was willing to accept the lock-in period. Yes maybe for a reduced price to IPO but would still be higher than their initial buy in price/cost.
Could sell Kenya if they wanted too.
I'm sure there would be buyers for the Gold resource - maybe not the value wanted but there is a price for something and would bring in much needed capital to the business.
Australia Gold - again maybe not the price wanted by the company but there is an opportunity
You are just as usual scare mongering without owning shares.
A £3m m/c company with opportunities and news events and at the lower end of the chart....good upside for even the scaremongers'.
Issued today. $5m already spent by it's Billionaire backer on the Blesberg site. Lots of big yellow machines
31 August 2023
First Contract Signed for Sales of Blesberg's High-Grade Lithium Ores Direct
into China
Marula Mining (AQSE: MARU), an African focused mining and development company,
is pleased to confirm that it has signed a contract for an initial trial
shipment of high-grade lithium ore from the Blesberg Lithium and Tantalum Mine
("Blesberg" or the "Project") with a Chinese importer and exporter of
metalliferous ores.
The Company is also in the process of concluding its negotiations with a
number of European based global commodity trading groups in respect to a long
-term offtake agreement over spodumene and lithium products produced from the
stockpiles at Blesberg and from the Company's broader development plans for the
proposed Blesberg open pit mining operations
Volume crossed 43.5 million ....buys outstripping sells massively
Buys are doubling sells today ....everyone can see you just need to click the trades button ......🤡🤡🤡🤡....we all can see who this is!!!!
Yes it is
Banboring, you think it is less than transparent because you are uninformed and can't be bothered to make yourself informed. If you are not prepared to read stuff or look stuff up, how can you be anything other than uninformed?
https://www.rrrplc.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/2023.05.31_RRR_GM_Chairmans_Letter_to_Shareholders_FINAL_WEB.pdf
"Passage of the resolutions now presented is required (a) to enable Directors to meet specific existing commitments to issue warrants in relation to recent fundraisings, amounting to £21,148.34 and (b) to cover operational needs not funded from other sources. For this latter purpose the Company seeks a general authority under both Section 551 and 569 of the Companies Act 2006 over up to an aggregate nominal amount of £37,500 of new ordinary shares"
It is not difficult. The recent GM gave the company authority to issue more shares up to a limit.
All you need to do is check out what has been issued. If the company wants to issue more shares, it will need a GM. As with the last GM the company will need to give notice of the meeting and the resolutions plus explain its reasoning.
DYOR
Anyone ever get stung here? AB reminds me of Steve Best. That share killed me.
Helpful
There is nothing that jumps out to a casual investor that says RRR cannot issue more shares. Really appreciate the information.
For what it's worth I agree you are damned if you do damned if you don't re criticised all ends up.
Its however a seriously important peice of information as to a degree it reduces the company's transparency ( if that was possible) as they will opt for non disclosable loans under the 200k RNS threshold. Information again provided by you.
I think this information provided by you above might put off investors. I'm sure that was not your intent. But much more useful than metal price updates.
14.5 being paid now....looking very strong...mms ticking up
Buying pressure very strong .....gonna turn blue very soon ....mms will let go very soon ....watch this space
🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
Nobody. At last, game over. AB has feathered his nest by diving in the penalty area and playing out of the rough with his leather wedge. He will retire with the pension and capital he has amassed in full sight. The new BBC drama with Dr Robert Chance springs to mind.
Mainly all buys today ...people seeing its very cheap and good time to buy
Bell is fooked. He could only raise with a massive discount to the price and that would only work if the volume was there for forward selling, which it isn’t. His tales of Congo money and Chinese involvement just aren’t being believed.
Don't you sometimes just think it would be better to just put this old dog out of its misery? No better example of a 'lifestyle' company imo...
Guaranteed he will wheel out Zimbabwe Lithium and the imminent China, possible direct BMW and Merc tie-ups and any Indian interest for the rocks guarded by 6 security guards and imminent DRC funds for the next fundraise.
Question is who else is left to believe in Andrew Madoff Bell ?
And so the mask slips 😳
So no possibility of:
1. Sale of assets?
2. JV of assets?
3. Taking on debt?
Apart from that you are obviously spot on. You are also assuming that there is no progress with DRC: just because you make an assumption doesn't make something a fact.
There is nothing stopping RRR selling out of NBGC or reducing its position in ALR etc
And as to issuing more shares it just needs to get an authority at a GM.
xx
What part of that is wrong? No new shares allowed it’s the end, new shares allowed it’s a delayed end.
Make up your mind Lomax. A couple of days ago it was the end of the world if RRR issued shares and now it is the end of the world if they don't issue shares. You will say anything to get the price down so you can buy back in for a quick trade.
And more proof. This is akin to dogs barking at the moon.
Go and look stuff up.
Look up authorised and issued share capital: authorised as in authorised by the passing of a resolution at a General Meeting and issued, as in have actually issued the shares.
The CLN RNS refers to existing authorities as in it refers to the system above; those shares have been authorised and issued but now the company has no further authority to issue shares. Consequently, the company will need to seek new authorities at a GM: authorities as in plural, an hypothecated authority for the conversion and warrant shares and then a general authority to issue shares.
Without a general authority it cannot issue more shares.
If you don't understand what is going on, why do you insist on banging your gums so vigorously?

Yep I’m afraid it’s a few months away from a fire sale. How much are the assets worth?
Helpful it's as clear as mud but your familiarity as you suggest means you should be right particularly as it relates to CLNs which you have a conflicted interest in.
So AB prevented from issuing shares. RRR burning cash , DRC remote. Elephant overvalued, POW idea from liquid unlikely.
Options - farm out of part of ALR as suggested by Zumore. Load up with debt secured on assets.
I think the company is in real danger and whilst their may be value in some of the assets, the current situation infers that value will accrue to CLN holders debt holders and creditors. Whether that is through poor management or by design I just don't know. But no headroom ( which no one would have worked out without Helpfuls input) is a real red flag.
