I was hoping Paul Johnsons get up and go attitude might have rubbed off on AB but same old promises and the odd bit of juicy titbits but nothing ever happens to create shareholder today as opposed to tomorrow. Annoying really.

And Just be he's very close to retirement.
Let's just hope that his aspirations and objectives for RRR moving forward have no hint of the "personal" in them and are aligned with Shareholders.
Another jolly for Bell, this time to Zimbabwe. He does seem to have a pageant for spending investors cash (what's left of it?) globetrotting (in first class maybe?) rather than using the modern technology available today.
Will he bring home the bacon or will it be a repeat of the month in the Congo returning with sweet FA again???
Easy to see why this guy has a reputation for having a short attention span and getting nothing completed.

Yes Dukey 0.1075 is an all-time low.
In August 2022. Mr Bell.was talking up the share following his Congo visit and it was 0.68p. 1.2 bn shares in issue.
He immediately began placing at 0.4 and then all the way down to here in advance of receipts from DRC. Share count has more than doubled with a huge amount of warrants added in.
It's a seriously hefty loss in value
Agreed Speculative and much as I would love either options 4 or 5 to happen at speed every brain cell in my head keeps thinking who invests on four samples of two kilos.
You said you invested in RRR for DRC and it did sound plausible but an update is desperately overdue.
I'm not sure AB going to Zimbabwe as opposed to DRC in this context is particularly reassuring.
One thing that is certain if you are a pro or an amateur, is that the stocks we see in the winners leaders board yesterday will be in the top losers board tomorrow, and if we don't keep it moving FK & forget, we will be broke and bitter for sure
with a heart filled with hate for fellow investors that see's value in the stock we have sold, the only long term winner is the Market Makers, founders, and the Board who can suck out all the value at a higher level over the years until there is nothing left but dreams and hope of been thrown a bone before consolidation LOL!! rinse & repeat, one only got to look at COPL a shadow of it's former self at 1.80p ATM... ART have sucked out £70m in funding since consolidation, and now'' that all the money have disappear and legally explained away, he is living on none stop Bond issue to keep the lights on.. it's the wild west out there with no oversight or regulation that protect shareholders equity over stakeholders
just saying finding a winner that goes up in a straight line with a board that shear the cake with there investors is rocking horse SHT these days, the odds of finding the right stock that goes from a penny to a pound with a sincere BOD, is worst than the lottery, you can research as much as you want, but it will all come down to luck and chance, right place at the right time, and how much you are fully loaded to see the real benefit when your pick rockets, or if it rockets, sometime we have to eat humble pie and sell out, and keep in the watch list just in case there is development a few days after you sell LOL!! eyes on the ball feet on the ground
it's a jungle out there...
Helpful RRR message referenced 'partners' Are you going? or do you know who else might be at meeting.
Banbury If a deal is made it could go in any number of directions such as
1- no deal
2-deal limited to purchase of lithium when delivered
3- deal could include plant financing
4-deal could include cash on signing
5-deal could include an investment into RRR (doubtful but possible)
No worries speculative.
I just don't see a next step in Zimbabwe leading to funding. We are on empty re cash.
Hate to say it but Tin Hill etc al will in twenty years time be most likely be like Mt Ida Migori tailings and Ivory Coast- All nearly but not quite.
Banbury re suspension
1) Auditors last years audit had footnote for "Material Uncertainty Related to Going Concern"
2) Creditor action-agreed this is always a possibility The AIM only requires financial information every 6 months whereas Canada/US requires every quarter
Thank you for pointing out IOG, it made for interesting reading
Hopefully something positive will occur in Zimbabwe
Spec - you are barking up the wrong tree. We will suspend ourselves or the auditors will do it for us on a going concern.
The filings / housekeeping won't be relevant. Take a look at IOG on this site - the company instigated the suspension ending a financial review.
The risk is all assets here are pledged to the few who call in what is due. Suspension and subsequent annoucment that their is very little or no value left for ordinary shareholders.
Maid it shame our leader who you have never seen so happy has to communicate via Tweets. Hardly inspires confidence.
I must say i was very tempted to increase my holdings today on this false drop from 15 support, but I'm already fully loaded so mustn't be greedy but GL to those that did
Sadly looking like: last one to leave switch thee lights off scenario: 50% decrease in share price within a few months 🙄😭😢
Nice to see a tweet from our leader in our hours of needs, and it would be equally nice to see a red dot tomorrow to back it up'' we live in hope, but yes it was a crazy afternoon BB'' 40m BUYS to 12 mil SELLS it's a no braina
thanks for that helpful''

Dvharrison- re Suspension What triggers a suspension for an AIM company? In Canada/US a failure to file reports after a period time (meaning its not immediately the day a report is late). the initial effect is insiders can not trade the shares for 6 months, then a hearing for possible reasons and an opportunity to cure default and finally a cease trade order
RRR next report (the annual) is due at the end of December so I would guess the earliest possible suspension would be perhaps March 2024. Personally I just dont think that it even remotely likely.
creditors or loan holders could perhaps trigger bankruptcy/insolvency but in Canada/US the shares would continue to trade. What happens in the UK if that happens?
A long way to go to talk about nothing!!

Strange afternoon action. After hours RNS ? RRR is allways leaky
Not a chance . . . LOL
I know you are itching to buy some RRR at this low price. come on, go ahead and buy them. many dogs are rising, surely our time soon
Duke providing the jump out at 0.14 not a bad trade.
Definitely not for either the long term or faint hearted.
In fairness some decent buys at 0.11 !
Fridays allways the day where we have buying on no news in the morning - followed by an RNS and a spike which the early morning " few" sell into.
Duke this is an all time low and next spike will be far lower and presents huge issues with CLNs
RRR desperately need cash from somewhere ! Would they have to put it in an RNS if they have done another deal with Riverfort or YA2 ? Any equity raise now you would imagine be 0.07 or below - In similar situation to ORCP who had to raise at 0.035p - Now that would be painful but not out of the question with Bell.
