I'll also be very happy to find you have been talking nonsense.
I'm sitting on a loss, I want this to turn as out well as anybody else. But I don't see it, to post that view is as reasonable as to post a positive view. I would be very happy to find I have been talking nonsense.
Gambier. No matter how often you post your post count stays on 43. I hope you are here only for good reasons. Most of us want to stay and play the end game. Regards.
But that is not how a Russian oligarch thinks. They want things for nothing and they operate in a way in which they can get things for nothing.
Exactly my thinking
The reason why is that they would only get say 20m below 5p depending on the liquidity. Better to put an offer price out for the free float, that way they would get more sellers. As the price would go up to just under the offer.
Somebody could come in now and take the last ten percent for say 5p per share (6 million quid?) which is peanuts to an oligarch. Why aren't they doing it? Simple, they don't need to, once it goes private they will just take the ten percent for nothing knowing that small shareholders will have no recourse.
It's ok... the MM's will shake the tree ;)
Don't see any buyout or anybody coming in to hoover up shares, why would they? This goes private and I doubt we will hear much about the company again - disappear into Russian hands without any legal comeback for small shareholders. Debt is $300 million with net profit that cannot go near making repayments. My guess is the assets will be shared out amongst Russians.
Looks like we may hear more following Mondays meeting... Ruspetro (re de-listing)
Looks like everyone involved are now happy to hold.
Ones interested today !!
Sorry this was for Ihadanideaonce
Morning Azeus. 20p can still come as its always the last few day that you see the big scramble to sell & buy
It's a game of cat and mouse now, I'm holding out for as long as I can, but happy to hold them in new company if none of the large stakeholders want a bigger slice of the pie.
I'm holding too. No chance of selling while it is this low. Looks like I'll be keeping them when the company goes limited, unless the sp significantly rises. Don't understand the £4.51 sell this morning, someone need lunch money?
Can only create a market if people buy/sell! !
What happened to your 20p standpoint? :p
With only 20 days left now, anything could happen, but it looks unlikely the company will buy its own shares back now so it's a now free for all.
I'm definitely holding as I mentioned before. The mms are required to make a market and that is why they are still available to buy. I think we might have a few nasty tree shakes in the next couple of weeks. Good buy today of 600,000 from one investor. Regards.
If they want shares out of "Joe anyone's" hands... why are they still available to buy? :)
Still a month to go thou, and don't see any point in selling just at a penny, as the dividend could be that in a couple of years time. As they say in for a penny in for a pound
Yep, me too. I've been here a long time so not bailing out now. In fact I got a few more the other day.
Me toooooo...
well at this level of sp i have no dilemma "theres no point in me selling" might as well hang on and see what happens in the future, investing is different to trading and im just not a trader !
