Sell or not to sell, that is the dilemma! !
Nothing new in this one apart from resignations of Mr Robert Jenkins, Mr Frank Monstrey and Mr Maurice Dijols
correct Pumpky but will cause issues down the road, like when Dividends are paid out
But all those small investors will be in the minority and cannot affect the decisions imho
Yes Ihadanideaonce, & its just a calculated gamble that they will not want 1000s of small investors owning a small % of the new private company with all the future issues that may cause, so I think they will offer a fair price for the Company to buy the free float. My guess is five million for starters, but as they have been a fair company IMO, they may decide to offer a little more so not to many holders who have not yet sold lose out. They may offer nothing and then the price would drop back a little but they still have the problem of 1000s of small investors in a private company!!
I'm very interested in seeing how this plays out. Another new experience/situation for me since I started dabbling in the stock market :)
There will be an RNS this afternoon and it might just drop a little, but I think it could be the 1st big jump. IMO
I`m only 4,471 miles away!!
Any one around Old Broad Street tomorrow at 10.30am?
lots now to sell but not much to buy!!
Or Friday :)
Meeting is tomorrow, we will all know more tomorrow afternoon
Hehe. What a big spread. I'm not scared and I'm not selling. Regards.
So company buys back the free float so everyone has an equal share of the pot
they are more likely to agree to share them out as its the only fair way to do it I think
Maskin paid a 65p average for his 25% holding, maybe they could stretch to a 10p a share offer for an extra 13%. Or maybe they are fed up with their investment and dont want anymore money put into RPO
Never say never but not many come back, think if they do Re-list thou, they may feel more at home at the SHCOMP
Ok lets say they go-head and de-list, and become RPO Ltd then things go well for RPO oil price goes back up finance gets sorted some new wells come on-line and they decide to re-list? if you keep your shares and RPO come back say in 3 years time to the market could that be worth a gamble? just a thought.
also zOctopuz this will have to be covered before the 6th of June, http://shorttracker.co.uk/company/GB00B4ZH7J18/all
Shorters get shorter, lemon squeeze as they got to close pre delisting
around 4p was the price prior to the RNs, maybe they can offer that fo r the minority.
A nice few chunky buys. This is looking very nice
correct Pumpky, and that’s what I’m saying
I'm still here and waiting eagerly for June. All buys this morning including a very nice one for 500,000. Regards.
Not 75%?
