So you are unable to provide a metric based valuation , just that RPO has been a certain price at one point in time and so by extrapolation it could be that price now.
Thank you Charlotte10 for clear, logical reasoning that is interesting to read.
I'm trying to think of a number that wasn't a previous price. I would imagine yours would be zero. Admin will catch up with you soon. Regards to all genuine holders.
I asked for an objective valuation not a statement of previous prices. What are your metric valuations? How do you think the $300 million debt will paid back whilst simultaneously paying for capex/opex to just maintain production rates?
I would put the valuation somewhere between 4.13 and 10p. The former relates to the price at the announcement of delisting, and the latter relates to the fund raising price in Dec 2014. Are you still pretending to be an investor here, and are you still pretending that this is listed on AIM? (We have noticed that that post has been removed.) Are you getting paid for your deramping?
So the 'buy out' didn't happen and can't. This leaves a random belief that on the last day of trading 10p plus will be offered. Now beyond that obvious nonsense has anybody got any estimations of the value of RPO. The delisting info claims that the 4p market cap did not represent the true value of the company. So with a net back of $19 per barrel, a claim for 10,000 bpd by year-end, $300 million debt and 100 million barrels 2p reserves, what is this 'fair' valuation? Using the given data, which metrics would give a > 10p share price?
profit booked my dear, all are FREE shares now, so am here to stop monkeys jumping on tree and shake it for cheap bananas to close with. bananas are for 4p nowadays, can you deliver this message?
'here' sorry, English is so different to Russian
Ahh so you are hear to ramp in hope of more profit - how very Russian of you.

some are still short shorttracker.co.uk/company/GB00B4ZH7J18/all
"it is only money that you have lost" you seems happy to carry on with such nonsense, but my dear can you explain how anyone bought at 0.3p can loose here? 4p was the price pre delisting rns, and 4p is what to offer the least, can you tell them that?
That's the only thing we can do :)
Let's see what happens to the SP in the next few weeks, see who is right. Then see what happens to transparency oncethey are a ltd company in Russia.
You explain to me why listed oil and gas companies based in Russian are, according to most metrics, the most undervalued across all markets. As nearly all the major publications (FT etc) point out - corruption and rule of law. So it is not my view, it is the whole markets view, it is your view that is the minority opinion. Once again , if what I post is pure nonsense then nobody will take any notice and so your agitation and concern is irrational. Calm down dear, it is only money that you have lost.
maybe you are part of that corruption too, they seems happy to pay couple of quid for someone to post nonsense; dear oh dear
so you claiming that all Russian companies listed on LSE are corrupt then? and surely you are here to warn all on the fact that been known for ages? so who pays your bill? surely you are not posting on RPO, UEN and EXI for fun? maybe the admin can tell us your IP address, someone on the case.
If I am talking such nonsense it will be obvious for all to see, so making all my posts ineffectual and making your concern irrational. Negative posts are as legitimate as positive posts, as are posts from holders and non-holders. You, like many of the others on this board, are not the moral arbiters of what ought and ought not to be posted. There are many people who work in Russia who would laugh at your naivety relating to Russian business practices and whose own views are much more negative than my own. Russia has a lot of potential for business growth, unfortunately it is 'fantastically corrupt', even Queen is aware of that.
So you joined LSE on 16/4/2016, and most of your posts are focused on Russian oil, RPO, UEN, EXI and other 2 Scandinavian BEM and delisted TALV, and with such bearish posts, there is no doubt you have some Russian roots, maybe this is what u get paid for, like mislead and post rubbish. Can you elaborate? how about posting your IP address as an introduction first?
The response from Hargreaves Lansdown.Seems a standard response, not answered all my questions I put to them seems they don't want or are not really interested in a private company. Following the cancellation of Ruspetro plc there will be no public market or trading facility on any recognised investment exchange for the Company’s Ordinary Shares, and as such you may have difficulty selling this investment at a reasonable price and, in some circumstances, it may be impossible to sell it at any price. Under HMRC rules unlisted Shares are not eligible to be held within a Stocks & Shares ISA. As a result any holding of Ruspetro plc Shares within a Vantage Stocks & Shares ISA will need to be removed within 30 days of the effective date of the delisting (expected to be 6th June 2016). Following the delisting holders within a Vantage Stocks & Shares ISA will need to transfer your holding to a Vantage Fund & Share Account free of charge. Please note that the part of the ISA allowance relating to the existing investment will be lost – i.e. you cannot replace the transferred investments with a new contribution into your ISA. Any sales placed prior to the delisting will retain the proceeds of the sale within the Vantage Stocks & Shares ISA Please note that the Company has announced “the Board has made arrangements for a matched bargain settlement facility with the Company’s registrar, Capita Asset Services to be available with effect from Cancellation to enable Shareholders to trade their Ordinary Shares.” (Source: Letter from the Chairman, 14th April 2016)
You have been reported. You have posted before that this is an AIM stock. It is not. You have posted " it delists because major shareholders didn't want to put in offer". They couldn't put in an offer as over 25% has to be in free float on the main market. You posted "delists gets them out of having to deal with small holder rights". Not true, and are you suggesting Capita are also corrupt? An audit committee will replace corporate governance. You have been reported. Goodbye.
Please report me. Russia is one of the most corrupt countries on earth. Oil and gas industry is horrendously corrupt, people are killed and imprisoned, rule of law does not exist. I'm perfectly free to have the opinion that once this goes private it will disappear into the Russian ether - it has happened many times before. I am also free to suggest that Russian owners are often corrupt and are not to be trusted. So report me, please do.
Ive posted this before, very helpful. http://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/06/privatecompanystock.asp?o=40186&l=dir&qsrc=999&qo=investopediaSiteSearch If the link doesn't work just type in the Investopedia search box , selling private shares will take you to a good read on how. I have the shares in a SIPP with Hargreaves Lansdown, ive e mailed them to see if they can and how much it would be to sell the shares once it becomes a Ltd company still waiting for the reply. Will update asp.
They are setting up an audit committee to replace corporate governance and they will have to publish accounts yearly. These will be available on their web site. When they floated in 2012 the shares were 134p. On announcing delisting the shares were 4.23p valuing the company at £36.81 million. The majority shareholders obviously value the company higher than this. I believe also that the company is worth more than this and that's why I'm waiting for a fair valuation. Regards.
I'm glad you need a guy to help you! If you read the rns of 14th April you will get a comprehensive answer. But in short the shares will be able to be traded through Capita on a matched basis. They will be writing to all shareholders after delisting telling us how it operates. Having lots of small shareholders is a costly annoyance for rpo so that's why many think the sp will rise in the last couple of days. My holding is in a sipp so I don't have access to the funds now or in the near future so that's why I'm playing a long game. If the sp significantly drops I will buy some more. Please dyor and make a decision that is right for you. Regards. Ps ignore Gambier as he likes to spread untruths.
