You might find this link helpful, http://www.investopedia.com/ask/answers/06/privatecompanystock.asp. I have some with Hargreaves Lansdowe in my SIPP, I am going to e mail them to see how much they charge to sell these shares after they are delisted if I decide to keep them, As I understand from their e mail they sent your allowed to keep in SIPP but not in a ISA. Shall let you know the reply from them.
with China close ties Russia they will do this IMO as will give long time stability to both countries, plus another reason why I will not sell below 20p before the 6th.
I am looking forward to delisting day in June. Will be on holiday at the time so will be watching this bb and share price instead of reading. I will just have to try not to be too greedy. Will be an interesting day for spreads! Gla.
But what happens if you hold on to your shareholding when the company delists? Any investor in the new private limited company will be entitled to future dividends and or a share of the proceeds if and when the company is sold. After all the company are looking to double production and POO seems to be recovering....any thoughts anyone????
As Oleg Deripaska owns a 100% stake in Eurosibenergo, the world’s largest private hydrogeneration company and the largest private power company in Russia, its just a matter of time IMO till he buys up the last few crumbs in Ruspetro
Tuppence looks a decent target actually ...
Yes Strech and there is plenty of articles out there to read up on about going private and what happened or can happen to the share price.
Imho, don't think anyone knows the answer to that
At the level of 2p at least. GLA
Where do we think this will go? Have been watching since the big drop and wanted to buy in at 0.64 but being relatively new to this decided against it. Interested to see how this all pans out.
Time. All way north from here. GLA

yeah, I can see them from the window across the road, their faces looks desperate, they want to close their derivatives positions, plenty of red faces, searching the tricks books, what can we do what can we do McDonald's makes plenty of colorful milk shakes, they should try some ;)
