Someone just bought 1.64 million shares. Not exactly pocket money!
Cracking set of results and looking promising for the future.
Yes has to have been a 300k share purchase.
Blimey 300k shares showing as a sell. I think it looks like a buy.
And again!
And again.
Nice volume and tick up today.
Possibly the reason. Certainly seems unloved on the main market.
Daily Mail thinks the recent price rise caused by moving to AIM !
Seems that due to greater scrutiny, AIM is no longer place for higher-risk companies to access capital, but ideal for firms struggling to make impact on main market.
So when RNO announced its intention to de-list from LSE and join AIM market, its shares rose 10.3 per cent higher to 30p.
Advantage of AIM is the ability to attract 'specialist AIM investors' that would not have considered them on the main market, making a useful pool of cash if company is struggling to entice investment.
A divi would be nice but I can't see one anytime soon. Suitable acquisitions first, then divi.
Been a recovery play for the last 10 years. Time for a divi than acquisitions IMO.
Acquisitions only look to be small. I think this will be a good recovery play over the next few years.
Fine - revenue and orders up, china implemented, move to AIM sensible. Moving in right direction IMO. Wondering what acquisitions RNO is mulling over ...
Thanks for that. Fingers crossed for good progress this year
Pros : RNO are tackling the sliding profits with a three-point plan which involves cutting costs, driving efficiency through a new facility in China, and planning select acquisitions.
Cons: turnaround could take longer to effect than expected, especially if the US-China trade war heats up or the global economy cools down.

With existing operations back in trim, management will have more time to focus on the development of the new factory in the Jiangsu province of China. Management is also contemplating a move to the Alternative Investment Market (Aim) from the premium market in London. The market reacted positively to these figures, together with news that Peel Hunt had initiated coverage with a buy recommendation – we concur. Buy at seven times 2020 earnings.
