I’ve got my bulletproof vest on ready for being shot before writing….lol
I still stand by my opinion that no significant sales does not mean NO SALES.
Only yesterday we were debating about Amazon links all over Europe and I think Andip said they are listed in India too, although not for sale yet.
Assuming that FML are the ones with all Amazon listings, we were told in March that their re-ordering post the initial £100000 depended on the trademark; which is confirmed as ACHIEVED today.
Yesterday I also came across several listings by visiting a money saving tips website, rather than Amazon directly. This tells me that the groundwork is being prepared for sales. Furthermore I looked a little more at DRM’s binge.com pointer and found the mask to be listed in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Lebanon and Bangladesh so far. I also found that they are listed in Albania via desertcart , but have not looked further.
I agree that marketing so far absolutely sucks, but is that changed these masks will fly off the shelves as anyone I have mentioned them to has been shocked they exist and loved the idea of them (including airport staff) .
I am willing to wait this out, but everyone should do their own research and make their own mind up ignoring everyone in here, including myself.

Forgot to mention that so far £400 000 sales are considered insignificant, so you can decide at what point they become significant. :)
because they make not sell them they want the contract with the guy art romford market lol
Nina 400K is insignificant for a company with this market cap but where do you get £400K from?
heard it all before 720 blimey where have you been
I got the £400 000 from RNSs UG.
We know FML ordered £100 000 so far and we were told on 25 June that 350 000 masks were airfreighted to India. Assuming £1/mask that makes is £350 000, but I left £50 000 out for the sake of it (costs, maybe lower price, etc)
That makes it £400 000, without taking into account what was sold by Virionmask.co.uk.
720share, RMS have not even got £400K sales.
the mask retails for £1.00 with P2F selling to distributors for say 30P a mask average and they have reported 450,000 sold plus a few tiddlers so lets say 500,000 sold, lets be kind and give 40p each so £200K
P2F other products zero sales reported Cloudveil and Gyrometrics zero sales reported
With these sales the interims will show an operating loss of circa £750K plus additional exceptionals. This is support by the change from net £6M cash raised in Dec 2020 and "approximately" £5M at end of June.
Nina the RNS saying FML bought did not say what they paid.
100,000 masks is absolutely not £100k revenue. I'd hope for a little more than 33p and closer to 50p with a sliding price depending on quantity ordered.
You are right guys. I don’t know the margins, but neither do you.
Apologies for wrongly phrasing my statement.
450000 mask sold is insignificant so far.
That is without what was purchased by Virion mask (insignificant) or LeisureProtect (insignificant) and probably Numed and 4medicals are even more insignificant.
All I am saying is that I PERSONALLY believe that the numbers will grow. Everyone else can make their own mind up. :)
What would you say if everyone in the country wore the good masks for a month, no more spreading of the virus or very reduced amounts and the economy would be kickstarted earlier, no more lockdowns or restrictions, compared to buying cheap masks for two years or more, massive weight on people and the country as a whole including crippling the NHS and forcing the government to borrow countless millions.
Not saying the mask is perfect, however, if these had been invested in on a national scale straight away instead of giving massive contracts out internationally for cheap ****ty masks we may have been much better off by now.
Oh….UG and 720share, have you seen the pricing on Amazon? Is nearly 50%higher than the Pharm2farm one. I would review the margin estimations just a little if I were you.
Rick137 Afternoon All Think your spot on with your thoughts. If the Government had'nt shelled out millions on mate's masks, who knows? We still have the only certified COVID KILLING MASK. GLAH
Bouchos…let’s not go to their level. I was expecting something like that hence I started by saying “I have my bulletproof vest on” :)
720share…thank you for the compliment:)
To make you happy I will go with YOUR analysis and conclude with: we have at least £135 000 CLEAR profit SO FAR. Let the numbers grow. :)
Sounds like a good plan, but you can remove corporation tax from your list as even “people lacking knowledge “ know that you don’t have such tax to pay when you just break even. :)
720share your theory is supported by change in cash position which in more than £1M. Say £250K one offs leave 750K divided by 6 months.
No sales worth a damn and huge losses.
Does anyone actually know if the "long awaited magical machine" which was installed last year, after considerable delays has paid for itself yet?
It was installed early this year, but not yet fully commissioned or up to full production yet as far as we know. June 9th RNS states board were confident the machine was to be fully commissioned early July, but here we are in late July and so far no further info released.
Of course, P2F have little in the way of orders anyway, plus any orders they do get can be produced by Volz. They should never have bought the bloody thing... total shambles. Let's hope they get sone sort of refund from Lemu.
If you listen to the happy clappers here who are heavily underwater then it should be 10p by Xmas!!!!!
If they weren’t so quick to filter someone who saw this coming months a go they wouldn’t be so far down with their losses.
Just don’t take any notice of Dr M, absolute clown.
The problem is the complete incompetence of the BOD.
I'm invested in TEK.L who have a company, called Lucyd, who are launching Bluetooth sunglasses
Oops..
The point is they've got a glossy website with influencers and social media campaigns.
Exactly what RMS should be doing.
Bad im sure you know my thoughts , TEK could launch P2F in to the stratosphere
This is the biggest waste of money that I think should be refunded: as per 18th February 2021.
‘The Company has also agreed pay FortOak Rolls Limited (a company wholly owned by Alex Vergopoulos and part of the FortOak group of companies ("FortOak")) a sum of £150,000 and provide Alex with 8 million shares and options over a further 7 million shares (the "Options") in recognition of the work, and related expenses, that Alex and the team at FortOak have provided in bringing the machine into operation and securing raw material supplies. The 8 million shares will be issued to Ordian Limited, a company wholly owned by Alex Vergopoulos. The Options will have an exercise period of three years and the exercise price will be set as the closing price on the day of this announcement. The Company and FortOak are also looking to enter into a distribution agreement as one of a number of routes to market being explored by the Company.’
All in mho
Pacesetter,
Pure and simply that was hush money. Walk away quietly and don't speak of how useless we are please. The fact he negotiated a 3 year exercise price says it all lool
Even the rampers don’t have any fight left.
They know it’s fooked.
