What does lls mean
Could be or one of II, I believe just over 68% own by II's. Yesterday lots of seller of 50k, today much smaller 12.5k,5k and lots of 2k... All 50k seller yesterday was Hoover up straightaway could be other II's. It very tempting but I'm going for 9p just in case they need placing next year.
Odd that it’s down so much on hardly any volume, let’s hope it’s not Invesco selling off in background. Only a page of trades in a month, wonder what the holders from the 2 trades that add up to over £1m @ 40p are thinking today.
at this price if one of their directors hasn't jumped in and bought some to shore the price up and make a good profit into the bargain I would be surprised if there will be a rise...
Must be a good buy price
Wow, well that wasn’t one of my wisest buys...... I’ll cling on to the fact that £18m Mcap is Now under the last reported cash and equivalents value for a while. Aparantly they are now doing a review in to results, may involve new acquisition(s), Review Outcome expected September. That’s what a squawk on the Vox app says anyway.
Never mind, it’s the 4.15 ET one that looks cancelled and replaced by the 9.00 ET one which is call to listen only, no link for a live stream. Will listen When it’s uploaded on website.
Signed up to listen to today’s presentation and get the message - This Presentation has been cancelled. “ The Company will host a conference call and audio webcast today at 9:00 a.m. ET / 2:00 p.m. BST to discuss the Atopic Dermatitis Phase 2 trial results and the financial results. I think it will go back above 35p at least, drop overdone, current cash position more then current market capital

Why such a big drop today?
They state that their drug was just as effective as the far more harmful steroid equivalent, however so was the placebo - it's IMM all over again! They still have a 'cure' for acne in the pipeline but let's see what happens with that and their other drug once they review all their data. As you say, cashed up, and they certainly recovered well from the last P2 failure (last chance saloon surely now but I believe that to be priced in at this level). A small punt might not be such a bad idea.
Only because it’s a big drop and they have a chunk of cash in bank, conference call later could be interesting. “Cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments were $23.7 million as at 30 June 2018”
Buy?
There is not a lot that can be said about this company, that we allowed to print I mean.
Am I the only one here
Buy in here from 7 years ago can't even remeber what I paid ,one thing for sure the iis are hot on this wish I had cash available
Seems to me that the issue of new shares is a done deal and that existing shareholders are only needed to approve the deal. A rights issue could achieve the same and allow current shareholders to participate and not face a dilution.
As a rather long-term 'under water' Puricor shareholder I still do not quite know what to make of this business. Thoughts please. Thanks.
I suspect Alex Martin was brought in to oversee the sale - on their own terms - of Realm. That's where his expertise and experience seems to be strongest. Like he says, it has HUGE potential, ie a multi-billion $ 'mega blockbuster' - but it's a long and challenging road to go alone without the helping hand of big pharma. Here he pretty much pitches Realm as a real takeover target, quoting the huge amounts lesser projects have gone for. I topped up the day I heard it. I can see this multi-bagging in a matter of days if and when such news comes out: http://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/stocktube/7006/ realm-therapeutics-ceo-alex-martin-presents-to-investors-at-the-biotech-capital-conference-7006.html GLA!
