Anyone selling this before we get any news really needs their head seeing to. The company has stated it has responded to tenders for the work at Hinkley so news is imminent and this will fly up when we receive it. Be patient.
News tomorrow would be great but I suspect we may need to wait a bit longer than that!
YUp like I said the other day! Watch this go tomorrow!
Fingers crossed. They produce such a specialist product that I can't imagine there being that much competition for the contract. Hopefully news tomorrow.
Other contracts already announced and so could drop anytime if awarded.
All contracts signed off. https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2016/sep/29/hinkley-point-ministers-sign-go-ahead-for-nuclear-power-plant
French Foreign Minister in London, deal definitely being signed today http://www.reuters.com/article/us-britain-nuclear-hinkley-ayrault-idUSKCN11Z1ZC?il=0
Hopefully we'll see an RNS with a nice big contract shortly after the Government announce the signing of the deal
Here we go again......back to 12-13p shortly
https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2016/sep/28/edf-and-uk-government-set-to-sign-contract-on-hinkley-point-c?CMP=share_btn_tw Should be signed tomorrow
News by EOW that the deal to build Hinkley point C will be ratified. Very good news for RHL.
RNS late today or Monday methinks.
Otago.....just seen your Post, many thanks
WH Ireland
Otago ...which broker is making that forecast pls. Thanks
I see the broker has a 10p target on the stock but that target presumably goes out the window if one of these large Hinkley contracts lands. Guess that could happen any time. Interesting!
Brokers best estimates are of reorganisation resulting in earnings to 0.5p in 2017. So fully valued at present I would suggest. The company's fortunes could, of course, change dramatically for the better in coming years should they succeed in landing contracts for Hinkley et al. The significant rise in the share price thus far in Sept. takes account of those prospects and any further short term increase will probably come from some "tipster". These things take time and IMO there is little SANE reason to expect the price to be 20p during 2016. Unless they announce a life changing order for the company before New Years Day. GL
We have already announced two business associations to enable us to play a part in the UK nuclear new build programme. Our joint venture with ACPP is enabling us to bid for the supply and fix of Pond Liners and we have already submitted our bid for the proposed nuclear power station at Hinkley Point C which is worth to us in the region of 25 million. Our Memorandum of Understanding with Nuvia, the UK subsidiary of Vinci of France, will enable us to bid for the pipework element of the Balance of Nuclear Island and Balance of Plant contracts. Each such contract will contain pipework to the value of c.100 million.
Hopefully get some news this week!
BOUGHT MORE excellent OPPURTUNITY to gain multiples from current levels
Of the 7 MM's only one is currently on the Bid....suggesting they may go better. The 300/- @ 16.39pm was in all probability the mm's unwinding positions ..... this tends to happen three times a day at 11am/early afternoon/at the close. Activity, of course, play a part.
Look back a decade and see how the Nuclear "bug" caught the Markets imagination. Times were different, of course, and the then management had only started to engage in the nuclear arena but the general story (as it affects RHL) is very similar. I'm getting that old familiar feeling.!
I TOTALLY concur. This is a no BRAINNER RNS yesterday stating news will follow. Decent buys towards the RNS of yesterday & it seems the go ahead yesterday was a formality & contract negotiation must be going on in the background thus news will not be far away. Worth MILLIONS to RHL
THIS is going to have a strong day BEFORE investors realise we will be @ 20s & then everyone will want in Excellent entry price
as surprised it still at this sp, next few weeks will see it climb from what i see :)
