11P TO BUY BUYS coming in & when the penny drops here & the value of contracts are understood which could be worth MILLIONS this will be multiples of where we are @ right now
FREE FLOAT is very minimal Management hold 60+ % Slight buying pressure will propel this very quickly towards the 20s mark Huge contracts to be announced in due course
RNS taken from 2011 We should be hearing contracts imminently as green light given from government We have already announced two business associations to enable us to play a part in the UK nuclear new build programme. Our joint venture with ACPP is enabling us to bid for the supply and fix of Pond Liners and we have already submitted our bid for the proposed nuclear power station at Hinkley Point C which is worth to us in the region of 25 million. Our Memorandum of Understanding with Nuvia, the UK subsidiary of Vinci of France, will enable us to bid for the pipework element of the Balance of Nuclear Island and Balance of Plant contracts. Each such contract will contain pipework to the value of c.100 million.
CONTRACTS to be worth many a millions once won This will be towards 100P £100 million pipeline contract & that's just one Great upside here we should see mid twenties very quickly
Wow nice buy and holding rns. More to come... May be slow but a nice steady share to own whilst news is building up.
Hope so. :) Would prefer nice and steady rises as well rather than daft spikes that encourage trolls.
Gap up tomorrow morning then.

Otago......I was heavily involved in RHL in 2006. Starting off as Booth Ind. the new management moved the group forward in a major way. I believe the stock moved higher by some 596% during 12/18 months to a high of approx. £4. Happy days !!
Exactly what you would expect I suggest. As "brokers" they will have quite a few happy clients with their recent purchases of stock. A very healthy % gain to be locked in.
Meant to mention that the sp at the end of 2011 after the Hinckley contract announcement was around 70p. Following all the delays the sp has tumbled a long way!
From the December 2011 rns Prospects and Strategy This is an exciting time for the prospects of this Group. We are on the cusp of the biggest opportunity in the engineering industry for decades with the commencement of the UK nuclear new build programme. This programme will give opportunities to both the manufacturing and contracting operations within the Group. We have already announced two business associations to enable us to play a part in the UK nuclear new build programme. We are also in discussion with a third potential partner for the supply of shield and security doors. The value of this contract for each nuclear installation is approximately 50 million. We believe that key decisions on nuclear new build will be made during the course of the next twelve months. The supplier base is starting to take shape and we are well positioned to play a significant role.
Apologies all, a bit off with my maths! They sold just under 1.2 million shares which equated to roughly 0.6% of the company. As to why, who knows, but as someone alluded to, they may have needed to pay some bills, don't we all! In addition, they may have sold these prior to the Hinkley news & then bought more today, time will tell!
Without connector words such as 'a further' interest or 'reduced interest to' it's confusing! I was about to plough through the website and register. Anyways, yes it's not a lot, probably bills to pay or daily running costs. Cheers.
Just a bit of top slicing on a corporate level then haha
Just to clarify for all, they have sold circa 600,000 shares, the last Ruffer Holdings RNS was at 16:55 on 6th September so you can see that their 'interest' in RHL shares has reduced (only slightly!). Hope that helps.
Bit of a gem, this.
when it is realised the potential gains on the mcap from current level, good day to secure a buy in imo
That's exactly how it sounds . " interested " not " disposal " or anything remotely negative. Bunch of derampers having a laugh maybe ??
Thats why I was asking mate,
Maybe an email to company to confirm the vagueness.
JM95 where in that RNS does it say selling. The word interested means buying.
I agree difficult to know but with the news today i would imagine buying. Anyrate nice delayed buy at 12.2 just through or barx is behind the times again.
If you look back through their RNS history there are several similarly-worded notifications. Will have to have a look at website to try and work it out. If it is a sell, it's not much for these guys. Bills to pay? If it's a further interest in more, then that's great. The market thinks it's good so far, lol.
really poorly written RNS if you ask me. it could mean a further 13.6% or could mean a reduction from 28.4m shares to 27m ish shares.
