Several weeks ago I asked on this board why there was so much hostility to the Easedales. They didnt take any salary and so far as I could see had the best interests of the club at heart. I never got any clear reply other than some vague assertions about them being in cahoots with Charles Green. Now that the new regime have lost our AIM status I have to ask were the old board any worse than the current incumbents?
Couldn't agree more Billy and Am, can't wait for it to close. I'll still be here checking my shares, the trolls will drift away.
You are right about it being an embarrassment. Could there be any other share, where posters come on hoping to see fellow shareholders lose money. It could be worse though, we could all be fans of Shameless FC. I say no minks allowed on next forum.
Can this thread be shutdown now, it's an embarrassment.
Happy Lemons Mensch, thanks for all your bitterness , don’t let the door hit your backside on the way out. ee dee na hoi
This is a trash stock and about to be controlled by a convicted felon. A criminal. A guy who had his integrity trashed in a court of law. But, hey the fans are happy. A couple of victories against Hibs then part time Cowdenbeath and, wow, rosy days. This stock is burning and crashing. No one down here wanted to go near it. And, if you thought that the lat Board were bad, which they were, be prepared for another train crash. No money, no intellect, and thick guys back at the helm. This stock has no future and the fans, who have rallied around, but believing the Daily King every day, have mistakenly killed the club off. This club is heading for the buffers again, and lacks class, style, integrity and standards. A basket case. Happy Easter and for those out there like me, enjoy tomorrow's Seder. L'Chaim guys.
haha grammar
their ..... for the gammar queens....
No I think the orchestrated move by Llambias and Leach to have the NOMAD resign under there watch, looks like it played into King’s hands, as he always preferred to delist.
Stuz now that its been proven that King lied are you still defending him and blaming Ashley ?? I asked you 4 weeks ago if King failed to produce a Nomad would you admit he lied ..you said give him time Times up are you going to admit king lied to us all??
I will go with the latter, yet another gift brought to us by Glasgow's newest football club..So good Friday certainly will prove to be one at long last....Look forward to seeing how long they keep up their story that they are on their way back... RIFC, the gift that keeps on giving..
I think Mike Ashley’s plans backfired, as he now owns 9% of an unlisted company, or maybe that’s what he wanted?
JB under company law they do.
Haha footyfan you are obsessed. Open up as many stuzeeuk accounts as you like. Maybe you can start a twitter account also? … haha…. Or maybe you already done that ! ;-)
Ha Ha! Cheerio chumps. The King is on his throne and you are up sh*t creek, no paddle, no Nomad, no money, no team, no promotion, no hope. Business as usual right enough. My time on here has come to an end. Cheerio, cheerio, cheerio.
As expected the BBC are reporting that shareholders are taking legal action over the delisting this will run and run expect the new board to be in the dock re this not the old one ...that's where fingers must be pointed
Jas ask the question why did AIM feel the need to block RIFC ?? Why in the RNS does it say future board members where Fit and proper ...but King has to go to court? Why if this is such a good deal did King not announce it prior to the EGM ? and we will find out on the 7th if a listing is possible even on ISDX
So in conclusion to AIM blocking the Nomad and causing us to need to delist: Shareholders can still buy and sell shares. Rangers are now saving money due to delisting. Seems a no bad deal! WOW obsessed MOB everywhere I go. They seem to know more about RFC than they do CFC.
Sarver? Oh hahahahahahaha hohoho ha ho hahahaha stop it. My sides are splitting here. All the best with fan ownership and a share issue. Sevco are gubbed, this is the beginning of the end.
And don't have accountant to audit books
Talking to yourself on this board. Have a Snickers bar, you get way too excited someyimes.. ;)
Rangers were "too much hassle" and the Stock Market washed their hands of us. The new NOMAD was lined up, had passed RIFC board checks and was ready to go, Rangers were then told that AIM were blocking his appointment, and this lead to delisting (and AIM washing their hands of Rangers) However Rangers supporters need not worry; This really doesn't affect the club, all it really means is the City can no longer invest in us, and to be honest they'd not of touched us with a barge pole anyway. Also if shareholders want to buy/sell shares they need to appoint a stockbroker. In terms of investment; We've got wealthy men in the board room, and we've got wealthy people waiting (I.e Sarver) to put money into the club. Rangers don't need listed on AIM. Especially if AIM doesn't want us. Business as usual.
To trade on ISDX you must prove that you have sufficient capital to trade for a minimum of 12 months. With a going concern warning in the interim results, it looks incredibly unlikely. Maybe this option will be discarded as easily as they exited AIM.
What's the point of this db. No NOMAD. shares suspended, business plan a sham.
The RNS is a peach. Apparently the unnamed NOMAD cleared the proposed director. Surely that would not be the same director that is petitioning the Court of Session for permission to be a director of RIFC? WH Ireland seemed to have had no problems listing the old board a few months ago in December. The new board are clearly lying again and have no credibility whatsoever. To those who made a positive contribution my thanks. To others, try to remember that some Rangers fans saw King for what he is and should not have been vilified for doing so.
