As ever stuzeeuk a cut and paste job that makes no sense, the new board will be charge with what they did in last 4 weeks - not what any prior board did before them. "- They managed the company so badly they, allowed the share price to slide from 93p to 17p and got voted out of power." This was the old board - not the new board - you cant make a simple point... Tell your wife your mis-typing could loose your house! You state 7 reasons regarding previous board and forget to say its due to previous board actions ? what a dolt!
I'm sure the board will welcome the case.
No names, no evidence. Who is the mystery Man who told them ? Also how many members to they have and how many shares ? In the name of transparency I'm sure they will oblige.
The Rangers Supporters Loyal forum has just issue the following statement : "Board Knew Of Delist On Day Of EGM It is our understanding that Rangers’ new board were informed on the day of the EGM that there would be no chance of the club being listed on the AIM after WH Ireland resigned the position. Despite claims to the contrary, we also believe that the fitness of Dave King WAS a factor. Paul Murray was passed according to our information. This was the reason, we are told, that King has gone to the Court of Session to be declared fit and proper. Rangers may also struggle to join the ISDX market. This market has similar regulations and criterion and shares many of the same Nomads as the AIM, such as Allenby Capital".
The problem with any of the proposed 'investors' taking legal action against the new board is - They managed the company so badly they, allowed the share price to slide from 93p to 17p and got voted out of power. - They burned £70m and most likely questions would be asked. - They made such bad decisions (such as signing the wounded 4, agreeing to give Newcastle £0.5m, alienating the customers) that they could be held at least partly culpable. - It was they who let the NOMAD go without handing over to a new NOMAD. - Some of them are convicts already. - Some have seen their CEO's hauled up in front of parliamentary committees already, and, are already media shy. - We still don't know who BP and Margarita are, so I assume the worsed. Who is left to actually front the court case? ...... I am not sure putting their head above the parapet would be wise. Still .... lets see

I'm sure the Mensch is looking forward to the 55th title party.
Praising yourself for calling it right? Forgetting everything you got wrong though? LOL. Zero humility. That is why you're a poster that not many take seriously. If you chabged your style a little, it would do wonders.. ;)
At least I call it right and have done so consistently. When this basket case would go bust (I was out by a few years) and the current abyss called 'Being Run By Real Rangers Men'. This has been an appallingly run stock for the past 25 years or so. Unfortunately, the poorly educated on this site, fed on a daily diet of Buckie and the Daily King, can't seem to grasp the scale of this disaster which the so called fans voted for. As for writing several paragraphs, try it. Really. Have a go. It may help and challenge you. Come on...you can do it.
For the lack of grammar etc. Celebrating a nice hefty bonus. And laughing at the obsessed still here. I am hearing about the ex-pats who I mentioned many months ago will be revealing themselves in the coming weeks... ;)
Kieron Prior has named the engaged Nomad in the press. He also said PM had called him personally.
Am I the only one who sees The Mensch posts sonething, look at the size of the paragraph and just skip it? Haha. All that effort typing up and no one reads it... ;)

Amusing that the chaps that took the share price from 90p down to 16p are complaint about potential share prices.
Think about this carefully CB. Our club was liquidated and James Traynor had RIP RFC on the front pages of what was then the Daily Record. An opportunist on the make issued an IPO. Fans bought as many shares as they could afford as they wanted to save the club from another insolvency event. Two years later, everything they invested is practically worthless. If you ignore the financial losses, what is much more painful is that their stake in the club they support is also diluted. Sure The Easdales and others took a bath as that is what King does and has been doing for 30 years, but there will be a sting in the tail. It will bring the club to its kness. The 'Wigs' may be gone, but their solicitors have just started. We will soon discover exactly which NOMAD was prepared to accept King as proposed Chairman. If this is yet another lie by the Interim Chairman he will be finished.
Sit on fence : what is your real role on this forum . Everthing you speak of smacks of anti- rangers bias. Your not an investor. If I were to state my opinion, I think you are a disgruntled celtic fan who has a very large chip on your shoulder wrt everything surrounding rangers. Personally been off this forum since shares were suspended, but see you are still writing anti rangers tripe
I remain surprised (but shouldn't be) that King, Murray and the rest of the new Board are not getting slated in the odious Scottish press. This stock is immeasurably worse off than it was a month or so ago, and facing a very uncertain future. Transparency? A seven year plan to compete at the top of a hopeless league with the second highest football wage bill in Scotland? Delisted. No access to funding. Writs on the horizon which they will be unable to fight. It really is quite a mess. But, hey, things are on the up according to some on this site........a few more bums on seats and rip roaring back to back victories against Hibs and part time Cowdenbeath. Glory days indeed. Really, get a grip. This stock just lurched back into the world of uncertainy and, I fear, a financial abyss. The previous Board indeed made numerous mistakes (as did the Bank funded SDM days who bankrolled all those trophies, but that was ok because no one noticed that all those great players were brought in on borrowed money).......BUT, a few weeks ago, this club was trading on the AIM, had access to funding and had a semblance of a future. Today, it has no transparency, no vision, delisted, and some really agitated investors who have lost a bundle. When the writs start coming, they won't have the funds to cope with the legal action let alone rebuilding a new squad for next year. I think that the club will go bust again and be liquidated. And that's a pity, as I did enjoy my rare trips up there. The fans voted for change and jolly well done. But a few of us here warned of anarchy if King, Murray etc got anywhere near the stock. Well, we were spot on. This club has been a mess for a very long time. I didn't think that it would get worse. But, it just did.
acruick135 There are 3 'l's in gullibility, anyway no worries, enjoy the championship next season, with or without us. xx
Paul Murray's 7 year plan might include another year in The Championship with a 25 point penalty due to the administration of RIFC. The fans will walk away and only the most stupid will buy into a relisting of a new corporate vehicle. If their performance in the last month is any guide, 2022 is ambitious.
The value of shares can go down as well as up. Football clubs are not sensible investments. The biters bit. I'm enjoying their overdue comeuppance.
RIFC will be put into administration once the writs start piling up. A new holding group will be created by King which will result in a 25 point penalty. If this should occur, Rangers will follow Hearts fate and be demoted or struggle in the Championship. Yet there are alleged fans on this forum taking the view that this is a good thing. Their stupidity is breathtaking.
CB - is it not about time you owned up to being one of the UOF gang of four. Only the UOF use terms like Wigs and you were unique on this forum with your support of Chris Graham. If you think that King and his board of carpetbaggers are going to walk away from this unscathed, think again. A £2M writ at the Court of Session will be forthcoming and when King attempts to gain approval a case will be made against him in regard to his boycott and his part in delisting. When he is precluded from being a director, he won't invest his BDO £3M and will walk away. This is going to get a lot worse.
CB - You just don't get it. You are so blind. Non-Sensicle has an excuse. He's a stupid CFC supporter on the wind-up. Sandy Easdale's holding will now command about 2p per share. Prior to suspension his holding was valued at just over £1.79M. Today it is worth circa £101K. He just lost £1.69M due to the malfeasance of Murray, Gilligan, Park, Blair and Bennett. Do you think for one second he is going to walk away from this and put it down to expereience. Allow me to provide a precedent with Imran Ahmed. Prior to his out of court settlement he issued proceedings to freeze a sizeable amount in RIFC's capital. Easdale will do the same. So £1.69M will be frozen from any loans used as working capital. With costs, that will be £2M. Others will follow suit. King will bail out when the writs start piling up leaving the 5 on the board facing losses and fines in seven figures. They might even file for administration to mitigate their losses. Karma? Yes only to CFC trolls like Non-Sensicle.
Wigs got what was coming to them. They put themselves first and now are left with not a lot. Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of chaps. Their % post rights issue will be incosequential.
@Wottpi - King will be delighted that his toxic status has resulted in no NOMAD being prepared to vouch for him. David Somers and James Easdale had no problems gaining a NOMAD in December of last year. So anyone not blinded by the lies of Murray and his puppetmaster, would ask why less than three months later the AIM suspension occurred. As we expected, the old board are blamed. However here are some facts that the most stupid on this forum have an inability to grasp. The former board had a NOMAD. They had a credit line of £5M from a FTSE 100 company, interest free for five years and their auditor, Deloitte, had just compiled the interim statement in January prior to their resignation. RIFC had a capital value of £28,925,400 prior to suspension. Less than a month later RIFC are worth circa £1,629,600. So you can spin it all you like but this is a corporate disaster. It is not, as King would put it, a favourable result. King was inordinately smart not to appoint himself as a director as this would not play well when his petition to the Court of Session is under review. The credibility of RIFC is in the gutter, courtesy of King and his nodding dogs on the incompetent board.
