Those who wanted to sell cos of delisting news have probably already sold and for day traders in it for quick profit, have also probably sold at this price. So supply is probably quite limited, any buys will drive this up wildly. Hopefully back to 18p where we were before the news.IMO, DYOR.
Almost 14p.. just 4 pennies away from where we were before polar capital decided to dump at 4p... how quickly things have turned. Proper rollar coaster ride.
Lol, I had to laugh at the desperate day traders Rayte and sdcmxyz trying their best to talk this down this morning because they sold last week at 8p after making their 10% trade, I suppose they'll be back again first thing tomorrow..
I am out, but glad it's going up for you guys. I hope it turns into a success story further down the line and multi bags for the brave longterm holders. Moniman, why not try spreading some positivity in the world once in a while...
Playboy, I am positive but don't appreciate day traders jumping on the bandwagon bragging about making a few quid, buying and then spending several days desperately trying to pump the price up before moving on or talking the price down to rinse and repeat...it's ridiculous as it doesn't make any sense, just pointless garbage coming from a few idiots, I'll add you to my list..
Rns out. Directors Bought more. We need to make them buy at over 50p plus. Totally ripped off the shareholders by taking this down for them to buy on the cheap
They are desperate to load up and we need to fight back and make them pay more.
Don't as Scmdcpxyz, he bought at 6p and dumped at 8p now trying to talk it down again yesterday with his sell 8p coming post!!!!! Who's the sad one?
I feel sorry for you Moniman. I assume you've just lost a packet on this and have been left a little jaded. You shouldn't take out your frustrations on other people though. It won't lead to a happy life.
Don't be concerned for me, I'm just not a big fan of day traders jumping onto boards because they've bought in subsequently followed by out and out ramping on an hourly basis until they've made their 10%, only to spend the same amount of time and effort trying in vain to talk the price back down again..I'll be fine as my recent purchase will be more than rewarded in my usual 3 year time line, long after the ramping fools have disappeared from my memory. GLA Adyor!
Well why on earth would two senior directors just buy a ton of shares, they could have simply waited for it to delist and then as you say waited until it relisted in US and then jumped on a fundraising bandwagon or awared themselves millions of free shares?...JMO.
I'm a bit of a novice at this, I'd appreciate if you could explain how post delisting that pi's would get diluted into oblivion, just say they raise from their exsisting institutional investers, they issue a shedload of new shares, does that not dilute the institutional investers to..? And the chief executive's holding, i thought the idea of delisting was to get access to capital from private equity funds, and to have a true valuation of the company going forward, and why would they bother screwing a mere 16% of private investors, we have a year (minimum) to trade these shares offmarket, i would hope a fundraise would come based on the true value of the company, milestone payments and other deals in the pipeline, and a listing on the nasdaq..
I tbink Ramping/Deramping Rayte is just trying to scare novice investors, but the company can do whatever it likes, it's all risk on the stock market! Adyor!
I suppose it comes down to the qualty of the business and management, do the other companies have huge milestone payments coming (not guaranteed offcourse) will redx stand out from the other hopefulls.
Not many companies come to mind that just sign a MOU for $870 million and €10 million down payment with a company they think is not going to be around very long. Anyway Redx pharma have a tried and tested history of coming up with innovative products for the Bio pharma industry. Unfortunately AIM is broken and all the new money is in Asia and USA..JMO Adyor!
The way I see post delisting...
Company starts putting together a revaluation in preparation for an IPO in USA (this is no different when it was a private company previously and IPO'd onto AIM).
The main difference is the company now has a built up strong client relationships with big pharmaceutical Co's e.g Jazz Pharma with the potential $870 million from the sale of Kras inhibitors.
The company has enough cash until 2025 from recent fundraise and $10 million from Jazz Pharma deal.
The company has already stated it won't meet UK residency test shortly after delisting as new board members to be appointed (one assumes US based)
I would have thought using comparisons of non profit making Bio-Pharma co's, that Redx could easily be valued at circa $300 to $400 million for IPO in US, maybe more with Jazz deal on the books.
The money raised at IPO would probably be split 2/3 rds to existing shareholders and 1/3 rd going back into the company, so no shareholder dilution in effect as new money at IPO with the new valuation could actually see existing shareholders handsomely rewarded for staying the course.
Aimho Adyor!!!!
......and this is why Redx is leaving AIM and potentially moving to a US IPO. JMO Adyor!!!
