I think wait until the 2 year anniversary of suspension arrives. I think it's June/ July
If the investment money (our money) evaporates in to thin air then we are 100% dealing with criminal activity.
Last time i checked the company had cash assets, the fact there has been no frequent comms in terms of updates is highly frustrating.
If there is an action group sign me up, we need answers here on what is going on.
You me and i suspect a few other are invested for what were all the right reasons.
I'm not at all happy if this is not the case and we are mugged off.
We are entitled to form an action group to assist the management to come clean.
I don't expect to chase down the people holding the folding.
Also
The board of Ridgecrest (excluding Robert Thesiger) has, in light of Fast2Fibre's current funding situation, decided to take no action in relation to the September CLN until 31 March 2023.
Surely we will hear something of relevance
I have to agree .
Hoping we hear something positive but totally expecting the worst .
I'm just hopeful they haven't wasted more funds as there was a OK cash balance which could have been used for something else .
What I'm not sure of, but it was there at least .
Fast2Fibre is currently seeking to close an equity fundraising of at least £2.0 million. Fast2Fibre is actively engaged with two investors and hopes to receive funds shortly. Should funds not be received in the near term the board of Fast2Fibre may need to take steps to protect the interests of Fast2Fibre's creditors (
This was 1st Feb
How long near term ??
Personally I am concerned. The fast2fibre website is out of date and their last piece of news was 09/07/2020 so while I have £25k invested here I am feeling it’s a dead duck.
I'm gonna hazard a guess that we'll find out if the whole much hoped for rto has collapsed or not on March 31 ??
Surely if anything good had happened we would have heard
On the whole the timing of this Rto may well have dodged some market bullets.
The rest of the stock markets have been depressed and even bigger companies are at there lows. so if all is well and the only thing which as caused anxiety is the lack of news on progress which i hope will end at the later part of this month as suggested.
Looks like a great idea. I wonder what the success rate is for replacing the copper.
Interesting a new video has been uploaded, let's hope for some kind of positive update soon.
I don't think anyone can doubt the fast 2 fibre idea
In schemes around the world, our process has been proven to offer real-world sustainability benefits over traditional methods. Beyond the removal of copper cable for recycling easier, quicker and cheaper, our process has direct and indirect benefits. Our fluids are fully bio-degradable, but we also massively reduce the excavation and reinstatement required. This means less admin, less waste, less disruption, less noise, less dust and less fumes from traffic congestion. Fast2Fibre is a greener choice.
Maybe a sign that preparing for IPO? Certainly a flicker of light….

It's under updates on the company's investment in f2f
How do you know this ?
Well if I dont hear anything in the next week or so I will be contacting the relevant authorities on the premise that this is now fraud...
"The September 2022 CLN, which is unsecured, was due to be repaid by 31 December 2022. The board of Ridgecrest (excluding Robert Thesiger) has, in light of Fast2Fibre's current funding situation, decided to take no action in relation to the September CLN until 31 March 2023. On 31 March 2023 the Board of Ridgecrest (excluding Rob Thesiger) will need to consider whether to: i) convert the principal amount of the September 2022 CLN (and all accrued interest) into a minority interest in the ordinary shares of Sparkledun at a price of £32.05 per share; ii) demand repayment of the September 2022 CLN; or iii) take no action. Should Fast2Fibre fail to close its equity fundraising in the near term the Board of Ridgecrest (excluding Robert Thesiger) will need to consider it options."
Why by march 31
Either way we will find out by 31 March.
What chance of that ??
Think it's game over here
Worth very little at the minute.
However if they sort out their funding and announce a mega contract...
Well I dont know what this could have been as there have been no messages on JP Jenkins sine the Fast 2 Fibre announcement on March 31 2022 ????
Haha. My bad. Thanks
An rns was released in the last couple of days... someone posted the link, maybe have a look at that.
Have we been robbed and no way back?
Fast2fibre no updates on there website in 2 years.
D day is 31 March. But at least we have get out clauses if it goes belly up.
Also -
"In the last couple of months Fast2Fibre raised £60,000 in equity funding, including an investment of £50,000 by Robert Thesiger."
Hopefully provided this cash to keep things ticking over before the funding confirmed soon - otherwise why stick that cash in?
Hopeful….?!
