'Hard as it is for me to say and swallow it does seem, that is what the market values our assets at zilch.'
For me it is a high risk strategy of CS lifting the SP hopefully to my entry and this could take years if at all so WN is another bite at the cherry, but who believes in that as an investment opportunity as we sail into the energy windfall tax headwinds!
Agree, and Dick Turpin had the courtesy to wear a mask.
Why would the two cretinous 🤡 🤡 running this circus 🎪 bother
buying shares with their own money, when they can use shareholder's money to pay for them via unearned treasury buybacks used to give them free LTIP shares 🤔. Robert Maxwell and Bernie Madoff were amateurs compared to these two, Dick Turpin would be proud of them both. JMO Adyor!!!
Simon, you can't argue with the market I'm afraid despite that odious scumbag Williams insisting to the contrary. I doubt CS will help & when it comes to WN our 2 liars don't seem to have any appetite to help it progress.
ADX seem to have no interest in Parta & haven't for some time.
Yes Boil are trying but with a General Election coming & so much political uncertainty about O&G its a tough one, forget about the rest of the NS blocks, they're finished/done/goodbye.
I'm not sure why you insist KS mugged us over on Daybreak. Our 2 crooks (supposed experts in the O&G space made the decision to merge & got it horribly wrong (as usual) At the AGM Edelman said on his frequent visits to Cali (another snout in the trough) he found DBRM to be highly professional! Mind you, he knows nothing about Oil or Gas & should be outed ASAP.
The Directors aren't buying shares because they know RBD is booked. Williams hasn't bought in ages & Edelman never has. I feel sorry for Ozas family bailing him out. Speaks volumes about that man doesn't it ?
The share buybacks were never going to do anything as they're held in treasury.
What price a £4 mill divi lol, another lie no doubt.
Our 2 truly disgusting ceo's are so clearly milking shareholders for as much as they can it's obscene.
Perplexed ???? I'm mortified.
Shoot the pair of them (if we can afford the bullets !).
Hard as it is for me to say and swallow it does seem, that is what the market values our assets at zilch.
We will hear from ADX at the end of the month if there has been any progression with Parta as they were looking for investors and funding etc.
Boil are trying to progress Dunrobin since last year so we should hear more from that.
Daybreak is a K.S company, so we can now write that off completely.
The market also obviously does not believe in W.N or C.S.
Also striking is that at this SP none of the BOD are picking up shares and the share buyback has not restarted the mind boggles.
To say I am perplexed is an understatement.
It's surprising how many Ferrari's and Villas you can buy with £9.1 million. Why bother drilling West Newton 🤔 or any other NON-CORE projects? 🤔
Nice to see you're on my side GP😃
Uggy. If you're asking if I share your opinion of our two CEO's, I suspect that if I posted it what I think on here it would be taken down very quickly by any sensible moderator because of the number of swear words it contained. Suffice it to say that, with our £9.1 million net cash being so much greater than our £6.3 million market cap, this indicates an enterprise value of MINUS £2.8 million. So our assets are effectively worthless in their hands.
'Perhaps our 2 fools should take note !'
Yes this encapsulates the two wrinkly sphincters to a tee,
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MSVTOMkJdqs
The two cretins need to get on with drilling drilling West Newton!
https://news.sky.com/story/uk-should-build-new-gas-fired-power-capacity-to-use-as-backup-government-says-despite-green-targets-13092730
Well at least UJO are trying to do their best for shareholders with their foray into the U.S.
Perhaps our 2 fools should take note !
If anyone wants a laugh listen to Malcys interview from 3rf October last with the 2 cretins. Tragic isn't it.
I've wanted to see the back of them for years.
You guys need to ditch the siamese CEO's. They are just taking your shareholder value and using it to feather their nests. Kick 'em out before it is too late. They only have one non-exec who used to work for Repsol who knows anything about oil and gas. Really, a stranded gas project nearly 20 years in the waiting in Italy, a UK project that won't make money and a US project that can't get its enviro permits. It needs new blood.
GP, a far cry from 2019 when SW announced a vast 'oil lake ' underlying the gas reservoir isn't it !
Lack of progress re financing Rathlin is shredding the sp as is the need for a feasibility study.
I don't know about you but I maintain that our ceo's are utterly clueless when it comes to O&G. I don't believe they've made one good decision here.
In January Reabold Resources was still buying millions of shares into treasury, and at a price less than 50% it was buying them only 6 months ago.
Is the company in such a good position, or our directors sailing the RBD ship into the reefs?
Hi Uggy. IMO a better and cheaper option would be for Rathlin to re-enter the suspended WN-A1 discovery well. This apparently had high pressure gas (and maybe some oil) in the Zechstein KA formation. This well also seems to have had gas in the Rotliegend, as well as in the KA reservoir. A cheap work-over rig could perhaps be used to do this and it would mean that it shouldn't cost more than about £1 million gross. If the Zechstein KA still looks good, then they could perhaps consider a short horizontal kick-off, which would have the benefit of not being located too far away from what seems to be the best part of the KA reservoir. As to a possible EA permit for oil testing, I think the liklihood of getting oil to flow through this reservoir is pretty slim and there may not even be any significant oil present. But time will tell, of course!
So what is exactly happening now at CS, are we waiting for the Italian authorities to say 'si'?
This could take 12 to 24 mths!
Well we move into another week, I wonder what the two wrinkly sphincters are up to?
Daybreak and Parta are very interesting subjects, the money invested into them via the shell companies set up, what has happened to it and if any is still around can it be moved back into RBD?
Uggy, you mean like they can pay themselves massive salaries?...............................
Dodgy. Yes, illegal no.
So do people think that there is some criminal element going on with this IOM based outfit Gaelic Resources and Reabold shareholder's assets? 🤔
....Exit two villains in Ferraris followed by a mob of screaming shareholders... on foot as usual!
If the highly deviated well is used to target theRotliegend does that not mean it will. Pass through the mythical WN oil.reservoir ? I that is the case do we not need an EA permit to flow any oil recovered ? Just a thought.
Now that would have been a question to ask at Edinburgh.
