Paul. because the FCA are like the United Nations...'toothless tigers'.
'Many millions of pounds, £6M + interest provided to Reabold California without any provision for payback. From there it simply disappeared into a number of secondary companies including one ironically called Sunset.'
Provision of payback, do you means payback to the listed Reabold entity I am invested in?
How can that money not make it's way back to the entity I am invested in, if the original capital to invest originated from there, not be considered theft?
How can the FCA not do anything about it??
Paul, the deal was enacted for whom you ask. I suspect it was for a number of reasons. Many millions of pounds, £6M + interest provided to Reabold California without any provision for payback. From there it simply disappeared into a number of secondary companies including one ironically called Sunset. Very apt name as it turned out. One has to remember that many Oil and Gas companies trading on AIM can be looked at as an iceberg. One third of it above the surface (visible to shareholders) with the rest hidden from sight. The rest is based on trust.
At the end of the day the Daybreak debacle has little to do with KS. RBD (Oza) stated the deal was part of the monetization of the RBD portfolio. Our 2 crooks made decisions that, once again, they got wrong. They need to go !
So what happened here?

Did they get it for free and we gave it to them, there is not enough detail!
The whole USA deal seems wrapped in mystery and was the vehicle which a company was set up in the Isle of Man for?
Paul....K.S and his Portillion company go back years, initially raising capital to further West Newton's development and then their involvement with Corallian and the Victory project. K.S's company Portillion and him personally then invested millions into the debacle which is DBRM (Daybreak). The problems with the future of Daybreak raised its head late in 2021, but it appears that both RBD and K.S were possibly in 'far too deep' by then to pull out. All about 'saving face' or something we shareholders are unaware of? Make your own mind up.
Someone bought some shares today, grand total of 43p worth :)
What was KS’s involvement in this?
Should the 'Sunflower Alliance' law suit Filed in California in 2021 and the Clause AB1167 (Well Abandonment order) filed by Californian state) either collectively or individually mean the demise of Daybreak California and with it Reabold Resources foray into the USA?
Who can blame them, I wish to f*** I'd never heard of it ! Typical AIM stock, run by crooks.
No trades on this mofo today, even the crappiest stocks get traded every day - seems no-one will touch this POS!
That probably has more mileage than some of their basket case projects !
WN might just as well be on Mars the way they're acting.
'Probably thinking up the next lot of bull crap to feed us. It takes time to make up convincing lies.'
Stranded and untapped oil & gas plays on the moon?
Probably thinking up the next lot of bull crap to feed us. It takes time to make up convincing lies.
I bet Ozas family are so proud of him & the ways he's lost their money.
So I wonder what the two wrinkly puckered holes are up to this week, it is been a while since they blasted us with nothing but hot air!
Spammer cheeky see you next tuesday.
I have been buying a few, but thanks for your concern, miss you too honey.
I'm mainly disgusted with myself for falling for their rhetoric when it's clearly a smash & grab raid for the 2 scumbags.
Oh to have invested in Nvidia eh !
I can understand RBD being a poor investment but UJO?
NVG......sorry for 'getting under your skin', I have mistakenly thought all along you were made of sterner stuff. Really hope Lewis's demise is not discomforting you too much! ATB.
Persimmon is predominantly just an irritant, if we knew the real reason as to why he was here then maybe he'd be a little more credible..
Yes interesting that Jack is no longer gloating, who'd have thought. Also our other regular positive spammer who has been buying these in waves and at least every month since I've been here at 0.9 is a little quiet. No doubt his average is close to 0.07 and he remains mainly positive about the BOD and the future prospects of the company.
In fairness NVG, persimmon could make the same claim. It is as difficult to stop a convinced investor as a raging bull. Shame Jack has gone into hiding once the Williams hide was firming up. There little left now but dregs everyway you look.
They didn't have to tell them anything, they wouldn't vote for an effective takeover with no premium. They have a duty of care to their investors..!
I did say when you initially invested here and into UJO that you were making a big mistake. Rather than battle with me and try and chase me away maybe you should have listened ?!
As I've been saying for years with no axe to grind apart from being caught early on myself by the lying charlatans - RBD and UJO were very poor choices, RBD has a particularly unpleasant and manipulative feel to it now.
‘ I wonder what they told all the big shareholders in order to secure their votes???’
It was a poorly timed requisition attempt and why on earth KS gave so much information to Heidi to divulge on here showed he was perhaps not the better choice.
The big shareholders should be well aware by now that they are incapable of honesty
I wonder what they told all the big shareholders in order to secure their votes???
