Any delay in capital return will decimate this price ,drake will be able to but a new boomerang it that befall.
Conspicuous by your fear absence today. fear. feeling, fear, SP DROP, SELL !!! fear. bond. fear outlook fear.
Well BS that's the same prediction you have had since joining LSE chat so I'm not surprised. I have a feeling it may stay between £1 and £1.05 as it has done the last 2 and a half months... Unless we get some good news of course. Gla
I have a feeling we might take a dip tomorrow. The sgh share price has been decimated further since the purchase of Quindells legal division. They may well be regretting it will be interesting to see how many of those booked accruals actually turn into cash and how much is returned to QPP.
Happy, yes, they are poor specimens indeed, well done for your daily efforts in undermining them, I intend to join in when I can, work permitting. I've got about £80k invested here and don't take kindly to these parasites trying to talk it down,
Thanks for the replys LTH 's , ( spare cash soon ) so some " cheap " shares are a " must to buy I think " ( do not comment or spend as much time on this board anymore ) due to the " ****** trolls "on here
Hi JP Those names take me back and you are right they forget we are all a bit long in the tooth to roll over for this low quality piffle Perhaps if they had a basic grip of English it would be a good starting point. Lol Onwards and upwards team HH
I think the word troll was invented in this chat room seems they have been here from the start. One thing i found with them they arrive when a rise is expected .That is the only logical conclusion so they are like a necessary evil. However i do appreciate intelligent ones not the current gutter level trolls.Id expect come 30th of Nov they might pay for the better ones as this effort is not causing sells. If they cared to do thee research they would see we have fought of better than this ... since dealing qpp all filtered. moggy Rocal jonjo Ducksoup Penumbra Spoycey EyeGuy gambier01 philhol21 johnychainlocker Yoho Baht ceilingcat davidelliott JOHNO77 Baghdaddy Smithison BingoStar Terrapin WatchMaverick Stupanico jmr1980 Guesstimation pc11 victoria1 CyrilJunior stephenpeel mogbig twoplusttwo Raaga92 TooTerrible KillerInstinct
You have to ask yourself why would three VERY obvious/ naive trolls turn up here at this point in time - coincidence - I don't buy it !! Someone wants to accumulate our shares on the cheap before. . . .? Not long now and we are in a better place than at any point in the last 18 months. Happy happy happy
Forset79, no, no date yet. The court hearing is expected to be Dec 2nd and if all goes well the £1 minimum should be paid out before Christmas... here's hoping! Ignore these trolls, they are trying to talk it down to buy in cheap. I hope they all miss the boat! One good RNS.....
No date yet but 14 days notice of EGM is required and that is supposed to happen in November so the clock is ticking ATB HH
Oh thanks for translating Drakey is really saying max return so BUY so now we know Hang on that's tamping innit ??? ATB HH
Question , for Grumpey Scouser , A E Marsh , Happy Holder , ( Fellow long term holders ) has a " cut off " date been announced yet reference thinking about purchasing a few more shares soon .
If you are short here you may have duck's disease... get a check-up.
"""It's very difficult (and at times impossible) to understand what you're saying"" Plus which, it's never worth the effort. What a silly ducker....
u are quacking out of ur rear end. What the help are u on aboot? How do u no enyfin aboot qindell paymentz? They have told u its £1 mini. u no better? no. u dun't. So buck up or duck off.
Furry-ears, lol. When I started to read your post I thought " I'm having crispy aromatic duck for dinner" was the translation. It may just as well be!
Sorry Sam but I don't think you are able to read or interpret very well. Your response "Plenty of BOD references saying up to 500m" is NOT an answer to my question of "So the 'exact' amount of Capital Return (i.e. per share) is already in the public domain is it?" Note my emphasis on the word 'exact'. The 'up to' amount could be anything for £1 to £1.12 or so. My original response is sufficient, if you can interpret it with the example amount I gave of £1.04. What you are suggesting is that they should be buying now @ £1.00 even if they have already decided to give back £1.12. Try thinking about it man before jotting down rubbish...
Thanks phronist for a sensible response
Plenty of BOD references saying up to 500m
I once read that qpp stated 111/112p
It is customary that non-executive directors are present on the board as professional directors providing experienced and unbiased advice. They are 'contract staff' not permanent employees. They often undergo a special training course about non-exec responsibilities. Other than a nominal sum, they should not be trading in the companies shares. They are likely to be non-exec's on a few companies at a time. Executive Directors, on the other hand, are full time employees and expected to be committed to the company. In general they will not be Directors of other companies unless part of the same group. Owning shares in the company is common, but not always taken up. Being a Director doesn't necessarily mean you are rich with spare cash to invest. My guess is don't expect any share buying by Indro and Mark until at least after the Capital Refund and even then maybe not at all. Some shares are owned by subsidiary Directors and staff, where the issues of Corporate Governance of a Public Listed Company are less strict. ATB, P The Exec Dir's are Indro (CEO) and Mark (CFO).
So the 'exact' amount of Capital Return (i.e. per share) is already in the public domain is it? Could you point me to where please. You are also confusing "close periods" to with accounts etc and "price sensitive" information. Note I didn't say anything about Close Periods. BUT they are party to price sensitive information.......
