Are you joking?
Unusual for such an announcement to land so late in the day. Seems a bit superfluous as it doesn't add much to the collective knowledge on QFI's activities. Let's hope for successful trial results and commercial agreement confirmation on the next RNS
just kidding ??
Any comments Haggis ? As mastermind asks do you want to pass or do you have an answer ?
But, but, I'm sure HaggisMcSavilleBrian TOLD us in November unequivocaly that the Licences had been approved???
Incredible piece of deduction or statement of the blinding obvious more like.
No approved wells = no funding in my book.
They have still not managed to get their initial wells approved.
Yes that's what I said.

Best get a move on with this trial then.
We started the UTAH projerct in Aug 2020 and nothing significant has happened. I agree Vince nothing is imminent with Valkor. They should of started on one of these other projects where JM stated there was an opportunity.
Good job our agreement is with Valkor, not that anything is going to happen in Utah anytime soon.
Looks like Tomco have big issues regarding any fundin. This mornings RNS :
TomCo Energy plc (AIM: TOM), the US operating oil development group focused on using innovative technology to unlock unconventional hydrocarbon resources, provides an update with respect to the Company's 100% owned subsidiary, Greenfield Energy LLC's ("Greenfield"), potential acquisition of the remaining ownership and membership rights and interests in Tar Sands Holdings II LLC ("TSHII") (the "Membership Interests"). As previously announced, Greenfield owns a 10% Membership Interest in TSHII and holds an exclusive option (the "Option"), exercisable at its sole discretion, to acquire the remaining 90% of the Membership Interests for additional cash consideration of US$16.25 million which was scheduled to expire on 28 February 2023 (the "Agreement").
The Company is currently in discussions with the counterparty to the Agreement with a view to seeking a further extension to the exercise period in respect of such Option. There can be no certainty that the Option will be extended or that the required funding can be secured to complete the acquisition of the remaining 90% of the Membership Interests. A further announcement will be made in due course.
If you set a price it won't execute until the price is matched, low liquidity shares like this it still may not execute, more likely not too..thats my experience anyway.. still good to have the option if your not around though..
"You can set your trade to what price you like, it wont execute until its in the money "
It won't execute until there's a partner trade. "In the money" is options terminology.
You can set your trade to what price you like, it wont execute until its in the money which maybe never...
I can see the price is up this afternoon, higher than the rest of the day, currently showing +1.36%, but I could sell for significantly more this morning,
But the share price equals the Ask, not the Mid like most other shares..
I assume you realise it's a SETS stock, so you can put your own Bid and offer price on the system.
You don't have to rely on the MM. Personally, I believe there is still an overhang of shares that need 'mopping up'
But I don't bother to constantly watch the dripping paint!! GL
Yep, I have noticed the MM here is a sly fox..lots of games, not adjusting the mid-price all day..
After the good rise the other day +20%, next day, on what the MM was offering us, gave just a little profit, or a loss for most of the buyers... but to buy, price was still up there...
It therefore looks like she departs tomorrow to Coega SA then on Sunday she leaves to China arriving 28th March which was what I originally expected. It will be interesting to see if this changes.
She's on there

I wouldn't read too much into the indicative prices on this board No1plasterer.
Having watched this stock for over a decade, I firmly believe there is an regular element of manipulation, in order for MMs to match up buys and sells. On an very regular basis, (almost daily at times), I notice a very small trade at a outlier price. Today's first trade for example, (I call it a dummy trade), around £50 at 1.33p sell. Low and behold someone (panic?) sells 100,000 shares at a more realistic price and then the volume drops again. These "dummy trades" as I call them happen so frequently, I believe they are designed to get people to panic trade. Any one else noticed this?
I don't know how much actual buying demand currently exists and there may be a fair number of limit buy orders sitting in the 1.2p-1.3p range. However, I still believe there is very little sell demand at these historically low prices.
Anyhow, let's hope for a good sustained run upwards and hopefully we can say goodbye to these lowly prices for good!!
she is scheduled by MSC to be in Coega on the 4th, yet she is not on the itinerary for that port
https://www.vesselfinder.com/ports/ZAZBA001
so she should head straight east
I dont think i have ever been so insulted on one of these boards to be honest
hang your head in shame
