What's the story there Gix ? Lost my Logon details for FB, been so long since I used it.
An ideal time for DSM to start pushing ff.......https://web.cvent.com/event/c655552f-5b0e-4e3b-8b33-6e2a67bf85f6/summary?mkt_tok=MzM5LVNYVy03NjEAAAGJhAYvNkZRLiuqcOGIybHvMVyOz4C0blGYG9Whyo1jtFzvJvdsIx_Yf8i3lXKxjf1FQuo4Kg_B004QDnXkHq60F9p3Q1UybtoG-6bQ368p5g

Gut health is a major new trend, it is the focus of all the big companies at the moment. That can only be a good thing.
DSM can call it what they like, as long as they sell bucketloads IMHO
W$,
I fully agree what IF did. They were just sitting on FF and doing nothing. Now with BH's all the study they need to realise what they missed. With the latest gut health benefit it will be much higher than the original benefit of cardio.
lol !!!
The simple fact is none of us really know how valuable FF can be so 1p might as well be 0.1p or 10p or 11p at this stage
What is clear though is DSM were caught napping and IF has given them a bloody nose, although they still l refer to FF as "DSM's FF".

Whether you believe or not, evidence shows a link between High TMAO and CVD and Fruitflow has been shown to reduce fasting blood and urine trimethylamine N-oxide (TMAO) levels.
There is still a lot of research going on in this area and will leave the how, if and why up to the scientists.
its way above my pay grade :)
I still dont know how a higher TMAO reding causes heart disease however ?
thanks for that Gixer , I now think that Ivor Cummings can't have looked at this closely enough , it must have been out of his appreciation at that time ?
Give it a rest
It didn't last long back below 1p again.
Either way I think we should be due an RNS on the 31st for the first payment of stock.
We know its happening but don't know the value and may be classed as a "Substantial transaction"
But....... wtfdik :)
"Substantial transactions
12. A substantial transaction is one which exceeds 10% in any of the class tests. It includes
any transaction by a subsidiary of the AIM company but excludes any transactions of a
revenue nature in the ordinary course of business and transactions to raise finance which
do not involve a change in the fixed assets of the AIM company or its subsidiaries.
An AIM company must issue notification without delay as soon as the terms of any
substantial transaction are agreed, disclosing the information specified by Schedule Four."
The higher sp is solely due to some buys at higher prices, and increased volume.
That's very good, but are there buyers out there willing to push on from here?
Professor Asim is due to speak about the global progress of Fruitflow this week, if he is set to reveal something we don't already know, then the company would have to inform us by RNS.
DP69, 10p in near future and now veiled threats, In moderation a few now and again is ok. IMO
Surely it would have given the SP a good boost having the exercise price set higher
This type of options given to the directors indicates that something good is on the horizon and they are loading to themselves. That is the fact not my view. You could look a lots company, which were taken over.
BB may be you keep busy whatever you were doing rather than coming here and disrupting things.
Haha, I don't think I'd last more than a few weeks Alf !
Shame it didn't work out, nice guy. Looks like I'll be visiting some Championship grounds next year. Overall though, we're a very good example of how not to run a company :(
Back on-topic ...
Ford & O'Kennedy both have options which are exercisable now at prices mostly ranging from 0.3 to 0.55p. I guess, from the fact that neither have chosen to exercise ( and sell ) any of these yet is a plus ?

Good. Its well worth it regardless what some say. Also nice to have a beer and chat with fellow holdrrs
Usually, when we see the "penny" quoted, we get a nosebleed.
Hope this time is different.
It's my intention to attend the AGM this year. I've never bothered in previous years, but shall go this year.
Shouldn't you be busy writing your job application to follow fat Frankie?
:-)
Pumps
I doubt there'd be any major restrictions on selling all at once. Typical criteria would be :-
eps ( based on either operating profit or PBT )
Absolute Revenue
Revenue growth
Profit growth
Market cap
Might be a question someone could ask at an AGM, but, given the number of years it is since a board member exercised any options I won't be reading anything into it.
Plainly if a board member does exercise any significant options to cash in, I'd be following suit !
