Nice £10k buy.
Hope it's a long termer investing in the growing health benefits identified. Quite an impressive list now.
Think some ears will be pricking up on Monday morning with the COvid link .https://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/news/AN_1611930480391124200/in-brief-provexis-posts-revenue-rise-due-to-fruitflow-demand-increase.aspx
I wouldn't rule out the importance of the three published scientific journals either.
THink this is more port ant than at first appears “r. A number of important patents have been secured for Fruitflow in recent months, as more fully detailed in this interim report.”
"Share options are exercisable between 3 and 10 years from date of grant and are subject to performance criteria, including share price appreciation"
Jsl
Last time I looked there were 10 million options that he could exercise at the moment providing he meets said performance criteria.
In the recent past, since gaining the support of a crucial group of investors, Provexis has trebled in value. That rewards them, and others who showed support rather than disposing. If anyone, from Percy the Perpetual Whiner or anyone else, thinks that this could have been achieved with no executives, they have lost control of their last couple of brain cells.
The markets are in to crypto mad now and stocks are poor. The money involved in companies is really bad. The cryptocurrency market is flying. Hedge funds taking loads out.
I couldn't have put it better myself. Just about sums it up and yet someone here today said "well done to IF"!! There's none so blind as those who won't see!!
Courtesy Redprince.
" twodegrees - now you can understand why when years ago i requested shareholder support for an agm to stand up to the bod and ask them to justify their ridiculous wages.
IF will only speak to the dwindling hand clapping brigade because he knows he cannot justify in any way shape or form his ludicrous pay packet.
Consider that he and Buck have had seven figure remuneration for administering a company that has less turnover than a decent kebab shop on Tottenham high street and you will start to get it.
IF has millions of share options set at a derisory strike price with no performance requirement whatsoever.
The remuneration here has and is costing us all money every month and every year.
Ridiculous.
Ha, ha, stupid comment of the day. On LSE 2m traded worth about £18k. Closing bid £0.075 and offer £0.0905. Huge spread. I would say the market has reacted with complete and utter indifference. Sorry to spoil your weekend.
" £1.0 million placing completed in December 2019," -- incapable of even basic proofreading
The additional share based payment was for the IP from university of Oslo .
Some of that was very much a cut and paste job but there are nuggets of gold in there that kievsky highlighted.............reason for optimism that we are actually at inflection point. The company has moved at a snail's pace but it may actually pick up to a tortoise's pace in 2021
Underlying operating loss of £95k, but they then had share based payments of a further £107k for their sterling work they've done in increasing revenue by £15k
Hope it comes with some hair restorer!
Think we've all undergone some basic ageing !
:-)
The Company continues to work on a potential Fruitflow+ nitrates product which would be supported by the Company's strong patent position in this area, with the involvement now of third party manufacturers and with some interest already generated from brand owners. The product will have anti-inflammatory and circulation benefits for athletes seeking to recover after exercise, properties which would also be potentially beneficial to a wide range of other consumers to include people who are less active and people who suffering from the symptoms of basic ageing.
Underlying loss £95k or £222k?
It seems the Market is taking it a very +ve, which a very good sign.
not a bad update. Its good there getting all the patents in place. If we have a buy out then these will add extensive value to the price paid. Lots of mention on FF and Covid-19. Post Covid-19 is where FF will play a big role. Third quarter well ahead of previous year. New production run of FF+ so cost will be cheaper. Seems a lot going on. All progressing well. Thats why SL and investors stumped a million notes. Well CB, Zeus, I see your pretty quiet. Well done IF
As per usual, a very damp squib. What on earth was the reason for the delay? It's all down to China for any major growth although there was a sort of hint that there is sufficient cash atm but with revenues (if any) from China a distant dream, I don't see how further fund raising can be avoided. Very much a "one day, Rodders" situation but many lifers will be too old to care by then. A hugely disappointing share by any measure. A life-draining share but a super product.
my reply was to a post which was removed.
I've only skimmed them, so may have missed something, but at first glance, there's no obvious surprises in there, good or bad ? ( apart from a bit of income from Nitrates and a drop in income from FF+ ).
Not sure why they couldn't be published last month, or at 7am, but there you go.
BB
Thought I would start the ball rolling and that is a buy.
Another load of tiny trades all at the same time.
Still baffles me why this is happening here and on some other shares.
You keep banging on about China v America. This will not effect fruitflow. Bi-health will make there money from there home grown market of China. Placing done for 1 million at 0.75. If results and update are not over exciting it may drop to 0.70 to 0.75. The new investors and SL seem more confident than you. I would not be shorting PXS now. Wonder who give you the tick up. lOL
