I'm guessing you haven't kept a running total of how many brands you've unearthed for us gix, but, over the years, it's a very long list by now.

Surely it's not complicated.
If it was a sell without a buy it would have crashed, it didn't.
If it was a buy without a sell it would have soared, it didn't.
If someone had increased/reduced holdings, we'd see an RNS, we haven't.
So, as far as the company is concerned, they've got nothing to inform us of.
BB, "Maybe this is going to be one of those great PXS unanswered questions ?"
I have a feeling you are right.
Prompted a bit by Alf's comment on tax. One other possibility is that Lucas and family have moved some shares between different family members ?
If that was the case, then the overall family holdings could remain the same, so no threshold change and no RNS ?

To be honest, I'd forgotten about McKeeve. If he was still holding, but had been amenable to selling to someone directly , then that would be more likely than DSM(V).
Rising Stars are totally out, and have been for a while.
... I know because I asked them what must be at least a couple of years ago.
Alf's suggestion it might be MMs moving shares between each other is possible, but there are specific codes for that, and the 10 million trade I looked at didn't have those codes, so I think that's unlikely.
Maybe this is going to be one of those great PXS unanswered questions ?
Hopefully the upcoming results will give us something more concrete to talk about, though I suspect there won't be anything unexpected in them

BB, Re:- DSM Venturing holding (s) RNS.
The last one from DSM was on the 17th May 2017 when they went below 8%. As far as I am aware we are still waiting on one to say they went below 7% and that was a while ago.
https://www.investegate.co.uk/provexis-plc--pxs-/rns/holding-s--in-company/201705170951514093F/
Rising Star also had 55.9 million but don't remember if they sold out after going below 3%
My money is on McKeeve selling with his ongoing issue with Ocado.
Question is....... Who is buying?
..or movements between Market Makers. They were noted as not being price setting, so that idea would also be credible.
As for any of the HNWI's, the tax treatment of AIM shares would make it unlikely IMHO, and I don't see DSMV reducing unless Provexis choose to end the collaboration.
All just my opinion though.
Could be McKeeve moving them on???
Last we knew he had 54.8 million or (at the time) 2.9%

It's getting close to the point where I'd probably rule out DSM(V) being involved in these trades. If it was them ( and I thought it was a real possibility ), then I'd have expected them to cross a threshold percentage.
I forget what the timescales are, but the AIM rules say shareholders most notify the company within days if they cross a threshold, and I'd have expected DSM(V) to be on the ball with that kind of thing ( PIs might not be quite so on the ball ).
If we've not had a holdings RNS by the middle of next week, then I'm mentally ruling them out of this one.

Bingo !
What is going on here, this is heading downward s ,for past week
I think that is a signal. I am not sure whether whether it is good or bad.
Wish they'd stop hissing about with the tiny non trades.
A zero trade indeed.
Fake news
A trade for 0.
That's a first for me.
Agree Gixer. I guess from DSM to SL. Would be nice if it was bi-health. I see we have a new 1 post basher. Always a good sign before a big rise
You are not mistaken, one of the four 10 million trades shows a cancelled trade. That leaves 2 x 10 million and 1 x 30+ million still on the books.
You say a sell but the sell price was 0.755 to sell at the time and the trade price was 0.825 for the 2 x 10 mill and 0.85 for the 30+mill
IMO it was a transfer at an agreed price so a sell and a buy BWTFDIK
As far as we can see, the folks who did buy at that level haven't bailed out with their profits, presumably they are expecting a lot more. Scary to imagine what the multiples of that average could be, but fair play to them for waiting to invest when they did. I had a few, but not enough. Hindsight ehh !
IF already did a very good job by cutting and pasting. What a wonderful life style he has. Just get well over £100k for doing cutting and pasting and when money is out use the begging bowl to share holders and the share holders are greedy bunch like me keep on paying him.
Am I mistaken, I see 10Million and then another 10Million as a MINUS which would indicate to me that the buy was refunded.
25-Aug-21 12:54:29 0.825 10,000,000 Sell* 0.755 0.895 82.50k O
25-Aug-21 18:18:18 0.825 -10,000,000 Sell* 0.755 0.895 -82.50k O
Also it would indicate these were to "SELL" not to buy. I forecast that these shares will reach 2p in about 1000 years time.
Just in time for a cup of tea. These shares are a real joke.
4th of March 2019 The price was 0.21p
Think I had a few myself around about then.
What year was that? Sp @ 0 .28?
All about perspective Naz.
You had the opportunity to buy at around a third of the current price. So did I.
So the share price has tripled for some, but all you do is moan. I wonder why.
I totally agree with you, we get a bit of glimmer of hope and then a quick disappointment
