What happened in Oct 19 ?
"The Company and its commercial partner DSM remain in constructive negotiations, working towards a new agreement for Fruitflow for the period after 31 December 2022."
"In November 2021 Provexis entered into a long term supply and distribution agreement for Fruitflow with By-Health Co., Ltd."
Both recent statements from pxs. If things were to change the company would need to inform us.
What conclusion would be for provexis as we are coming to the end of first half ( june tomorrow)or by end of 2022 ,would we be bought out by Dsm or Byhealth ,or would we just renew kour contract terms
DP64 - I doubt the merger / takeover will make any difference to Fruitflow one way or the other. I know next to nothing about Firmenich, but, at first glance, there doesn't seem too much overlap on the human nutrition side ?
As a long term holder of DSM, it's nice to see the positive market reaction ( especially as the last six months havn't been great ) though.
BB
What, if any, will the merger have an impact on DSMV?
THEDON, As BB pointed out the deal with Firmenich.

Also the sale of Engineering Materials business

BB,
It looks like great merger. Hope or FF will get a proper advertisement budget to launch multiple big sale projects.
In what way Gixer ?
Big changes today by the looks of it.
Because they have made a total rrrrrrrs of reporting it?????
Why is it showing the 7000000 ,from the 27 th
My impression of By-Health as a company is that they are trying to do the right thing and change the attitude towards Chinese companies globally , they certainly make all the right noises hence the need to get Samr approval (otherwise why bother ) I take their persistance to get approval as a good indication of their ambition .
Sphinx, whilst the information is coming from BH, it is just an article and not a formal business report to shareholders. We all hope it is true and I suspect is likely is. It’s all very positive!
Totally agree with these comments, the positivity of these articles is infectious. By Health obviously know how to grow a business. If they are even partly right then the value is clear, as would be the value to them in owning the IP outright.
At the risk of being shot down the last paragraph did catch my attention.
"In the future, water-soluble tomato concentrate may be used as a natural active ingredient for maintaining vascular health, and is widely used in food and beverage, supplements and other industries, providing people with more choices."
Mainly "natural "active ingredient" for maintaining vascular health"
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Active_ingredient
But then we have already been told "both parties will Deepen R&D cooperation, develop FRUITFLOW®-related health food and general food, and carry out related drug R&D cooperation in the agreement area"
The difference being that this is not coming from pxs it s coming from the biggest vitamin producer /supplier in the largest population country in the world , but as always caution is needed when dealing with the time scales and pxs
Yes long term holders are all too aware of those type of comments. At the end of the day it is revenue increases we are looking for, wherever it comes from. All sounds positive though.
For someone who is coming to this board without any prior knowledge, reading the recent hugely enthusiastic publications coming from China would surely lead them to appreciate the colossal potential. However, all of it has been said already for many years over here. "strong interest from many multinationals" are words that are so familiar to long term watchers. As ever, the questions are:- When?, and also:-What's in it for us?
I'd caution folks that China is a weird place right now, with huge sections of the population back in house arrest. A good time to launch a major new product range? Wish I knew.
Looks like already have everything multinationals lined up .. .."As a professional developer of water-soluble tomato concentrates in China, By-Health Nutrition and Health Research Institute is in a leading position in related fields and has attracted strong interest from many multinational food and beverage companies."
and they still keep popping up.
"New research: New substances found in tomato to maintain blood vessel health, the key is water-soluble tomato concentrate"
"......... including the gradual exploration of researchers from my country's By-Health Nutrition and Health Research Institute and other scientists. At present, this research is gradually becoming mature. Ten related scientific studies have been published successively, and various clinical studies have continuously confirmed that it can effectively prevent abnormal platelet aggregation"

I think the 2 x 7m trade are transfer not actual sell. With current daily volume if it is a sell of 14m share then the price will be plummeted
Wellsite
The likely option price would be either 0.3p or 0.55p, and most likely a mix of those with the majority at 0.3p.
I think you're right that the most likely reason for the second trade is a transfer.
BB
The upshot of these two "trades" is that the Bid and Ask are the same as they were before.
Therefore, IMHO, the shock price drop that the immoral Colby longs for didn't materialise.
I'm more intrigued by what is going to appear in the "space" that Fruitflow FB page has invited us to watch for.
