I've never been involved with a bank holding a large % of stock before. Do they sell out at stringent thresholds or do they hold until a company is sold etc.?
I do not believe for a second that Barclays intend to exercise their warrants and try to dump their shares on the market. If they do want out, I would expect they will look for an institutional buyer via some sort of orderly placing. I was actually surprised how benevolent they were with the company, accepting the terms that they did. They were in a very strong position, being the creditor at the top of the list, and now, they're just the same as any of us. Of course they do now stand to benefit from any value uplift.
To see what happens to the Mcap when nearly 30% are added to the share count !
Apologies, Boffster. You are indeed correct. I had my dates wrong. Will be interesting to see what happens on the 26th January. I'm guessing the letter of intent or indeed the receipt of it would have to be disclosed in an RNS.
Not so, Neptunes. The Barclays warrants are on top of the currently issued shares. Thus when the warrants are exercised there will be circa 19bn shares in issue

Suratosa, Total issued share capital 13,745,747,069. Of that 5,863,021,931 is Barclays (30%) With company consent they can call in the warrants on the 26th January.
of buys (blues) assuming they are buys ;) Good to see the savings continue.
Another month will have a pleasure to listen about Barclays offloading their shares.
That'd match the WeWork space they have in London. Flexible office space for a risky company that may be around for a 5 year contracts.
Looks like location sciences have taken up office space with Fuel Studios in Norwich. Unsure if this is instead of, or as well as their existing office space. Probably the former, given reductions in headcount over the past year
On the website ,it looks like they have links with circa 13 outfits , Now if that's the case ,can't wait for the financials . Pennies or pounds ?

Just waiting for Neptunes to bang on about his career in AI and pick this apart.. Stay educated & well informed and make your own minds up.

Aerial. He's mentioned in the thread and you make reference to the people working there.
Neptunes I have never ever mentioned the guy, you must be thinking of someone else!,..and I'm not sure that being very mildly positive can be construed as inflating anything, certainly not the sp.
Aerial, what we need is an RNS which contains actual financial figures; ones which shows us generating revenues and profit. Talk of products or a 'good game' means nothing and certainly doesn't pay the bills or indeed the inflated wages you spoke of earlier. Working in the A.I sphere, I find it somewhat amusing that they have attached themselves to the industry in recent months and already have competitor beating tools. They should just rename themselves blockchain and be done with it. I'm sure Slade has the motivation to turn this around and has more depth than the last jokers who left the organisation, but he needs cash, and lots of it in order to do that. I suggest you buy more shares Aerial (that's of course you're not a troll who merely mentions his guys to inflate the actuals), to help him do that. GL
Location intelligence brings savings for brands and measurements for advertising industry. Accurate granular and precise location data will sell itself very well in savings hungry environment. I expect Q2 and H2 numbers to exceed market expectations and will be happy with positive and upbeat pre close now. If Mark Slade is looking forward to reveal current state of affairs we should be too.
Justthoughtidsay Yes four 'Revenue Generating' location intelligence products. In the same RNS I really like the sound of the development of AI capabilities. Good to see some positive chat!!
Aerial, I agree an update would be nice in the last RNS they stated "I look forward to providing a pre-close update in January." so not too long to wait. From the RNS I think they have 4 products which they have ready to sell to potential clients, be nice to know if they have managed to sell their tech to anyone at a price which provides some decent revenue. Anyway good luck.
Kencarv Yes some good news, or a status update would very nice. A RNS with tad of positivity and the sp will surely rise.
I agree. Aerial, as stated, the old Proxama is no more. There will be an update over Q1 (presumably) about what Mark Slade has been doing with the funding and how he plans to bring location data to the market. Let's hope he has a bloody good New Business strategy and capability to deliver any projects won. Realistically, if they turned over 1mil by end of 2018 that would be a great year of growth.
Kencarv Not having the historical knowledge here it's still difficult to get an angle on some members. Especially when those professing to be holders have the attitude of trolls... Me, I'll tell you almost anything you want to know,...except 'how much' lol
