Bick--you have been following the number of shares issued,is it your opinion that Prem has sufficient money "in house" to complete the DFS.
In other words---is it necessary to sell any part of Zulu to finance the completion of DFS.
When we spoke about this I am sure you said we still had a buffer of around £6m before we hit the share ceiling.

$10m for 20% isn't worth looking at. Values Zulu at $50m for now. Which is approx £37m so lower than current mcap.
At those rates PREM would be better off continuing to raise via placings for now and continue to hold 100% which ensures they can maintain better competitive pressure come a sell off later in the year.

Just responding to a major shareholders comment. Hence I asked if that was Pandora groups feeling
I agree Infinity8 - 2m$ for 1% values Zulu at only 200m$... if things go as expected, Zulu is expected to be worth at least double that some time this year. For the potential partner that means that they could double their money... that's a pretty good deal!!
If NH's deal at Atlantic Lithium is anything to go by then there's the possibility of several million for a 10% stake plus an off-take agreement worth many millions!!!
Gentlemen
We could discuss this all day.
I would imagine that Mr Roach has access to a lot more information than us,I am sure that after examination of the core samples, discussions with his geo team and LIBS he has some idea of value and can use that as a foundation for JV negotiations.
Acker
We should min go with 2M$ for 1%. Zulu is way more worth!!!
I would rather sell 80% for some hundred millions!!!
SK ...
I have mentioned £1mill per 1% in the past and it was frowned upon ..
Your saying $1mill per %
That’s only £750 k per %.
Is this the general consensus across the Pandora group or just your opinion ...
As bick says this will make a major
Difference to market cap
Bickmaster , I think your expectations on pricing is too high.
At london meeting George asked what did we think if he got $6m for 20% of Zulu .
I replied $10 m for 20% would be more acceptable .
I think prem prospects have improved since then to be more likely $10 m for 10% or $15 m for 15% .
Acker
I have no doubt a deal can be done without having assay results available. The key point is whether a good deal can be done without having at least some assay results available. In my mind I would be much more confident of getting a better deal done if I had assay results than if I didn't.
People might think it doesn't matter too much as GR will only be giving away a small percentage of PREM in any case. To me it matters significantly because it could mean the difference between getting £10m for 10% or getting £10m for 5%. The effect of this on the notional market cap of PREM for each scenario is significant. £100m mcap (0.45p share price) v £200m mcap (0.90p share price).
So I cannot agree that not having assay results available wont have any impact on negotiations. In fact I completely disagree with that concept as it is clearly flawed.

Bickmaster. Your post 15.05
I am rather surprised at the tone of your posting,it is not at all like you to load a post with sarcasm.
Over the years I have welcomed your views, thoughts and suggestions and whereas we disagree on certain issues you have,IMO,kept your postings to the matter at hand and not gone followed others by attacking other posters.
I actually agree with Snowking "mostly irrelevant" comment and here is why;
According to George
There has been a multitude of enquiries from other companies wanting to get involved and open early discussions to aid finance to complete the DFS.
There is strong interest in the Zulu operation.
Positive discussions HAVE been taking place, some discussions started when the EPO was granted.
A deal to sell a small stake in Zulu to finance and remove pressure off Premier is what is being discussed and this is not 100% reliant upon verified assay results.
In the context of current events Snowking is correct.

Acker
Too late - however still a good price.
Acker pull the other one
Why didn’t you buy earlier when under 18 ??
Infinity8--should return you a very healthy profit during 2022.[IMO]

Acker
Bought another 5.4M shares - come on PREM, 2022 will be transformational!!!
Whatever Joking posts take with a great pinch of salt and tequila the outcome is the same bad taste in your mouth

Thank you for your very insightful post of 19.36 yesterday.
I take great reassurance that the delays in providing any assay results are 'mostly irrelevant' as 'George concludes a deal'. It does make me wonder why PREM are bothering with doing the DFS or any testing at all for that matter if results won't affect a JV deal or any deal as 'Prem can call all the shots'.
I can just imagine the conversation.
GR : " the price is $500m".
Investors: "But you don't have a DFS and haven't provided any results so how do we have any idea what we are buying?"
GR: "Why would I need to provide a DFS or any results!! You need to remember I hold all the shots here!! The price has just gone up to $600m!!"
Investors: ...scratch their heads whilst looking bemused....
Perhaps PREM would actually be better off sending the drilling rigs home and cancelling the DFS if it is irrelevant and won't impact any deal which GR is close to concluding?
For your own sake it may be best if you post less on here, or at least have a think about what you post because you are making yourself look rather silly.
Bickmaster
Guys , SGS have been slow and they are expected to deliver , there is no surprise in what is on this thread .
However it is mostly irrelevant at the moment as George concludes a deal . so there is nothing negative in this , George is clearly considering his choices but it does nto effect a JV deal or any deal at the moment as Prem can call the shots .
Today was clearly the market as just about all small stocks were down loads.
Do let us know if GR gets back to you on that.
To imagine George saying to the lab
"It's unacceptable you can't commit to a deadline"
Is hilarious ??
But if he is going to use another lab then he's itching for a deal and needs the results
Jay, I'm becoming concerned about Noel and snowking... I'm going to email George and ask him if he talks to them... knowing they use different media platforms in his name.
Wolf
Jay, I'm not trying to diss what say, just establish the source.
Wolf
Jay, was that Noel who said that about SGS or GR.
Shareholder19, absolutely, long term is where the prize is, also best way to lower risk.
Hi Jayz, you have a point, been noticing the spread fluctuate wildly lately. Interesting you tried it and your results, not going to lie it crossed my mind as well but prefer accumulating and being patient.
If the story of a new lab required for our results is true, that would be a big post ponement of all our plans by another 3-4 months. Hope we don't need to go there and this story is just a rumour....that would be rough.
Trading was how I found prem. Yes it's a good share to trade.
Holding for long term. The world still needs lithium If the market crashes or not.
So not bothered much by it.
On the positive the twitter is getting better.
