Matt Operational costs 5/6 yrs ago were $89 per tonne. Tungsten price was $250, GR couldnt get it going then. He then stated after having bought an XTR sorter that it would be even less than $89. That XTR hasnt even been used even though he spent about £450k on it which was earmarked for ZULU. Personally dont believe it cost that much and dont believe GR will ever get RHA into profit
I think the company could help themselves better issuing vanilla bonds to MNH management and PREM shares to RTO the rest of MNH (which would obviously need an EGM).
The sooner a deal is done the sooner the market will look at PREM a lot differently.
Matt you are 100% correct , others should read your posts as they are factual and very helpful .
Matt
In response to your 11.32 post.
RHA is a money pit. The projected operational costs are plucked out the air. I fully believe GR is doing work there at the moment to appease the Zim Gov and keep them happy until the Zulu EPO comes through.
Zulu is where the value in PREM is. However increasing the licence area by 57 times doesn't mean you increase the value of the asset 57 times. That's not how minerals are valued. The EPO will add a lot of value, though.
Circum, we've been waiting a long time. One thing I am 99% sure of is we won't see the dividend people are talking about. An AIM company in PREMs position shouldn't be paying dividends when they need cash for other things or to maintain equity when a bigger player comes on board.
MNH. I can't see the value there either unfortunately. I know the projections are big but I would need to see actuals before believing what has been mentioned.
But if we get the EPO on Zulu the others don't matter. It will then be a case of getting the right JV partner with cash for the right equity and doing a quick DFS over a small strike area, starting mining and making revenue while drilling up the other potential targets in the EPO area.

humpalumps take a look at the MNH presentation.
https://www.premierafricanminerals.com/investors/corporate-presentation/download?path=190712%2BOM%2BPreso%2BJuly%2B19_FINAL.pdf
At the time everyone was its bull**** they will hit 10k tons in Jan but they hit it look at the curved graph to show the massive increase in production in that presentation.
We even get told annunalised production of turnover of $80m in that document.
ok that's enough prem bb for me today - buys looking good though boys, not long now - going to watch it rise from sidelines cause some of the stuff stated here is insane
I have simply stated that by 2021 MNH results will show around $80m turnover with profits around $35m.
That equates to profit to PREM of around $4.2m and forward PE of under 5.
Its a fact not a ramp.
Your comment literally states MNH is worth PREMs mcap currently as everything else is priced as 0 meaning that you value MNH at 100 odd mil mcap as it stands right now. That is misleading and to be honest ridiculous.
Yes in the future it might be worth a lot but right now it's not. That's not a deramp that's just fact
humpalumps they're upping production at MNH from 5000 tons when the deal was first announced to 10000 tons as of Jan and 29000 tons by end of this year.
In 2021 they will average around 35000 tons ending with around 38000 tons sold per month.
Yes its significant do your research.
We are today priced at ZILCH.
Due to nothing really materialising. SO FAR.
Once it does this can and will boom, a 50-60% rise in a day will seem small,
PREM does that on a rumour of news.
ONCE THE NEWS STARTS FLOWING THE SHARE PRICE WILL BE MULTIPLES OF WHAT IT IS TODAY.
AND THERE WILL BE SOME ENOURMOUS SPIKES TO PLAY WITH.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL LTH'S
are you trying to say that the 12% MNH holding that was bought for around 1.2m the last few months is some how worth the 13.5m mcap that prem has. if you are then that is by far the worst ramp i have ever seen in my entire life
current share price is less than forward PE of 5 on their 12% MNH part valuing everything else at zero.
plus they have 12% of MNH on forward 2021 turnover of $80m roughly $35m profit (at current prices)
at some stage we should see full RTO of MNH.
RHA had issues with costs being too high its why its been stop/start care and maintenance.
They have halved operational costs at RHA electrifying and streamlining it. This means operational costs are around $75 per ton not $150. It means operations wont stop/start once RHA is in full production.
RHA currently written off adds about 0.2p when in full production. Circum adds another 0.1p approx.
Zulu already $bn Lithium venture on 3.5kms2 gets upgraded 57 times to over 200km2 adding another 0.5p or so right there.
You say that tongue in cheek but this is AIM I have been in shares, VGM 0.9p to over £3 (although sold out way before then) , MSMN 9p - 57p, a couple for example.
There are many, many more that have jumped 1000s % in a small space of time, what PIs dont realize is until the value is realized these Stocks are suppressed and priced to fail and as such are like a ticking bomb waiting for the right RNS or multiple RNS on different news fronts to take off.
Current MC less than the potential return from Circum
Zulu - Lithium, Tantalum and now Gold EPO & expansion of existing mining licence
JV Partner announcement on EPO
Cash injection from Government for their share of the cost from RHA
RHA Production and revenue - Tungsten rising due to current virus is Asia
Gold price also rising
Lithium rising as the demand grows for electric vehicles and batteries
Once you get a few days of 100% rises as everyone piles in your off!
Example of a 100% rise for 5 days from say 0.15p just for ease of example and you can see that 1500% isnt that far away:
0.15 - 0.30 - 0.60 - 1.2 - 2.4p
This is AIM and on a barrage of RNS this could well fly and fly high GLA
2p, only 1500% from current levels!!
Give me 0.4p and I will be more than happy to get out with a few quid.
Sandman I'm looking to buy 100 million, let me know when you buy yours
MRMagoo your so full of it
No you're not. You will sell by 1p max and if you didnt then you would be stupid
Strap-On! Blow Off!
etc. etc.
Buys flooding in again. Is there a leak? I want it to just land and catch the traders out.. traders kill the SP
Will be looking to buy back in here again from late this afternoon through to COP Thursday.
Looking at buying around 10-20 million shares depending on the price
1p is my target also
Thanks Tedoby.. as per usual excellent stuff from the great man himself.. aiming for 1p.. gonna hold this one out ..
