Yes Ayatollah that’s the gamble, knowing when to hold or fold. With PJ dealing I think we’re in for a Royal flush.
ayatollahblair - I need to read it before I know it is rubbish.
ayatollahblair you stated you are invested in POW sometime ago. It appears you are not happy being invested here so why don't you sell and move on. To date you haven't come up with anything worth reading just rubbish.
To me Evrima in which I have a small holding is very interesting if a bit illiquid. MC about £1.5m with nearly 20pc of KKME and with other investments looks as if could attract interest in the coming months. Could well sell its stake to PJ in exchange for POW shares imo. Brandshield has stated that it will get rid of its non core assets at the appropriate time so we could end up with 100pc
Having studied the discrepancy between the KKME News posting and the Official POW RNS, and analysing the detailed table in the RNS, it appears the KKME post contains measurement errors; the initial digits are missing from each metric figure.
However, it has caused me to re-cut the high Nickel content figures reported in the table between 309.04 - 313.10 M; the 1.61M at 0.72% represents the average of the three readings of 0.6999%, 0.7018 %and 0.7459%, so if you carry out an average of the remaining five readings in the range, the average Nickel Sulphide percentage of the other 2.54M = 0.3697%

Worth noting that KKME have now provided their own update for the Molopo Farm results with a slightly different slant.
POW RNS Stated "HIGHLIGHTS:
The first batch of assay results for nickel (Ni), copper (Cu) and zinc (Zn) have been received for the diamond drilling programme at the Molopo Farms Complex Project.
• Angled diamond drill hole KKME 1-6, downhole, significant Ni intersections 1 include:
o 4.8m @ 0.2% Ni from 292.7m
o 4.1m @ 0.49% Ni from 309m, including
§ 1.6m @ 0.72% Ni from 309.6m
o 16.7m @ 0.16% Ni from 501.8m
o 10.9m @ 0.13% Ni from 518.2m
3.4m @ 0.28% Ni from 594.4m"
From KKME note the 6M at 0.70
"Angled diamond drill hole KKME 1-6, downhole, significant Ni intersections include:8m @ 0.2% Ni from 292.7m
1m @ 0.49% Ni from 309m, including 6m @ 0.72% Ni from 309.6m
7m @ 0.16% Ni from 501.8m
9m @ 0.13% Ni from 518.2m
4m @ 0.28% Ni from 594.4m"
Also note delay to third drill hole for lab assessment because of covid travel restrictions.
"On-going work
Laboratory analyses of the core from the first two boreholes is continuing. The core from the third borehole is being logged by our consultant geologist and samples will be selected for laboratory analyses. The University of Witwatersrand research team plan to visit Botswana to examine the core once travel restrictions are lifted.
Re-interpretation of all the geophysical data is also proceeding with the integration of the large amount of geological data obtained from the first three boreholes. The majority of the targets identified prior to the first drilling campaign remain to be drilled and the new geophysical and spectral data acquired in 2020 has also identified new exploration targets."
KALAHARI KEY MINERAL EXPLORATION PTY LTD
-Bloomberg
https://www.bloomberg.com/profile/company/1537736D:SJ
It is incorporate in South Africa with a address given in SA.
"Dr Roger Key is the CEO of KKME."
PAUL JOHNSON IS LISTED AS BOARD MEMBER DIRECTOR , POWER METALS PLC.
Andrew Moore is the other director plus Dr Roger Key.
---
My comment:
So, Paul Johnson has a BOARD SEAT ON KALAHARI KEY EXP PTE LTD [KKME] as CEO of POWER METALS PLC. So, in fact, there are only 2 other directors ie Dr Roger Key and Andrew Moore.
Given that Power Metals Plc owns such a large % of KKME, its no wonder that Paul Johnson has a board seat for Power Metals Plc [NOT in a private capacity but represents Power Metals Plc].
So, Paul Johnson is also NOT a director of Everima who holds 19.6% of KKME as an investment co. The link I gave to Everima shows this ie no Paul Johnson.
News,
Sat 10 Apr 2021.
I think that answers everything now. Thank you. So, one waits for the RNS*s from Power Metals or watch Twitter feed of Power Metals.
P.S.
Evrima Plc on Acquis RNS of 9 Apr 2021 stated POWER METALS owns 50.96% EFFECTIVE ECONOMIC INTEREST IN KKME [Kalahari Key], Boswana.
Interesting to see what Evrima stated about KKME of which POWER METALS OWNS the above.
Evrima does NOT state the rest of the other holders of KKME -Evrima stated in the said RNS they own 19.6% stake in KKME.
EVRIMA PLC [EVA.PL] ON ACQUIS EXCHANGE
Owns 19.6% of KKME [Kalahari Key Exploration Pty Ltd]
Evima stated they are an investment co.

Some highlights from the above link about KKME:
"KKME is a PRIVATE mineral exploration co registered in Boswana.2
In 2014, KKME acquired 2 licences from the Boswana govt.
A 3rd licence was acquired in 2018.
"PRIMARY TARGET: F E E D E R ZONE through the CENTER of Molopo Farms Complex."
"A SECOND TYPE OF TARGET IS M A S S I V E or disseminated Ni [Nickel ] sulphide deposits at the B A S E of, OR within the ultramafic zone of the Molopo Farms Complext [MFC]."
"8 drill holes have been designed to penetrate ALL TARGETS [5 priority areas of considerable size and scale." DETAILED MAP SHOWN.
"Directors: Simon Grant-Rennick, Executive Chairman, Burns Singh Tennant-Bhobi, CEO & Executive Director & Guy Miller, Non-Executive Director].

My comment:
As per the 9 Apr 2021 POW RNS:" IDENTIFIED PENTLANDITE.
ALL 5 OF THE SIGNIFICANT DRILL INTERSECTION CAN BE CLASSIFIED O P E N with the intersection samples are analysed."
The further drilling DEEPER is to intersect the BASE of the Molopo Farms Complex as above. From general information, it is known that the base could or may contain massive sulphides or the walls? This is general theory also.
Pentlandite was present in Voisey Bay - Stirling Bridge*s chart and commented on by Geology Charlie does show pentlandite but please check on the tweet link I gave as there can be errors.

DYOR.
Sell up then and stop posting the same drivel. POW is not a short term bet. Incidentally Are you related to maestro over on GDR?
Thanks News
Excellent post.
Powerful Pete spot on as well.
One of my earlier Aim experiences was Val , where directors owned less shares than most PI's.
Placing after placing kept them well paid and massive dilution occurred.
Ever since then the overwhelming factor for me has been how many shares, not options do the directors own.
PJ is the largest shareholder.
I rest my case your honour!
POWER METALS - MOLOPO FARMS, BOSWANA
Power Metals Plc OWNS 50.96% "effective ECONOMIC INTEREST in the Molopo Farms complex project." [Source: Evrima Plc [EVA.PL on Acquis Exchange RNS of 9 Apr 2021: Investee co. Evrima stated in their RNS that they own 19.6% stake. The RNS gives all the names of the directors and PJ is not a director. On the London South East site on EVA.PL, the last trade was on 25 Mar 2021?].
[As for Brand Shield, their mkt cap is £25m and in their latest 7 Apr 2021 & 9 Apr 2021 RNS, there is nothing about Kalahari Key or Molopo Farms etc. So, from initial checks, nothing ie NO RNS about Molopo Farms RNS on 9 Apr 2021 issued by POW. Even Enrima issued a similar RNS also dated 9 Apr 2021.]
Kindly verify for self about POW*s economic interest in Molopo Farms , Boswana by checking the RNS. Always check as there can be errors.

Ayatollah, no they haven’t yet found the hard stuff.
With these aim company’s that’s the gamble and everyone that puts money down knows that.
Blue chip is safer, small caps can make or break you. I for one have my money down it’s a gamble I’m wiling to take. PJ makes it a good long term gamble.
Brandshield listed in London . BRSD.
Previously Two Shields Investment.
They hold a few of the old Two Shields investments.
Brandshield former Bleinheim Natural resources 20%
Evrima 20%
40% POW
The other 20% ??? PJ I expect....
Getting further exposure maybe a little messy ....
Goes to show the big money is getting into these before they reach market.....
Real eye opener for me... Gonna look into these companies especially Evrima...
Stock will be less liquid i am sure...
Nice one, So PJ is a director of KKME Also ???
Does he have a shareholding .... ?
Cannot work out how Brand shield have exposure ?
How much exposure do each of these have % and which or both is worth a punt...
Gonna dig a little deeper into this as I think Botswana could end up being a cash cow.
HI 2 other companies have exposure to KKME
Evrima plc and Brand shield plc take your choice
