Time for Dbay and others to step up and start the move to takeover or change strategy and either have this stay in UK hands or taken over by a US or UK Investment company and run properly with a new BoD and some serious and proper pre-sales and delivery teams across, US and UE, with client list and support from HSBC.??
Yeah I know, not sure of the value of these kinds of deals but they seem to be significant deals with large organisations.
Thanks Bunco, excellent news. They never seem to RNS these but good to know.
Does anyone have any idea what went down at today's presentation? Feels a bit rough that we're kept out the loop, but I guess it must be legal enough, different rules for ii than for pi's? Expect some release of the presentation tomorrow?
looks like very good news bunco.i don't understand any of the technical references but it feels positive.
Think this partnership will pay great dividends in the future... https://www.proactis.com/uk/company/news/2020/september/proactis-strategic-spend-management-erp-quantiq/
agreed.been watching it this morning.
Quite a few little blocks of shares being bought nice to see
Anyone have the link to the demo webinar for 9th Sept?
Thanks in advance.
If they advertise what they are up to there will be a problem finding share at this price. I think someone is working for them to help cloak them in some way.
Dbay still accumulating? 100,000 buy (?) this morning.
Agreed. Let’s hope the BoD have some defence mechanisms up their sleeve. You’d think so after they closed the FSP. Could start with a positive BePayd update, news on early adopters and some major investment following next weeks BePayd investor presentation. DBAY not messing about more big buys today.
seems to me that DBay have a pretty vice like grip on the s/p/pure speculation but we have a reasonable buy this morning followed by a counterbalancing sale.i imagine they can control the s.p (within limits of course) with judicious buy and sells.if they get to 20%,which is not that far away, then hostile looks pretty certain.as to a figure anyones guess, but current indications suggest mid 50ps to me.hope its more but not confident.
DBAY see an opportunity so why don't others too if the offer it will be above todays price so close to guaranteed profit.
agreed.
Accumulating whilst dragging down the share price. Hostile looks on the cards.
RNS confirming increase.i was expecting something after hours as that seems to be the pattern good news imo.
As expected, though I suspect they hold more, they are a little bit sneaky this lot.
Nice one. Decent sized client in terms of revenue too. Things starting to take off in the US this year it seems.
Makes sense. Also might explain the II presentation as getting another II or two would be a good defensive move by the board to a hostile takeover. It would stop dbay having free reign and soaking up shares at these low prices. I decent bit of director buying would help a bit too!
Sounds dodgy but would agree with the conclusion.
You’d think so would you. Could be that DBAY are not only controlling the share price with buying and selling between different entities (as they have been for months) but they’re also doing it in a way that limits reporting ie under the 3% threshold. If that’s the case then it’s a typical hostile strategy.
About time we had at least one holding RNS. Every time it reaches a certain price there is a happy buyer.
