looks like it bunco..this is what I've been expecting (and tbh hoping for). when we didn't get it yesterday i was a bit puzzled,so glad to see it. now starting to get quite close to the 20% which i see as a trigger point. just speculating of course and probably tosh, but if they get to 20% my personal view is hostile is inevitable.
Those 700k trades were both buys then.
Well there have been plenty calling for change at the top and it now seems to be underway. I would think that perhaps one of the replacements might come from Lombard or their recommendation at least, as they seem to be on the side of Sykes and this might strengthen the position against a cheap dbay takeover. But just guessing of course.
Saves some money on biscuits at board meetings.
so 2 resignations within a few days.harbinger of some development?
interesting YHAL thanks.
Have just watched it on vimeo.com. If you go there, search on proactis and sort by recently uploaded there are a few versions. Holding a click on the video shows how long ago it was posted and the firefly version was 6 days and the proactis version was 19. Useful site with a big catalogue of videos. Never heard of firefly.
https://firefly-uk.com/portfolio/flagship-video according to pinkish on ADVFN this is new.i cat see a date but he says 5 days ago.

No one is buying though, not even DBAY.
Been like this for days/weeks wouldn’t read too much into it. As long as DBAY are accumulating and Proactis are winning contracts (which they are) then no real cause for concern. DBAY may have forced this change, fits in with their previous strategies.
I'm getting bad vibes. Too quiet, 1 trade so far, key person resigning at short notice but not leaving immediatey (not for another job) and no BoD replacement mentioned meaning it really is short notice. Where is Mr Sykes amongst this?
Revenue down 15% at Proactis SA too. I think there is a problem with the move of customers to the new platform. Probably nothing to do with Proactis SA but it is a coincidence the CIO steps down and poor results yesterday.
Proactis SA results yesterday and wonder if related if there is a system problem we dont know about yet, still shrinking.

It says Director Change but what are they changing the Director to then.
Something going on. Redcentric acquisition, did he pick them for the cloud and has anything changed. Curious no comment from CEO on the CIO going so might have been a bust up.
well WHAL one cannot rule anything out, but there has been no market reaction, which you might expect if there was an ominous reason behind it .if its bad news someone tends to know even if its not yet in the general public domain. who knows though. the wording does suggest a precipitous exit, but he is also working out his contract,so hard to judge. his resignation doesn't, i think, automatically create a board vacancy as CIO doesn't have to be on board. could be wrong.
or possibly retirement .
Could he be resigning because he has made a mistake that will bite the company in the backside. Like picked a bad technology that is a dead end and will cost to put right. Could he have resigned because he dropped the ball?
Are shareholders on the hook for something now and we don't know yet?
agree with all the bunco.
Well we were expecting that if dbay were to follow their usual method they would be looking to enforce change, so this really only confirms what we were expecting. Dbay are here to play. I wonder how much influence dbay will have over who is selected for the vacant board role? The board and management team will now have to be on their toes to combat a hostile move especially if dbay get one of their guys on the board. That said, the best way to combat a hostile takeover is to drive the share price up! We need to see the recent good news flow (on website rather than rns) is translating directly into more cash generation and as a result reduced debt.
thoughts anyone on todays rns? i have no knowledge about him.
https://www.ukauthority.com/articles/surrey-county-council-signs-unit4-for-erp/ a few posts on this over on ADVFN. dont think it has been posted here, but apologies if it has already.
