...and another chunky buy.
Was a founder and 23 years service, shows the longevity of pel. Retained for consultancy so all sounds amicable. New coo took over? Be nice to get a decent new contract win to give it a boost back into 2,s at least, safe hold at these levels imo with plenty of growth in the tanks and strong 2016 results anticipated after in target in H1.
any thoughts?
Bought this morning, wonder if its the director again.
I agree. . its been like this for a while now .. .disappointing. Just wondering when the market will wake up to PEL?
Insider takes out 1mn more shares from circulation at 1.83p. Share price goes up immediately to 2.1p offered. Share price closes week at 1.85p bid on no volume. Big nothing, and yet you would think that people watching this important trade would pick up on something good in the company's prospects happening. As it is, it has simply validated the current level as a floor, which is fine, but disappointing.
Older I don't get it? Can you explain a bit more?
...to the largish insider purchase.

See this above 3p in near future a lot of funds are buying and holding, not a lot of trading shares available
Just had a quickk refresh on major share holders following the latest dorector buying.. Circa 60% with majors. see below. In addition a number of large sticky pi holders.( A few are on pel chat on twitter. )so ony circa 30% free float for pi,s and maybe half that tightly held? Interesting what the news of a directors buy does, eh? Very nice.
All looking good from where I am standing
Major projects completed include 'Land of the Lions' at ZSL, 'Hamleys' in Prague, Rolling Stones' 'Exhibitionism' in Saatchi Gallery, the Heritage Skills Centre in Boathouse 4 building at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard · Current projects include 'Kung Fu Panda', 'Madagascar', 'Little Explorers' and 'Magic Planet' in the Middle East · Secured further strategic relationships with two companies providing for reciprocal representation of each other's products and services · Paragon's workshops remain very active and the business intends consolidating its activities in one location
over ask
Its been under valued and under the radar for almost 12 months now. Hamlesy agreement , China funlandia agreement Dubai parks etc worth multiples of the mcap Nothing priced in at all.
Ian - With the directors holding in pension funds, the large amount held by a few PI's and then livingbridge holding a large percentage - the very limited free float will result in . . . .. .. . . . I wonder ? ?? ?
Yes and also a ii livingbridge have another 19% of pel shares. The company is in its strongest position in its history and sp remains very low with mcap only just over `£3m.
I also believe that a fairly large percentage of shares are held by a few key investors too so the free float is very small.
Mark Taylor bought 5.5mil in Dec at 1.63p Mark p ceo also bought last Dec at 1.9p 1.6m from memory The directors certainly put their money where their mouth is. No wonder there is never any dilution on pel
So over 28% of the company in four directors hands? The free float dwindles.
Share purchase not huge but I'm encouraged that he was prepared to pay over 1.8. Last big purchases by directors were at 1.6 if I recall correctly
looks like the buying yesterday was the new director buying at 1.83..
