It's all I'm good for.
Looking well here. Just wait for Trump to invade Ghana for the lols.
'ships will arrive - hardly orgasm material.'
They are full of seamen tho.
Anyone want to buy a boat?
TTP - I'm still around, just not got much to say.
That's just fucking weird, pull yourself together
Sorry. Wrong board.
Another stellar set of results. Well done.
Hanno isn't CEO.
I do hope you didn't misinterpret what I was saying.
The company doesn't (really) need the cash. The purpose of the CLN is to give a decent upside to someone that the company views as strategically important. It's not about the loan, it's about the upside to that person.
What gives is that the CLN was clearly a mechanism to reward that person handsomely. Imminently, perhaps.
It would appear that you don't understand NPV, or the IRR used, or NCCL (again, can't imagine why) and are utterly obsessed with some sort of position that suggests people can only invest in either NCCL or KIBO and not both, and that the two companies are locked in a duel to the death. This is simply not the case, you're just being mardy because of a long running spat you have with a former user here. This is AIM, not Highlander.
Good time to top up/average down. This is a freak event, IMO, and things will resolve. Look at what the Fanta Menace does. 3 months ago he was comparing sizes with N Korea and now they're playing the biscuit game and he's talking himself into a Nobel Prize. Same will happen with Iran. Sanctions will be sorted, the US can't afford to shoot down their own sales of Boeing to Iran for starters. Make the most of this opportunity.
Added around 1/3 of my holding at under 11p. If I'm going to go broke on this one, I'm going in style. That style is one of a homeless man who has to sing for half a pasty from Greggs. Was easy to buy tbh, which suggests it will be weaker before it is stronger.
Given that it actually says this in the RNS, I'm guessing that neither of you are detectives.
That's great. Will you short it? It seems obvious, no? Takes two sides to make a market, after all.
A placing takes some time, and was at a price consistent with earlier in the week. It was likely closed 24 hours before it was announced. Look at the price over the week, not on the day before the discount. Don't forget, the day before it was announced there was another RNS showing progress. You do realise we are a speculative sub 20m mcap company with an already heavy institutional base. Sometimes 'more institutions' isn't the right way to build a book. We are very illiquid with exaggerated moves because of that - actually having a few more shares out in the wild might be a good thing for the market. The price is going down because people are selling. TBH, if you need to have that explained then perhaps AIM isn't for you. No anger here, just a huge smile. Not least because you're funny, but also my average is 3.5p. Give me a shout if you need anything else, I'm happy to help.
Absolute nonsense. This placing is 25% up on the last one, and should be the last one we need. The BOD have delivered all that they said they would, and I expect that to continue. There is plenty of newsflow that is possible between now and the end of July. That said, if you're so convinced it is at a high water mark, it's quite easy to short this. Should be easy money for you, don't you think?
....has a streaming and blu-ray release soon. For those that don't know, IT is a horror story featuring a clown. Sounds familiar.
Indeed CF. The Mcap is the only measure, and we're being subjected to a particularly high discount rate because of past failures. I reckon if NewCo with no history were in an identical position to us then the Mcap would be north of 10p right now.
Nobody is doubting that the coal is there, it's a JORC resource. The doubts are whether NCCL can pull this off, especially with the redefined economics of the deal. That's why we're 5.6p and not 30p. Each announcement is a step in the right direction. If the revised tariff window works with the 2 bids, the financial model is strong and will be the biggest next possible step. I have added NCCL further last week and this.
