10.5 % up in Poland :)
Last year, the JSW group spent nearly PLN 1.7 billion on investments, this year it plans to increase expenditures. The priority projects include completion of modernization of processing plants in the Budryk and Knurów-Szczyglowice mines, as well as continuation of works aimed at launching a new Bzie-Debina mine, in January separated in the structure of JSW as a separate entity. This year, expenditures in this mine will reach PLN 140-150 million, and coal mining will begin there in 2022. JSW, aiming to expand its resource base, would also like to conclude by the end of April with Prairie Mining regarding the basic terms of the transaction (the so-called term-sheet) concerning the potential takeover by JSW of control over the assets of this company: the Debiensko deposit and the Jan Karski deposit Lublin region. (BOOOOOOOOOOOM)

8% up in Warsaw folks... the polish know what the potential is here hence topped up 7k shares at 22.85p buy the dip
Look at the facts...I’ve been following this company for past 18months. It’s about time we got a decent BO offer
Where is the movement? Sometimes one sees huge rises based on very unreliable rumours- and in this case we know from reliable sources that £200million of funds have been released for the purchase. Plus any other cash that JSW might include. That's at least a 3-4 bagger if it is correct given the current market cap!
Was 22.98 to buy on HL
StockTracker - This news is getting out on all media platforms now....watch the ASX boom boom afridi tonight
So takeover approved then? If true big rerate coming.
PLN 1 Billion is equal to £200m. Offer will be in the region of £100m-£200m.
They may test the water and offer £80m to start with but who knows? one thing is for sure they have spent over 12 months on DD and yesterday announced funding and JSW shareholder approval for the project/takeover and that type 34 coal is just want JSW needs.
Big, big re rate due on the cards DYOR
All buys so far today....MM’s could get in trouble soon
Not much interest because it’s under radar....that’s about to change
Yep agreed. Waiting for the herd to come now
why not much interest here
What’s your target pal? Lansdowne Partners will want a good return on their investment they bought in at 45p ish
Stocktracker - i was in this when it was 50p... Ian Middlemas ain’t selling this on the cheap. NPV of Jan Karski and Debiensko is £3bn. A £250m offer is peanuts for the potential
Boooooooommm should fly on ASX tonight. London folk sleeping
OK I’m saying minimum 80p takeover max 200p imo
Takeover imminent!!!! JSW got the funds secured.
Well, gotta start somewhere. http://www.ftijournal.com/article/how-and-why-to-value-a-coal-mine
Been patient here for a long time so would be nice to see an end product in the not too distant future
All heading in the right direction and nicely under the radar.
I am sure the assets are worth at least £250m but I doubt we will get as much after all the underhand tactics that have been used. JSW need these mines but are playing hardball and trying to get it on the cheap.
At least we are fighting back and heading in the right direction.
Maybe £250m for the assets? That would be an SP of about £1. Any thoughts?

So at 25 Feb new JSW statement extending negotiating position with Prairie to Sept 2019. Expect RNS.
