An agreement between Australians and JSW will protect Poland from arbitration?
Talks conducted on the Prairie Mining-Jastrzebska Spólka Weglowa (JSW) line may result in the cooperation of both entities on the implementation of the Jan Karski project in the Lublin region and the Debiensko project in Upper Silesia. The Jan Karski mine would produce annually an average of 8 million tons of gross coal, and thus obtain 6.34 million tons of net raw material, and the annual production in Debiensk would amount to approx. 2.6 million tons.

In or out????
Mind games being played
one of those days when sell at 25.49 but buy at 25.25 - for 15k
Never understood why this happens.- anyone?
I agree it errs on the side of being positive - just suspend though - its a mad system saying - PUNT!! Hence low volume - suprised not more - I mean the amount of punts on crappy oil stocks is jaw dropping. This is the same - duster or gusher but with alot more evidence - well its a gusher - its just who owns it and are peeps going to compromise.
Hardly an orderly and transparent market though
Half-year Report, 12th Mar 2019
Injunction against Poland's Ministry of Environment Remains in Force
Pursuant to the initiated legal proceedings:
· the Polish Civil Court ruled in Prairie's favour by granting an injunction preventing the MoE from granting prospecting, exploration or mining concessions and concluding usufruct agreements with any other party until full court proceedings are concluded; and
· the decision provides security of tenure over the Jan Karski concessions and effectively safeguards Prairie's rights at the project until full court proceedings have concluded which are anticipated to take 12 months or more to complete.
Totally agree could go either way however its up in Poland they get more privy to whats going on ie rumours
paper talk so if you go by that theory could actually be good news
strange that its not suspended there or here though?
Going up again ..

Cause its unclear - update on legal proceedings could be great or crap!
Plus halt on one exchange and not here with an ambigous statement hardly gives clarity - shouldn't be allowed.
Great opportunity to buy more then. IMO
Yup. Just a breather & some small profit taking. Have to see the bigger picture long term strategy and shear size of the asset. GLA
Let’s see what happens. Only let me a small amount but was very hard to buy

Big news incoming I wonder....
Trading halt in Australia
Well, looks like some scaremongering led a few weak hands to sell. JSW want both mines, they need to increase their coal output and have been backed by the Polish banks and the Polish government to seek acquisitions in order to do so. Two world class tier 1 projects will be picked up within the next few weeks and months, i can wait. Good luck fellow holders
