Now that Lookers is finally settled, the hedgies will move into Pendragon.
What's going on with this share price, is something going on we don't know?
OK , but those were all big buys not sells . !!!!!!
Something is going on , just look at all those large buys on friday afternoon what 2-3million.
I had seen this but thought it had been dropped

Oh really what are they?
Sharecast News) - Analysts at Berenberg resumed coverage on used car dealers Pendragon at 'buy' on Friday after suspending its coverage on the stock back in September, stating the firm was now "back to business".
When Berenberg pulled coverage of the stock in September, Pendragon announced that it had received a proposal from its largest shareholder, Hedin Group, regarding a possible offer for the company for 29.0p per share. However, Hedin withdrew its offer on 9 December, citing the "challenging market conditions and uncertain economic outlook".
The German bank, which issued the group with a 35.0p target price, also highlighted that Hedin Group was not the only party to have shown interest in Pendragon at levels well above the current share price of 19.0p, with US-listed outfit Lithia Motors also presenting an offer for the group at 29.0p per share.
Over 100% upside from here
Agreed, I think the 26-30p range is quite possible again
We would hope so, even so this share has to be worth 22p at least
With inchacape results today and lookers higher takeover offer only a matter of time before next bid
Odey asset management??
Strange no RNS about the large disposal of shares earlier this week, and if anyone has picked them up?
Yes, tomorrow or Wednesday, as well as the half year performance, so at least 2 RNS this week
Yes I just saw that and was in the typing mode, I wonder who is holding over 40ml shares and wants out.
Should get an RNS soon.
Wow another 40million sale gone through, someone getting out!!!
Hi, more important is was Martin in favour or vote against any bid that was mad by Hedin last time, and when he has gone what if anything will stop any bid of 29p going through.?
Any news with the court hearing?
Some more big million plus sells going through, could be directors taking profits before a slump?
Didn't Martin hold about 10m shares back in 31-Dec-20 Notification of Holding Martin Shaun Casha 0.00 0 9,559,780.
Does he still hold these and so sold to buy into Marshalls. ?
Or does he still hold and hopes to make a killing when Marshalls put in a bid of 30p ?
10m sold? could the next update be poor or a director selling?
Or drive it into the ground like at PDG
So Martin Casha, who has held the role of Chief Operating Officer since 2001, will be standing down from the Company to take up a position as CEO of Marshall Motor Group.
Martin has / does know everything about PDG and all the back history about many takeover offers, so now to be moving to PDG competitors I guess he will be spilling the beans about where they could be open for a full takeover.
Does that / could that mean Marshalls will be looking to make an offer of at least 28p for PDG very soon .????
